    Me and the wife are looking good. Thanks to Irma, I got invited back into the house for a couple of days (been stayin in a trailer). At first I was supposed to sleep on the couch. After cuddling all day with and flirting, she asked me if I wanted to sleep in the bed. I said "Please and Thank You."       Been taking yohimbe and ginkgo for last two weeks. Been having semi hard ons all the time .

        • Yester day I did 100 power jelqs.

          Today:
          5min warmup in shower
          20 squeezes (the burrito's getting thicker!!!!) - Noticed more "ribs" under tunica, got like 5 or 6 now...I LIKE IT!!! (she does too )
          300 s2s stretches
          7min start/stops/kegels

          Stayed with the wife overnight so I did not have my jelq device.

                        • First time wearing extender where it remained spring loaded the entire time. Honestly I have seen the best results from extender wear vs manual.

                              been working on the ball massages. feels really good! It is hard to spread the love evenly. Try to go for min of five minute massage time every day before bed. Lefty hangs lower and tends to feel slightly larger.

                                been taking 300mg yohimbe and walmart ginkgo every day for last several weeks and have noticed an improvement on flaccid hang and semi-hard ons especially on rest days . Also taking 1g of arginine and 500mg of lysine every day (been doing that from beginning).
