This was caused by letting all the tension rest on one spot at high amounts and not using the comfort pad. I will first try adding the comfort pad back once healed and of things are heading down the wrong path again I will try adding the second noose as well. Did not have this problem before. I suspect it is because of the higher tension this extender has vs the one I had before. All good though. Rinse wash repeat.

The calloused area is almost gone. Will start extending again next week. Still working out regularly. My chest is cut and arms have nice muscle tone. When I flex my abbs you can see a six pack so making good progress there. Got to spend a lot of time in the sun today so the tan should be coming along. I have also lost an inch off my waist and am maintaining a weight of 189 and I'm 5'10", actually need to measure my height because my pants are shorter and I think I've grown a tad. Today I'm trying extending with double noose and comfort straps. Just want to see what kind of difference it makes. It is a lot harder to get on because I got to pre-wrap with the cotton gauze and then fish the burrito through both nooses and after that try to tighten them down without the gauze getting in the way. Also the comfort pads makes the extender look bulkier in the pants/shorts which will make it more noticeable as well. Tried the extender with the double noose and foam padding and was able to wear for 2h 15min before taking it off. I took it off not because it was becoming uncomfortable but because I needed to rest and was about to eat lunch. Figured that would be a great time for a break. Now I am wearing the extender with double noose and no comfort pads. I still always pre-wrap the burrito in the cotton gauze.
After doing some reading on old threads (courtesy of Dangler) I think I will purchase the AB silicone anti turtle sleeve and give it a go. Seem users in the past had great success with it in regards to reducing discomfort. The added benefit is that when you take it off, you stay elongated which is great! The ball zinger on there website had me intrigued as well.
As an experiment, I did try using the double-noose without the comfort pads and taking one of the comfort pads and laying it on top of the burrito before tightening the nooses down. That did not work too well and was also too cumbersome to get everything setup correctly.
Professionally, I have a lot of training in advanced problem solving and six sigma. It's been fun using those skills to solve the problem of discomfort with extender. The problem solving skills is what led me to discover the anti-slip noose technique.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Lots going on today so I may not get to extend. If so it wont be for long.
I've been doing the extender with the double noose lately and I have noticed that I can wear it longer (about 2hrs) before needing to take it off. Also the noose trick works well for preventing the second noose from slipping. The calloused spot is almost completely gone so the new configuration isn't putting all the tension there anymore. All in all, I think I'll stick to this. I probably will eventually be ordering the AB anti-turtle silicone sleeve to replace the cotton wrap. In the meantime, I may try an ace bandage wrap or the self adhesive sports wrap. I have really been feeling the workout session afterwards so I know I'm in the sweet spot. I'll probably measure Friday or Saturday. EQ has been up and down, I don't expect it to be really solid until after I'm done with PE just due to all the stress caused from extending. Hello Burrito,
How many inches were you when you started the andropenis and do you have or had any ulcer after using the extender for 8 hours on a daily basis?
Do you think there is any change in thickness?
I was told by the makers of jes extender and andropenis that thickness is not possible to get by using the extenders.that is all told to sell more.and I think they are right about that.
What would you say?

I wont tell you what I think but what I know, I gained .75" girth wearing an extender only. It was proportional to my length. I did no other exercises during the time, just extending.
I do not have andro penis extender, it is quick extender pro.
During my first round of extending I did not have any ulcers or other injuries. I upgraded the tension from 3500g to 4000g during the second round and had an extended break in between. On the second round there was too much tension being put behind the glans and it caused the skin to get calloused and eventually created a sore. I had to break for a couple of weeks to allow it to heal properly and now am extending again. I have just discovered a way to solve the too much tension problem. Wow, jut realized it has been two years since I made a commitment to lose weight. Two years ago I weighed 220lbs, in 8 week I got down to 189. Two years later and I'm at 188. I have maintained and not gained. My next goal is to get down to 180. It has been harder to nock off the additional pounds. I also exercise frequently and have acquired muscle mass. Good thing is my waistline and fat pad has still been shrinking. I managed to knock another inch off of the waist and am now 33". Used to be a tight 36". Not only that, I feel very confident about myself and how I look. I'm getting more smiles and glances from the girls and even occasionally am asked if I am a marine. I always say no and that I have high respect for anyone who has willing volunteered their life for the service of our country. I can do a few cool tricks now as well like flatten a soda can with one hand and occasionally my fingers will punch through the metal in the process of crimping the top part of the can. Great way to fillet the finger lol.
I can happily say that I have accomplished all of my goals that I set out after at the beginning of the year physically. I have a good tan, am leaner, have nice pecs and arms, my eight pack is becoming more pronounced (still got a little belly fat the needs to go away), and am running. I have been going through some really stressful life events and being in great physical shape has really helped to manage it all.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log
