  • Evening Session

    Notes: Really light session tonight since my gf is meeting me early to spend the day for some fun and relaxation. In preperation for tomorrow, I trimmed up really good and it really helped create an ultra tight seal. Unfortunately I had to force myself to release after only an hour - it was just starting to get good too! But I do have a bigger agenda for tomorrow so it was necessary.

    10 min heating pad

    Exercises
    1 hr LJ

    Warmdown
    stomach slaps, lotion massage

    • Evening Session - 4/12

      Notes: After my usual long weekend layoff, hanging with my gf on Friday and an ultra busy day yesterday, it was good to get back in the saddle with some "me" time. Session went well: full complement of stretches with LengthMaster with a strong focus on out and downward stretches. Had to take a break to do some heli-shakes and rollers to get the blood going about halfway thru. I added my heat pad for the last half of the stretch session and really felt the pull.
      LongJohnny session was excellent as always - got a great seal and good even pressure. I blew up pretty big so I had to leave the base ring on a while. With the weather finally warming up, I ordered my leather stretcher to work on some scrotal length.

      20 min LM stretches
      2.5 hr LJ

      Warmdown
      stomach slaps (150), lotion massage

      • Morning Session - 4/13

        Notes: Sticking with my "new" morning routine. Woke up to a very large flaccid hang (compliments of my great ball pumping session last night) and added heat right away to help maintain the "fatness." Instead of the regular stretch routine, I limited my stretches to Tunica Tugs and base stretches with very good response. I used the heat pad a great deal and it felt great!

        Total Session Length: @ 1:00

        Warmup
        30 min heating pad (the heat felt great and just went with it)

        Exercises
        10 min Tunica Tugs and base stretches - alternated with heating pad throughout
        15 min Vacutech

        Warmdown
        stomach/thigh slaps (150), lotion massage

        • Evening Session - 4/13

          Notes: I kept with the normal evening routine of warmup and LJ. I've got to find more time in the evening to devote a full 3 hours to it - although the sessions are great, it seems as if I hit my stride right at the 2 - 2.5 hr mark, but by then I need to get out of the tube for schedule's sake. Going to have to adjust some things to get more time in.

          20 min LM stretches
          2.5 hr LJ

          • Morning Session - 4/14

            Notes: Decided to go a bit light on the routine and concentrated on tunica tugs with lots of heat. The heat pad felt damn good and really helped in the stretch; I was still very flushed from last night's session so the heat really helped the tissues loosen up more.

            • Morning Session - 4/15

              Notes: I had a chance to work remotely today and I took full advantage of it. I had a ton of work to do and didn't want to be distracted so I decided to kill several birds and get in a lengthy session while finishing up some projects. Talk about multi-tasking! I MUST do this more often!!

              Started with a good warmup and did some very brief manual stretching to get the blood going. The LenghtMaster stretches went well as I concentrated on the straight out and down stretches. After some light jelqing and more heat, I slapped on the LJ and went to work. Was able to get a good seal and even though I didn't get in a session last night, my balls were still very full from my previous LJ session. And the fact that I was able to get in a full 3 hour session with the LongJohnny made the whole thing an absolute great session. I just set the pressure and went about my business (stopping to make the occasional post from time to time here at the Gym ). My entire package is pretty freggin' big right now and feels heavy as hell! LOL! The feeling is amazing. This should last a very good while and should respond well to the break over the next couple of days.

                    • Hey Danno! Looked at it a couple of times and it looks pretty intersting - certainly something I could use after a really long pump session to help keep the temp gains going to keep the tissues maxed out.

                        Yeah! So I'm giong to get it in about 2 weeks then . Do you know of anyone else using one that is still on the forum??

                        The only thing that bothers me is I don't know which one to get. I was thinking of getting the liquid metal one. But the measurements are what is giong to be hard. Maybe I should just print out of them horseshoe ones.

                        Damn your balls must big as apples right?? Awesome routine 3 hrs damn that long! Good luck man!

                        • LOL - not far from it. Picture a VERY large granny smith apple hanging from your crotch and the feeling is similar. Now if I can get TWO Granny Smiths, that would be the shit!!! Well, maybe not two ... but damn close to it.

                          And you're right - one thing that makes me hesitate is the measurements. And it's not cheap so if the measurements are off, you're stuck.

                              Pretty easy when you can do other things during the pump time. I had a lot of work to do so the time went by pretty fast. I could've gone on for another couple of more but I really have to build up to that. Gotta take my time to build up to that. I should be able to to do 4+ by the end of the summer if I stay on schedule.
