    100 power jelqs

    also did a set of 30 pushups and another set of 35. and 8 pull ups and 10 pull ups. really starting to look fit! very happy.

        500 side to sides

        Also did two sets of 30 pushups a set of 7 pull ups and a set of 8 pull ups. I now have well defined pecs and arms. Just gotta work off the rest of the belly. Been to freakin cold to run plus it gets dark so gosh darn early. May have to whip out the smoothie recipe again...

        On a side note, confidence is key guys. It don't matter what you're packin, if you don't have confidence, it's gonna be a hard sell (pun intended). Improving your manhood, working out, stand tall with shoulders squared; these all boost confidence. Also, don't overthink things or get worried over all the details. Just take it as it comes, relax and go with the flow. A lot of times us guys try to overcompensate and it's unsustainable. Chill. If you have confidence in yourself, being yourself will be enough. Also, accept the fact beforehand that thing just don't always work out. It's a game of chance. People don't play the lottery always expecting to win 100% of the time. The fun is in the chance your taking. Keep it fun, enjoy life. Good things usually come your way when your not expecting it, that's what makes them good. Try to have one good friend who you can talk to, who will not judge but offer honest advice. They are worth their weight in gold.

          • Hmm. I play the lottery every week with the expectation that I'll win and not have to return to any form of work ever again. AND I'm genuinely let down when I don't win. Guess that is why I feel like a huge disappointment.
            Current: BPEL = 6.25"; NBPEL = 5.5"; MEG = 4.5625"

            • Seriously considering hanging. Maybe do the captains wrench. It'd be fun to make and it would spice things up. If I've gained so easily through other methods and hanging is considered to have a high rate of success, who knows what might happen. It's one of the few methods of PE that I haven't tried. One of the last frontiers. All I want is length, just to hit 8". If I don't gain ever again though, I'm happy with the solid 7.5" that I have. If I do hit 8", that will be 2.5" gained from doing PE and it only took roughly 2 years. What a hell of a lottery to hit!

                      • For the first time in a really long time I'm getting really solid morning wood. The pressure from the expansion wakes me up.

                        I'm trying to straighten my life out and make positive changes. I'm getting 7 hours of sleep now during the week. I have cut masturbation back to once or twice a week and have almost eliminated porn, about a 95% reduction of weekly usage.

                        I'm feeling better about myself all around. Wish I could tell everyone about whats been really going on in my life but feel that it's prudent that I refrain. All of this has taught me that happiness is what you make of life, regardless of the hands you are dealt.
