Morning Session - 8/04
Notes: Woke up a bit later than I wanted so I wasn't able to get in more than just a single set for hanging but it went well. About halfway thru the set, the feeling of fatigue from last night crept in and, strangely, it felt really, really good. After my set, it took a few minutes for my cock to "relax" in the tube but after a while, I was able to give it a bit more pressure and I could really feel the expansion/stretch. I wrapped the tube with my heating pad and it helped to further relax the tissues. Overall a great session.

Evening Session - 8/07
Notes: Added another set of hang time to the session tonight to stat the week. During break time, I massaged my cock pretty vigorously to ensure good bloodflow and during the last break, I wrapped up in the heating pad to help keep the stretch.
Once hanging was done, I wanted to make sure the stretch stayed as long as possible so I spent a good 15 min in the Vacutech (I pulse pumped pretty intensely for the first 5 minutes, then settled into a normal pump and hold for the last 10), then finished off with some combo ball pumping in the LJ (again, pulsed for first 5, then after getting a really good seal, I set it and let it go).
I strapped up with my leather afterwards and enjoyed my post pump hang quite a bit. Since my gf is working a wacky schedule this week - and barring any wacky issues with my schedule, I should be able to get in several good sessions this week.

Notes:Another light morning session with the BathMate. Woke up still pretty plump from last night and didn't think hanging was a good idea.
Will wear the leather strap at work today for a couple hours at a time to help maintain hang.

Morning Session - 8/09
Notes: Another "relatively" light morning session. No hanging this morning since that will be a focal point this evening. This morning, I broke out my Jelq device and got a real solid workout with that thing for about 5 minutes. I have to admit - those canning tongs give my cock a really good workout.
(If any of you guys want to get your own, check it out at Organize.com - do a search for "Canning Jar Lifter" - needs no modifications and you can use it right from the package - after you clean it, of course)
After the jelq routine, I pumped with the Vacutech for about 20 minutes right at 5 Hg. Overall a good session. Tonight, I plan on working the hanging angle with some LJ.

Morning Session - 8/10
Notes: Standard hanging routine. Really all I wanted to do since Implan on having a more intense session this evening. But since I didn't get to hang yesterday, I wanted to make sure I got in the reps today. I think it may be time to up the weight next week. Also looking at getting an actual hanging device, like a Bib. While my LengthMaster does provide hanging capabilities with the attachments and has been ok so far, I'm a believer in the theory that you get the best results using the best/proper equipment.

Evening Session - 8/14
Notes: Getting back into the groove and went the "all-device" route. After my warmup, I did about 15 min of jelqing with my jelq device. I've found that it's much easier to maintain a certain erection level when using the device vice using my hands - I tend to get harder much faster using my hands. By using the device, I was able to get in some really good squeeze-stretches. While my count may be a bit lower than manual due to the mechanics involved but the results are just as good, if not better.
After that, I slid into the cylinder for some pump time. Pulsed for about 10 minutes and let it set for the remaining time, then finished off with some light jelqing with the device.

Morning Session - 8/18
Notes: A few days with some gaps in the log but I've been still been getting in proper sessions. They've been mainly confined to just BathMate time, but the sessions have gone well.
This morning's was more of a "standard routine" for me - light stretching, jelqs and pumping. I am REALLY liking the jelq deice (canning tongs) more and more and am getting to the point where I can almost get in the fast jelqs like I do manually. I gets me extremely plump before my pump sessions and really helps get my cock in condition to create a good seal almost immediately after entering the cylinder (I also think it may be time to upgrade in cylinder size).
For this pump session, I opted not to do any pulsing and just go for milking and set. It's been a while since I've gotten in a really good LJ session but my balls responded well and plumped up pretty quickly and without much pressure. I take these as all good signs of settling gains.
I will get back into my light hanging routine tomorrow and into next week.

Morning Session - 8/25
Notes: Been slacking on the log entries lately but I'm still maintaining sessions. Lately the schedule has been pretty hectic so I've only been able to get in daily BathMate sessions. If you held my feet to the fire and forced me to choose, it'd be the VacuTech - simply because it's more versatile than the BathMate.
Now with that being said, I really like them both since they tackle different needs. I can always use the BM and multi-task in the shower while I get ready for work - esp. when I'm pressed on time or just have a lot going on (or when my GF is over and privacy is scarce). Being able to get in a good session everyday is great. I can do lots of different exercises and routines with the BM, but for every one with the BM, i can do three more with VT.
