Had an alright workout lastnight.
20 min warm up
15 min jelq
20 min warm down
Everything was good lastnight and I even woke up woth a boner, but after the stiffy subsided I turtled up a little bit, SO I hopped in a hot bath and massaged my dick for a while, now everything seem to be fine.

Hey boxer , that's what I'm doing . Keeping things simple . Then , adding as I go . I was doing way to much and had to
break for a few days . My EQ was non existent to the point that even porn wasn't effective .
That's just not right !!!! hehe !
So , I've restarted JP's routine to get back to basics .
Great weight loss , guy !! Keep at it .

MEASURMENTS
Just did my measurments and............nothing.Ive remaind the same, but I wasnt expecting to see anything on this measuring day since ive toned my routine down so much, Im really only going for EQ right now.Anyways heres my current stats.
BPEL-7.25"
Midshaft EG-5.1" ( It has bein at 5.25" befor)
Im not going to measure my NBPEL anymore since it fluctuats all the time and give me a false sence of accomplishment when i see a change in numbers, so ill only be measuring my BPEL untill I see a dramitic gain in length.

Yea man, no wories at all, its all about EQ right now.There have ben some improvments, for a few days I acctually was able to pop a spontanious boner and Just use my imagination to get it up, But i think I may be over training in the gym (not PE) and its causing drops in my EQ, So im taking a few day of from the gym and gonna get some proper sleep and eat good all day, hopfully It will help keep my woodies more regular and frequent.Originally posted by Elias View PostOkay mate but like you said, you have toned down your routine so much that you knew it would be like this. boxer how often do you normally measure? I'm also doing the 90 day routine, and I try to only measure once a month. Your stats are good though man, keep up with your routine and you'll be fine brother. I totally agree with the proper sleep and nutrition comment, I have noticed a drop in EQ and negative PI's without a good nights sleep in the past.Starting Stats:
March 2010- BPEL: 5.75" MSEG: 4.80"
Current Stats:
November 2010- BPEL: 6.62" MSEG: 4.875"

I do tend to agree boxer, but I think a month is also the longest you should go without a measurement. I think a month is a good amount of time to get a decent enough feel for how effective a particular routine is. If, after a solid month of consistent work with the same routine, you haven't had a spec of gains, I think it's time to change something. Perhaps not drastically, but maybe an increase in reps or intensity is in order. Had a nice workout today.
20 min warm up with ricesock
10 min jelq at 40-50% erection
about 40 v-jelqs
ballooned for only 15 min cuz I got interupted
Ive bein on the five Gs for just over a week now, Ive bein gettin some night/morning wood, I dont no if this is from the five Gs but its definatly an improvment. I will take 2 days off from the Gs then go back on them on tuesday.

Good decision with the Omega-3 boxer. Make sure you get the purified kind that eliminates Mercury. Also, do you or have you ever tried L-Arginine? I think the five Gs are all excellent choices, but I also think adding L-Arginine in there (at least 2-3 grams) will only help the bonerific process.
