  • Alright, hammered out a girth workout so far. Dove head first into it.

    Girth Buster Routine
    100 Power Jelqs
    20 Squeezes
    20 minutes clamping
    10 minutes edging

Wasn't intending to go that long clamping but it just felt so good edging. Gonna update goal for 8 x 5.5.

Been working out consistently with the pushups and pull ups. Up to 35 pushups at a time and 9 pull ups. Try to do them twice a day. Now when I flex my arms various ways I can see the different muscle groups. Nothing boosts confidence more than knowing you have a fit body and your muscles show. Meet a guy from way back and the first thing he commented on was how great I was looking (in a straight way). Made me feel good because when I knew him I was skin and bones. Working out has been great for stress management as well.

      • Principles for happiness:

        1. Life owes you nothing. Feeling that you are entitled to things in life will only set you up for future disappointments. Learn to take life as it comes. The good and the bad. Failure comes from expectations, no expectations, no failure.

        2. Life's too short to hold things against people, especially those you love. If you weigh all the potential moments of missed opportunities and memories against the spite/pride/grudge that you are holding on to because of some disagreement, it would be a mountain vs a molehill. Swallow your pride, be willing to be the first to apologize or reconcile, even if you weren't the offender. You will either restore the relationship or walk away with peace and closure because you did the right thing and in you mind you did everything you could to make amends. You will rest easy and it will no longer eat at your soul.

        3. Know that happiness is a choice and you are the decision maker, no one or nothing else can take it away from you but you can give it to them.

            • Life is good guyz. It is what you make it. I know that from experience! I now have a group of awesome friends, some I met here, some I've met out and about. Knowing that people can hang with you and have a genuinely good time does something to the body and soul. You feel accepted and rewarded knowing that you have added meaning to other peoples lives. It's easy to fail to take notice of the small, good things in life. It's important to see the value in friendships; how you have benefited from others and how they have benefited from you. Then you realize you have a good life, a life that's worth living well.

                    • Today's work out

                      Girth Buster Routine

                      100 power jelqs
                      20 squeezes
                      20 minutes clamping
                      10 minutes edging

Dang, I know I must appear to be full of contradictions cuz I say I don't want anymore girth but here I am doing possibly one of the most intensive girth routines out there. Don't ask me why, I just do what I feel. Ain't feeling the stretches. Kinda bored of them. EQ has significantly improve as of late. I'm also amazed at the gap between my hands doing the squeezes from my length. It truly makes me feel big. It's validation of my hard earned efforts. Unfortunately tacos are gonna be off the menu for a while but all things cum in due time .

                        • Start off doing power jelqs (jelqs using a jelq device), go straight into squeezes, go straight into clamping, finish with edging and erect kegels. The progression of the exercises increases the intensity. When you get to the clamping part, your burrito has already been pre-expanded from the previous exercises allowing for greater expansion when clamping. Like blowing up a balloon. Edging and erect kegels fill the expanded chambers with fresh blood promoting growth. You can seal the deal by wearing a behind the balls cock ring right after your workout for the rest of the day/night. See Jockinthebox's cock ring challenge for more info.

                              • Nope haha. I've been. Closely watching though with all the clamping I've been doing.

I can now confidently say that practicing erect kegels while edging causes my semi-hardons.
