Good thing to keep in mind before getting ones hopes up of gaining a similar amount is that extending is known to give huge boost to EQ. So a huge initial gain from an extender is likely coming from getting back to your maximum penis size that you for some reason has shrunk from, can be lack of hard enough and frequent enough erections for example.Originally posted by manav1984 View PostOk.

IMO, most manual stretching exercises primarily deliver gains from stretching out the ligs in the root of your penis (were it joins the body). Extending however focuses on the entire shaft of the penis by causing micro tears to form from long periods of being in an extended state. When we speak of cementing gains, it's primarily focused on keeping the ligs trained to be in the stretched state and preventing them from retracting back. Micro tears also happen with the ligs but it's a combo of both tears and stretching out. The micro tears heal with new tissue filling in the gaps and that slowly adds length. It's the continual process of creating tears, the tears healing and doing it over and over again. Hence the consistency over time (it's not a sprint, it's a marathon) mantra. Extending gains have been the most permanent in my experiences. You also have one other aspect of gaining and that is expanding the chambers that hold blood for an erection. Jelqing, ulis, clamping, squeezes... all those exercises focus on creating moderate to extreme over expansion which, over time, enlarges the chambers allowing them to hold more blood; prompting stronger, fuller erections, increased EQ and more girth and sometimes length as well.
