In a previous post I talked about extender cons, now lets discuss my extender pros.
Scientifically proven to work through independent studies. Passive form of PE (you can do other things while growing your burrito). Provides girth increase as well due to the process of cell division and growth.

I have no experience with the other style extenders so I could only speculate. One drawback I have heard from interviewing other members is the reoccurring cost of replacement parts for the vacuum style extenders, specifically, the phallosan. That dissuaded me from pursuing that route. It seems they may be more comfortable to wear and you may be able to sleep with it on. So those are pluses.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Been wearing the cock ring all day and did the other day as well. The size I like to wear is 2". I like it because I stay thicker and I also like how it positions my balls. It presents a pretty nice package for display.
I've tried multiple different types. I have a 1.75" horse shoe style that's stainless, a 2" thick and heavy stainless one that is also wide, and then I have a 1.75" and 2" brass one that I got from a local hardware store (it's actually a harness ring). By far the most comfortable and effective ones have been the cheap brass ones (less than $2 each). The 2" brass seems to be just perfect. Edging sessions are really nice with it on. It's funny how the cheapest solutions often work the best. Another example of this is the cable clamp. $3 gets you one of the best devices out there for girth.
I think I will continue to wear the cock ring just as supplemental PE. The extra expansion should keep the tissues nice and conditioned and the burrito thick and juicy.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Great thread man. Looking into damiana and sunflower lecithin (avoiding soy). Any recommendations of brands?
PS, I was using a cock ring for a few weeks but they eventually all broke (3 of them), cause I guess I'm just too thick for them haha.You earn your own success!

Haven't done PE do over a month, maybe 2. Gains haven't went down any so I'm keeping what I got. Also, sensitivity has increased making sex more pleasurable and my EQ has been high.
I'm concluding that doing exercises did put a damper on my EQ. I would have a hard time maintaining an erection and sometimes sex would be frustrating trying to get hard and stay hard. I also wasn't as sensitive making it harder to feel all the goodness, with also impacted my ability to stay hard. This was a price to pay in order to grow the burrito. Fortunately after a couple of weeks things improved. Now I can get hard whenever I want and as often as I want and stay hard for much longer. Plus sex feels so much better. Hi Burrito, it's my very first post on pegym so far and i'm glad it's on your thread.
First of all, i want to say that you're a big inspiration for me, and i'm currently preparing cautiously my day 1 entry in the PE game, after 2 month of warming up with a Bathmate so thank you for your work.
But i still have a problem with PE : there is too much informations and they're way too spread into the website/s.
Your threads are great for that, because they're recent, they summarize and compile a lot of informations, but still, 136 pages for this one, 54 for "the way of the burrito" and maybe a lot more informations lost in other threads.. It's really hard to digest and pick the good informations where they are.
So since you've reach your goals and kind of stopped PE, i wanted to ask you, would you like to write an "Ultimate Burrito PE Experience" ? Where you fully summarize your journey, the different phases into the journey, what was the best for you, what you would've made differently, what about supplements, what about devices, what about exercices, which combinaison was the most efficient, and way more (selfesteem in every day life, with or without gym, maintaining routine, how about you) ...
In brief, somewhere you don't have hundreds posts in hundreads pages and everything about your personnal experience is centralized

I'm sure you could be a new PE reference, because you achieved nice gains in quite good recent timeframe, and as i said the informations on this forum are too spread for newcomers. (if you don't wanna focus only on JP90)

With all of the experience that you got out of PE, I am curious as to which of the supplements you used did you find to be the most beneficial? I used to take L-arginine and am thinking about going back to using it but I may want to add some other things but not sure if I want to add everything all at once just to see what I can get away with.Starting Size :

Ultimate Burrito you are an inspiration. Youve gained a full two inches from the start which is some of the best gains ive seen in that time peroid.youve gained an inch on girth as well.
you're satisfied with your size and you said anymore would be greedy. 7.5 in length is huge. 5.5 in girth is good as well

L-arginine and L-lysine should be staples for anyone doing PE.
