Tuned out to this song today as I focused on fixing some spreadsheets at work. This group just puts me in a good mood.
Did 5 pull ups today and 30 pushups. Too busy to do anymore and heck my body just needs a rest day.
Figured out what happened with the jelq device. I did not get bruises, my skin actually wore off at the base from doing 200 non stop. Not painful at all and looking better just as little scabby.
