Decided to up the physical workout routine. I'm just getting such good results that I can't help myself lol. Now I am going to try to do it twice a day. 10 pull ups, 30 pushups and 30 sit ups. Additionally, I have begun swimming laps in the pool. Gonna shoot for a couple days a week to begin and see where it goes from there. I can currently swim about 6 laps hard and about 4 laps doing back strokes. Man it really works the muscles!
Did 150 power jelqs and had a nice meaty burrito when it was all said and done.

I see you're doing JP90 stretches before extending.
Is this because those are ligament based stretches and the extender creates micro tears?09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0

Today I did 200 power jelqs, 10 minutes edging and JP90 stretches.

Did 150 power jelqs today and took a rest day from length. I finished off with a 30 min edging session that I lost control of in the end. It sucked because I wasn't prepared for "clean up on aisle 5". It was one of the largest loads to date and it had only been 2 days. Lecithin and hydration is key. I took THE Volume Pills for 1 year and did not see those results. You gotta take a huge dose of lecithin though for it to work and you don't take it every day just a day or two before. Did 150 power jelqs and JP90 stretches. I can always tell a difference using the jelq device. Random boners are more frequent, sausage is thicker, girth is increased. Unfortunately that combination makes me hornier than I already am usually. Drives me nuts! lolProgress Log | Extender Progress Log
