  • I extend just below the glans. I keep it taught. Like you could almost strum it. See pics on my profile. Very important to not have slack. Gotta create those micro tears.

      • Extended a little over 2h today.

Finally got all the privacy I could want so extending has been easy. I've been extending at max. My burrito is pulled so tight I could strum it like a guitar. Also been walking around naked so no clothes getting in the way. I know if I keep this up for several months I'm going to see sizeable gains. I'm feeling all the right indicators just like before. They say the first inch is easy, second much harder, past that much much harder. Well time to break through some boundaries. I've given myself plenty of rest time from my long break to reset and I hope that it will be the key to gaining more. 8" would be nice. Regardless I already got what it takes to rock the tacos. My upwards curve is the cherry on top... or is it the cherry popper?

        • Woke up last night to some impressive night wood around 2am. Yeah, my boner actually woke me up. Lasted for almost an hour. It was like I took some ED drug. Needless to say I'm experiencing some really positive PI's from my current extending routine.

                        • Feeling really optimistic about extending. I've already had great gains from before. The difference is that before, I was wearing the extender under clothes and mostly sitting. I know that I wasn't getting max tension because sitting and rubbing against clothes would cause it to work lose over time and the extender would contract (it's spring loaded). Now I have much more privacy. I can walk around the house naked all day wearing it uninhibited. I can noticeably tell the difference in tension. When grabbing the burrito while in the extender, there is no slack and it feels firm

The whole concept of extenders is to slowly create micro tears along the shaft and when you rest and heal the tears are repaired and gaps are filled in this creating new cell growth and increasing both length and volume of the burrito. The amazing thing about extenders is the the cell repair is permament! You will not go back, it's not like your body eats the cell repair haha.

The risk with manual only routines is that most of the gains come from stretching the ligaments out. That's why a long cementing period is recommended because there is a degree of refractory.

To see optimum gains you want to do a combo of both. Stretch the ligs and generate the cell growth. If you lose any gains after you stop it was most likely the ligs trying to return back to base state. Think of it like a rubber band. A fresh rubber band has a set size. You stretch it and it gets longer but when you take the tension off it goes back to it's original size. But, continue stretching that rubber band over and over for a period of time and guess what? The "At rest" size is going to be longer than the original because it's become stretched out. This is how it works. Ligs are like the rubber band. I always recommend to slightly overshoot your length goals to account for the concept I just described.

Well this has been a little bonus for all my dedicated viewers. Hope this helps someone!
