Another workout in the books. Eighteen hours since the last one. Thirty four minutes, had to re-stimulate to 100% hard three maybe four times.

Following this, i just started experimenting with this angion stuff. I dont see any gains but it have a really good eq impact i think. Its hard for me to figure out how it can produce any length gains tho. Interesting to see how you are doing. I will tell you if i see any change also.Start 5.8 (14.9 cm) BPEL 5.2 MEG
Now: 7 .9 (20 cm ) BPEL 5.3 MEG

After two days off, I measured, looked like an eighth inch in length, maybe even three sixteenths, but then my dick got camera shy. So, I may say no gains again this week, but I'm sure I saw a hint of something, so I'm reporting that just because I don't want anyone calling bullshit if I report three sixteenths or possibly a quarter inch next week. You know someone will say "Oh sure, no gains for five weeks and now we're supposed to believe a quarter inch in length just showed up outta nowhere?". So no, not out of nowhere. I saw a little hint of gains today.
On the subject, I think I have been doing too many days on and not enough off. I went my first three weeks without a day off, then took one day off and went back at it. After about another week and a half, just prior to my two days off, my EQ crashed hard. I think as low intensity or low impact as this method is, it still requires rest. I think this has been my biggest goof. Because my unit never feels fatigued the way it would after a manual session, I guess I have made the mistake of thinking the wang doesn't need a day or two of recovery. I think that's obviously misinformed.
I'm shocked when I think that I was doing two sessions per day, seven days a week, and my EQ didn't tank sooner. I guess maybe the fatigue is less immediate, and more cumulative. It has definitely crashed in time. At least I seem to bounce right back after a day or two off. Now I just gotta figure out what sort of days on versus days off type schedule will be best. Much like bodybuilding, or any athletic endeavor, one needs adequate recovery time, or you're just not going to grow.

I guess maybe a little. I haven't really thought about it much.
Edit point; Do you mean during the workout? Yeah, that part was definitely better.Last edited by raybbaby; 06-25-2018, 12:36 PM.
