        You may want to consider meditation also as a way to calm down the monkey mind. If you need resources for this, let me know...I have non-"woo-woo" meditation resources that I can recommend. I'm here to help.

            Do you have legit add? I think I have undiagnosed one, but I have never suffered from it except academically or I might just be restless! Procrastination is a constant battle though that I have yet to win.

              Never been tested nor will I. It may be the 12 cups of coffee I keep surging in my veins all day... I am just the creative, outside the box witty thinker kind of guy and the busy mind just comes with the package. I see it more as a strength rather than a weakness.

                yeah it's a bullshit diagnostic procedure anyway, so it's hard to take it serious except the very obvious cases, but those people have more serious problems! I don't suffer busy mind though and never have, but restless legs and extreme procrastination as worse enough :/

                      • Thanks guys. It still varies but that length is becoming more of the norm. I think horniness play a big factor into it as well... lol.

                            • Did not realize that rice sock heating method provides moist heat. Should have known that since rice works as a desiccant. I was surprised when I heated up my rice sock and felt moisture. Pretty nifty .

                              • Workout progress:

                                Been doing 25 pushup each day but no pull ups, on vacation and I don't trust the doors frames of this house to support a pull up bar. That would be hilarious though.. haha.

                                Had a nice 15 minute warmup with rice sock followed by 500 s2s stretches.

                                Might have stumbled on to something. I did a really intense girth work out earlier this week and then stopped all girth related exercises. It's been 4 or 5 days (I think) and my girth actually went up a notch. I'm wondering if the best way to grow girth is to hit it with everything you got one day and then take 5 days off to allow for recovery. The bad thing for me is that I really don't want to get much bigger in girth. I know me saying that I gonna drive some of you who are desperate for girth gains crazy. Maybe you should try what I did. Look at my last routine that included girth exercises. Give it a go and rest it for 5 days. I have still been doing length exercises though. Anyways, just wanted to share that with you all.
