  • Norwaydude, from your signature if i understand correctly you gained only 0.1" girth? 5.3 erection girth is not small but i was expecting you gain more girth.
    5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
    10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
    10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
    7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

    • Yes that is correct, havent gained anything in girth. I planed to work on it when happy with my length. This seem to maybe never happen.

      • Ok so correct me if I'm wrong, but you have gained about 2" in EL, but how much did you gain in FSL? So I'm curious about this, it seems like a lot of people gain about 0.75-1.25" from extenders, and then the progress just completely stops. Some people with insane genetics like yourself can gain 2 inches etc, but it's really rare. I'm wondering why the progress just completely stops. I know it's probably a pain in the ass to wear it, but did you ever just continue using it, and tried to get through the plateau? Also, did everything just completely stop? How long weeks / months did you gain absoltely nothing before you gave up? Were you still seeing improvement in FSL, or did that stop completely as well?

From a lot of extender studies I've been looking at, progress overall just seems to stop completely after 6 months of use. They gain in the first 6 months, but in the 6th to 12th month interval, they gain nearly nothing. One study showed an average gain of 0.06cm in 6 months.... (the 6th to 12th month of use). What I'm guessing is that it's mainly due ligaments/tunica/tsisue toughness that is built up over time as a response to the extending /exercises. So at this point I'm wondering what could off-set this so that it is actually possible to gain again. So I've heard that some extenders have different maximum traction force. Some only goes from 600-1500g, others go to 2800g, and 3000g. I wonder if this difference in traction would be able to off-set it. So what I'm imaginging is that you're in the 600-1500 range for the first 6 months, then you go beyond that after. Maybe hanging could work as well, but overall I've seen very little success from hanging ('ve never done it myself, but just what it seems like people are reporting in terms of success from hanging, it seems minor, and extenders just seem superior. I've heard about shock-loading with hanging, which is apparently what some people who go past 2 inches in gain do (to off-set the toughness), but at this point you're probably going into dangerous territory, and it's hard to tell if these stories are even real.

        • I never measured my original fsl. But now my fsl is about 21 cm and i do not see any improvements in fsl Lately. Dont know in inches). Actually i still wear it and have not completely given up on it. Allthough not as many hours as i used to. I was obsessed with that thing.

I have had 600-1500g pull from the extender. But i have changed the springs to 3500g from a similar system.

I have been hanging on and off for sometime i am at ca 7 kg. I could go heavier but my hanging devices hurt to much on the glans when i add to much weight. I use a LG hanger and a homemade BIB device. I never felt that hanging did much for me. But who knows.. it might not be correct to dedicate all my gains to the extender.. i think will try the shock hanging if i can find a way to place more weight with my devices.

Thanks for keeping my thread alive.

          • So something incogneeetoe has said I think (maybe I'm interpreting him incorrectly), is basically that you have to gain/train in cycles. Meaning that you gain, then cement to keep the gains, then stop. The reason you stop is to allow it to properly heal and adjust to the new "normal", and that it is one of the few ways to gain above what feels like your "genetic potential". What I'm "hoping" is that taking a break, or stopping completely. Stopping all stretching, hanging, pulling, extending etc for months-years, will eventually "loosen" up some of the toughness making it possible to gain again. Not only gain back some of the small stuff you lost, but actually gain beyond your original genetic potential, even with an extender.

I think it's a really hard question in terms of what is the most optimal thing to do. Do you just try to keep training to break through the plateau (unlikely to work looking at extender studies), maybe add a hanger to your routine, or a stronger extender so you can create more force / traction to maybe offset this toughness? There are plenty of examples of people gaining nothing from hanging, even if it's their first exposure to PE (idk how or why), meanwhile extenders seem foolproof, so this option doesn't seem so sure either. Do you try to take a break? But even here you have people like Stan who's been around here for about a decade, and while he definitely gained in "cycles" which is very evident by his progress log, I'm unsure of how serious he's been about taking breaks. Did he power through, or has he really taken a year break before, etc. At this point it seems like you're left with 3 suboptimal options.

            • Good analytical skills there my friend. I think i will try to continue try to break through the plateau. I have some faith in the heavy hanging for short periods like thegreatdivider does. And starting to work the girth according to bigbob’s method. Meanwhile continuing extender stuff with stronger springs. To see if it takes me somewhere. I kinda love doing pe and it is a part of my lifestyle now. So i wont be taking a long break anytime soon.

              Great advice mate, thanks!

              • How big was your flaccid size when you started? And i mean not streched.

Also what was your flaccid girth when you started?

I read that you use Jas extender, i myself used male edge but i could not wear it, because my member would slip out.

So now i am looken for phallosan, i dont know if it will work, and if it is like extenders?

Plz would like to get an advice from you.

Hi, sure i will give you AS good advice AS i can. Allthough it seems like there are som many different ways that leads to so many different results out there. I am in no way in posession og the absolute truth.

I did not measure flaccid from the start. And i dont check my flaccid hang now either. It varies a lot. Sometimes its full and nice other times i’m embarressed of that little fucker!

I have no experience with the phallosan. So i cant help you there. If your penis slips out you should do some wrapping and use strap instead of noose. I quit the noose for a good while back. It takes a while to Get the wrapping right. But when you finally do its really secure. It does not matter if you are cut or uncut. I still wear the extender but not as much as i used to. And my gains are becoming sloooow if they exist at all.

                  • Approx 3 years aniversary. The last year i havent gained anything at all. Moved in with my gf so privacy is hard to get. Hanging very seldom, using extender couple of times a week for about 2-3h a time. But manually stretching everyday. Lately ive been stretching really hard so i feel a little sore day after, but still.. no gains. Worst case i cant gain anymore but i still happy for what i got. Best case i am able to squeeze out a cm in 2020 And then i believe i'm done hoping for more.

                    Just a update

                    • This is an awesome log, just read the whole thing. I recently started using my extender again, I hope I can get similar success to yours.
I could never wear the extender with the silicon noose straps, way too uncomfortable and I always slip out anyway. I have modified my extender with a vacuum cup so I can stay in it for longer!! Aiming for 5 hours a day.
