Starting to see some encouraging signs of growth. The extending has been at really solid tension. I notice that iniially when I put the extender on the tip of my glans is not flush with the end of my extender even with the springs compressed but after 2 hours (taking it off and resetting each hour) the tip of the glans is now flush. That's some solid ligament stretching!
Between the extending and cock ring wearing I have a really nice flaccid hang. The burrito hangs past the balls on a more frequent basis.
Last night I woke up due to a boner that couldn't get free. My erections now extend past the elastic waist line of my boxer briefs. That's never happened until recently.
All of these indicators have really been encouraging.
A note for new extender users or to those who have taken a long break from extending: Extending works differently from other types of PE exercises. It causes micro tears on the tunica vs just stretching ligs and expanding the corpus spoungium. This process takes a little over a month to get started so don't get discouraged if you don't see results during the first month or two. But once you set in the tear/repair process you are as good as gold. Extending offers the best guarantee for gains if you can put the time and effort into it.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Experiencing really good PI's. Flaccid hang has been good and I ended up having to fish my burrito though the escape hatch in my boxers last night because my boners kept waking me up because of the elastic waste band. It's a nice feeling knowing that you have exceeded capacity

Also, do you jelq and/or do manual stretches either before or after you extend?
Do you go into an extending session somewhat plump?

Yeah. I'm not hurting for girth. I'm between 5.6 and 5.7" gith. The nice thing about the cock ring is that if I want to be 6" girth all I have to to is put it on. My current girth gives me more flexibility with preferences.
I'm only doing extending at the moment. It's all I have time for. Ideally I would do a manual stretch routine like side to sides or JP90 stretches prior to wearing the device but I shoot for a minimum 2 hours extending and that takes top priority. 4 hours extending or more is best.
Next week I am considering doing manual stretches earlier in the day and then extend later.
I just made a change to take l-lysine before bed instead of in the morning. Makes more sense since you recover more while you sleep and l-lysine aids in tissue repair.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Tried adding another .5cm extension rod today. Not ready for that yet. How did it know? I kept slipping out or it would feel like it's going to slip out after securing it on my burrito. Never had that problem before. I think it's due to the new sock method I'm using to make extending process more comfortable. I'd rather deal with slipping than the callouses though! So I will stick to using the extender with the two large rods on (8cm) for the time being.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log
