7/25 workout in the books. About 35 minutes. EQ was good, then kind of went iffy, and I thought I would bag it at 20 minutes, but then my EQ got better, and I went all the way to 35 minutes. Weird. Flaccid afterwards was huge. 7+" and 5 3/4" girth. And veiny as can be.Wish it would stay like that. Took a shower and when I got out it was back to normal.

7/26 woke with wood. Did my workout. Same pattern as the rest of the week. EQ starts out awesome, flags at around 8 to 10 minutes, comes back at 20 to 25. I get fully erect again way quicker than I did originally, so that's good. I been telling myself I'm going to split my workout into two 15 minute workouts, but it hasn't happened yet. I get that good wood going from 20 minutes on or so, and I just want to keep on going. I went for 40 minutes this morning, and told myself it was to make up for the less than awesome wood in the middle of the workout. Truthfully, It isn't as if I stop working for 10 minutes or something. I just will have to get res-erected and then PR for 3 minutes, when the erectile quality dips to 60% I re-stimulate. Then go again. As I said, I now get a 90-99% erection again in just 10-15 seconds. So the 40 minutes is likely overkill, but if I got wood, why not work out? At least that's my theory. Until I see 40 minutes has passed, then I'm like, "OK you better give it a rest". That post workout flaccid though, you who do this workout know what I'm saying.

Alright, i'm gonna share and compare my 5 weeks of Angion Method done as a "finisher exercise" - did 3 sets of (single thumb) and (double thumb), this was done between 5-10minutes depening on my EQ and all exercises were done at a high intensity. Did this on the thunderstruck beginner routine too (i've only been doing PEGYM for 6 weeks) - progression used was +5 minutes of jelqing every week and +1-3 minutes of stretching.
Just for an idea of how this could be used to support a regular routine.

I have been doing every set at a high speed and have experienced the roadmap-like veins and heart beat in the penis, occassionally - (heart beat is only felt with massive erections and after i've done both high erection jelqing AND the angion method). So you do seem to be correct in saying that a higher speed for AM will be more productive and a more intense exercise).

Have gained 0 length so far and 0.21 in girth, though - my erection quality is rather poor. Angion seems to have given me veins but has not done anything for the quality of my erections, i link this poor EQ to porn use (currently on NoFap to combat this negative PI)
and orgasm frequency. This could also mean that more time needs to be added to my AM workout? Such confusing results. The reason for my initial poor EQ was porn so hopefully having removed it will solve this issue - do not think that high intensity and fast AM workouts add much to erection quality at all. Lower & Higher intensity and longer duration = EQ + Veins + Heartbeat (you seem to be on the way for this) wheras Higher Intensity and shorter duration = Veins (would go as far to say that high erection jelqing has helped more for this "heartbeat" sensation than AM ever has - clearly, high intensity and fast sessions are by extension worthless unless only motivated in vein gains.
My flaccid hangs much longer and veins can be seen with a flaccid - so these "monster flaccids" do seem to be obtained with AM.
I liked jelqing way more for maximizing blood flow to stressed tissues but AM does this as well. Apart from my vein gains, angion method seems to have been a waste of time - there are better ways to hit these 3 criteria from what i've seen. Is your erection quality during the day good? Does the penis maintain more blood when in a flaccid after implementing the angion method? I have no idea because EQ was not acquired in my case.Originally posted by raybbaby View PostProbably. I feel like it would also help speed recovery by maximizing blood flow to the area of stressed tissue. As well as helping cement gains and restoring maximum circulation during decon breaks.
Just my ideas and experience - i'm a complete beginner and was fine to be a labrat. I'm gonna milk the vein development as much as possible and then drop AM off my routine completely. Just does not seem to be worth spending 20-40 minutes a day for increased EQ (can fix mine in many other ways) - the veins are what made me continue using this, albeit in a different way.Last edited by DanielSAN; 07-27-2018, 06:35 AM.

7/27 workout in. 35 minutes total, EQ was a 7 or 8. Re-stim periods are much quicker than they were initially. Hit 30 minutes, where I planned to quit, with a 100% erection, so I did one more PR set. That highest speed PR makes me feel like I'm going to come a lot of the time, so I have to back off. Frustrating. I think that highest speed is the most beneficial for whatever it is we are doing with this exercise. Intermittent hypoxia I guess?

I agree with you about the highest speed because my cock keeps feeling harder and fuller the more I do these sessions. If BE is for healing and PR for growth, then the PR stage 3 thumb twiddlin' seems to be working.Originally posted by raybbaby View PostThat highest speed PR makes me feel like I'm going to come a lot of the time, so I have to back off. I've noticed my thumbs feeling sore lately, like they did in the beginning. I completed a session a few hours ago and I am getting 6-7 downstrokes per second which is up from 4-5.

Ha! Maybe your dick will get bigger, and maybe not, but you'll have some buff-ass thumbs if you keep that up!Originally posted by BU_Terrier7x6 View PostI've noticed my thumbs feeling sore lately, like they did in the beginning. 7/28, workout finished. 30 minutes, best EQ yet.Stayed 100% hard for first ten minutes, when, through no fault of its own, I thought I heard someone at the door. Got it back super quick, and it was hard until I hit 18 minutes, got it back again very quickly, it was good til the 21 minute mark, where I thought I might quit, but got it right back in no time and went right to 27 minutes, when it was super hard and felt like I might come. Just let it pulse away for a minute and finished out the 30 minutes at lower speed PRs. Best session yet. At one point I could actually see the dorsal arteries under the skin. Looked like a couple of guitar strings running from the base to the head of my penis. Crazy looking.

7/29 off that makes for 6 on, 1 off.
7/30 workout in the books. 30 minutes. A couple "touch-up" re-stimulations, neither took longer than about 15 seconds. EQ stayed good til 20 minutes, About a 1 minute re-stimulation, was good for another five minutes, got res-erected again and had rock hard wood from 27 minutes to roughly 32 minutes, when I called it quits. It is strange these bursts of super hard wood at the end of the workout.

As far as EQ, it is working, or has worked really well. As far as vascularity, it has worked well. Every workout, or almost every workout, seems to get better and better in terms of minutes spent fully erect, less flagging of the erection, and getting hard again quickly when the erection does get limp-ish. I may have gained at the low end an eighth in length, at the highest a quarter. No girth gains. So, it may just be additional length from EQ, though I thought I had pretty solid EQ before. I think for circulation in the penis, it is awesome. I think as an exercise that will keep your penis in good shape and primed to grow and/or repair itself, it is great. As far as it actually enlarging the penis, I am less than convinced. It definitely will have a place in my workout from here on in, but what that place is, or where it fits with traditional forms of PE, I really don't know.Originally posted by CUSP82 View PostSo you would feel it is working for you then.

Ray, in yesterdays workout I increased the time doing BEs at the beginning from 4 sets (around 2-3 minutes) to 5 minutes, and experienced an even better erection for the rest of my regular workout of PRs. I wonder if you've experienced something like that as well or if you're willing to experiment.Progress Log: 45 Days: Angion Method & Fordyce Spots
