I know I said this last time, but I'm giving this another shot. I genuinely believe I'll be able to commit as I face less time pressures from work than I previously did as I'm in another job (yeah, I know that's another excuse so I'll let my actions speak this time...)

          Initial Measurements
          - BPSFL: 16.3cm
          - BPEL: 17.4cm

Tomorrow; I'll be starting the JP90 on a 2-days on, 1-day off basis. I'll be keeping a log of training, PI's and progress measurements on excel but intend to post weekly on how it is going.

For the various mod's, is there any way to delete the last photo in my first post? I've attempted to do so with the attachment manager but can't seem to figure it out.

            So, first week down.

            PI's
            25/9: Neutral (none noticed)
            26/9: Neutral (none noticed)
            27/9: Positive (night wood)
            28/9: Neutral (none noticed)
            29/9: Positive (night wood)
            30/9: Neutral (none noticed)

            Training Log
            24/9: None - initial measurements
            25/9: JP90 + 22 minute edge session at end + warm down
            26/9: JP90 + 25 minute edge session at end + warm down
            27/9: Rest
            28/9: JP90 + 25 minute edge session at end + warm down
            29/9: JP90 + 17 minute edge session at end + warm down
            30/9: Rest

Pretty much seems like all is on track. In ~ 7 days time I was planning to remeasure either one or both of the BPSFL and BPEL, as well as get an initial measurement on EG.

              Second week down.

              PI's
1/10/18: Neutral, some red spots noticed. Later that day they disappeared so must have been temporary.
              2/10/18: Positive, night wood
              3/10/18: Neutral, no PI's noticed
              4/10/18: Neutral, no PI's noticed
              5/10/18: Positive, night wood
              6/10/18: Positive, night wood
              7/10/18: Positive, morning wood

              Training Log
              1/10/18: JP90 + 22 min edge
              2/10/18: JP90 + 21 min edge
              3/10/18: Scheduled Rest
4/10/18: Unscheduled rest - struggled to fit PE into schedule
              5/10/18: JP90 + 19 min edge
6/10/18: Unscheduled rest - struggled to fit PE into schedule
              7/10/18: JP90

So, key points I've noticed is on training days my EQ is lower during the jelq's post the stretching. I think that is temporary as I normally have great EQ, but I've cut back on the edging today and will edge later in the day (~12 hrs after my session) to see what my EQ is like.

The training definitely feels "fatiguing" (for lack of a better word).

BPSFL was tested at 17.2cm. This is almost a 1cm increase in two weeks, which seems too strong. I wonder if there was a mismeasurement in the original measurement, because I feel there is a difference as to whether you stretch first and then place a ruler vs if you place a ruler and then stretch. The latter seemed to inhibit me from stretching fully, so I feel that could be an explanation. Now, my BPSFL and BPEL seem a lot closer which seems more normal.

BPEL still at 17.4cm. I think the EQ is still solid outside of training, it is just during jelqing when the EQ seems to drop a bit.

                  Week 3 down.

                  PIs
Not noticeable PI's were noticed for the entire week from 8/10 to 14/10 inclusive.

                  Training Log
                  8/10: JP90 + 14 minute edge session
                  9/10: Rest
10/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge session. I noted the stretches felt less intense this session and that the jelqing was therefore easier to maintain a good EQ. Whilst it is speculation, given I generally have good EQ it seems the poor EQ I have been noticing during jelqing may be a result of going too forcefully on the stretching
11/10: Sex that night, so no training
12/10: Sex that morning, so no training
                  13/10: Rest
14/10: JP90 + 25 minute edge. I noted that I made the kegels during the stretches quicker, which meant the same pattern I noticed on 10/10 continued, with EQ stronger during the jelq's as the stretches were less intense.

                    Week 4 down.

                    PI's
                    15/10: Positive - Night Wood
                    16/10: Neutral - no PI's noticed
17/10: Positive - semi Night Wood
                    18/10: Positive - Night Wood
                    19/10 Neutral - no PI's noticed
                    20/10: Neutral - no PI's noticed
                    21/10: Neutral - no PI's noticed

                    Training Log
                    15/10: JP90 + 22 minute edge
                    16/10: JP90 + 23 minute ege
                    17/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge
                    18/10: Rest
                    19/10: JP90 + 20 minute edge
                    20/10: JP90 + 16 minute edge
                    21/10: Rest

Again, I've stretched less intensely and felt the EQ was stronger during the jelq's which I feel is good. I'm in a better "groove" with training.

Next week, I'm going to adapt so that I start a 5 day on / 2 day off cycle. I've planned this with my off days around the days I know I'll struggle to PE, so it should be easier to stick to.

I have noticed that my EQ is still not quite as strong as I would like it to be. As an experiment (based on Kingpole's famous "Erection Tea" thread) I have purchased some ginko biloba and will try 2000mg per day (1 tablet per day).

I will report back with results.

It seems L-Arginine is also worth looking into. I noted it is part of the suggest JP90 supplement routine, but I never purchased it as I (naively, I suppose) viewed it as more of an "optional" measure. Serves me right for not following the program fully. I'll purchase that an report back with results.

I've now started L-Citrulline, which I understand is a preferred alternative to L-Arginine. I'll take 3g per day, and see how I feel and if my EQ / recovery improves.

                          So, week 5 down.

                          PI's
22/10: Neutral / positive: half NW during an afternoon nap on 21/10, no PI's on 22/10
                          23/10: Positive: NW
24/10: Positive: NW. Later that evening, when going to bed, I noticed thoughts alone with no physical stimulation was enough to get me semi-erect. Hard to tell whether that is the rest period of the ginkgo biloba, but very interesting
                          25/10: Positive: NW.
                          26/10: Positive - MW
                          27/10: Neutral - no PI's noticed.

MW and NW wasn't necessarily with super strong EQ, but still.

                          Training:
                          22/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge
                          23/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge
                          24/10: Rest
                          25/10: Rest
                          26/10: JP90 + 16 minute edge
                          27/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge
                          28/10: JP90 + 15 minute edge

Will train again tomorrow to move towards a 5-on 2-off cycle. I may try avoiding ejaculation on day 2 and 4 of the on-cycle, to see if that helps with EQ and ensuring the PI's are strong.

                              Thanks man.

My theory is: if I log everything, when I eventually run into trouble with progress, I can hopefully get someone who understands this all far better than I do to run their eyes over this and see what I've been doing and where I'm going wrong. Alternatively, if I end up having fantastic gains, maybe someone can learn what may have helped.
