Stretching at my intensity level fatigued my burrito to where it compromised my EQ needed for jelqing. Jelqing before stretches remedied that issue.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Would you say wearing an extender 3 days a week for 8h is beneficial for length gains? I would need 3 days off after that because of work. Also, would you recommend a cockring ? Anytime you can get more than 4 hours in an extender is great. 3 days on and off will be fine. You will benefit from the rest days. Wear a cock ring as much as possible it is complimentary to any routine. When I used to jelq in the shower I used refined coconut oil. Extended 4 hours yesterday. Really great session. I could feel the strain deep in my groin. Some solid tension was being applied. Even with the increased tension, there was no pain behind the gland thanks to the foam pipe insulation I have been using for padding.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

I am very sceptical about permanent gains achieved through pumping. To me pumping is more supplemental. Great for promoting blood flow which compliments a routine. So it compliments a routine but stand alone may not get you where you want to go. Just like cock rings. It will get you where you want to go quicker as long as you are doing other exercises in addition like squeezes, clamping, jelqs and uli's.
