Read my entire log, and for some reason, my eq was better when I did more jelqs, instead of slower ones.
Also, better when my kegels were held for two seconds instead of one.
Also, I wasn't taking l arginine tabs daily, or zinc either.
Hmm...
I'm going to workout tonight, only take my multivitamin and post workout shake, and see what happens.
EDIT: Finally a damn computer.
Might be overdoing the whole self checkup, but I realized that my zinc tablet has 35, NOT 15mg. That doesn't sound like much, but combined with my multi, (25) it becomes way over the upper daily limit.
Hopefully my doctor can shed some light on all this.

Had copious amounts of sex with Kayla last night, took a levitra per doctors request. Took blood tests to determine if there is an underlying cause to my erectile problems. Worked out last night, lost count on one of my sets, not that big of a deal. Barely a morning wood, but let's see what happens through the day..

Erection lasting longer without stimulation.
Per doctor's request, i'm changing my workout plan (The real gym)
Instead of 15 minutes runs, i'm going to 10 minute interval training.
Going to keep my phone at the apartment, and keep the entire workout under an hour.
Going to seperate my cardio days from the weight lifting days.
Apparently my Testosterone is low because of my workout habits. We will see what happens in a couple weeks.

I think it was Bulldog wrote an interesting thread last week on how his doc told him that the supplements may have caused his natural T production to drop. Not sure how common this is or anything but i ended up freaking out that it was happening to me, so i cut the supp's and am currently monitoring the situation.

Indeed he did Eric, my workout habits were excessive apparently.
He sat me down and had me map out exactly what I was doing which was working out everyday, ABS and cardio as well.
My cardio was a high level, for a sustained amount of time (15 Minutes) without a break.
This is great for long distance training, but absolutely kills your t-levels.
My gym time exceeded an hour, and when that happens your t-levels drop and your cortisol levels rise.
I cut all the supplements and am back to just my multivitamin and protien powder. Hopefully this will help out!
Worked out last night, tried to not think of anyone else but Kayla when prepping for jelqing. Trying to see if it's me, or if i'm just not that attracted to her for some stupid reason.

Work was strenuous last night. New girl working there, she's cute and I definitely flirted.
I ate twice as much food as usual last night and I feel amazing.
I think I was too focused on eating healthy, and I wasn't eating enough to maintain my life style.
Last night before I went to bed, I wanted sex. I think my T-Levels are coming back slowly.
