  • Not a bad idea...have you been stretching consistently or off and on?

    • I was doing the advanced jelq free routine without extending until about December and saw about a half inch gain if I remember correctly. I saw the fastest gains from doing JP90 stretches and extending. I added four additional angles of stretches. If it were a clock it was 12, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11 o'cock and then straight out.

      I currently just grab and pull it in various directions for about half a minute before putting the extender on.

      • I like the solid ones. I bought Mine off of Amazon. It's thick wide and heavy made of stainless steel. I recommend going to a hardware store first and buying solid brass harness rings in 1.75 and 2" diameter to determine which size is a better fit. Try edging and doing some running with both sides on to get a good feel for them. They are cheap and will help ensure you spend your money wisely. If the 2" is slightly too big, buying a real one online that has wide edges will help. You don't want it to hurt your balls when edging.

        • Aside from PE I have maintained my daily work out regiment of 10 pull ups, 30 pushups and 30 sit ups. Some times twice a day. I am in great shape guys. Very toned and cut compared to where I used to be. I get comments in the locker room and girls complimenting my looks for my age. Happens all the time. My workouts literally take 5 minutes per session so max 10 minutes a day. It's easy guys and I challenge anyone who has been telling themselves that they want to improve their shape to try it. Commit for 4 months and you will be amazed at the results. You can't beat the effort vs impact. No need for expensive equipment. All you need is something to pull up on and something to hold your feet for doing sit ups. Go for it! it's a hell of a confident booster.

          • Wow, Burrito. You have almost hit your goal. Fantastic results! I'm a lot slower of a grower than you but anyone needing motivation just needs to see what you have done in a little over 2 years! Kudos!

                    • Extended 3h yesterday. Would have done more this weekend but a lot of my friends wanted to hang. It's good for the soul when you know that people actually enjoy your company.

                      I have this one friend that has the money and appreciates good cooking but hates to cook. I love to cook (personal hobby) but don't have the money for the ingredients required for the "finer" things. It's a win win for the both of us!

                      My confidence couldn't be higher. Several times this week I would be among friends (I have multiple circles I hang with) and there would be a new girl (different ones) and one of my other friends would come to me and say that they were asking about me trying to get the lo-down and said I was either hot or sexy or a combination of the both. It's just nice knowing that you got it

                          • Mmmmm. Just did some JP90 stretches at 30 second holds. I always add 4 extra angles (SE SW NE NW compass directions). Haven't done them in a while and feel the burn. I think this is gonna be another step in the right direction. My flaccid hang as of late has been exceptional. When I see my burrito with my fat pad pushed in it's phenomenal. Just wish there was a throat to bottem out in....
