  • Mr.WorldWide - Progress Log (Andropenis)

I am making this log as a way to keep track of not only my progress, but also as a way to keep a more detailed record of the evolution of my training. Please keep in mind that the first few posts will probably be quite long, as I am trying to document this in a fair bit of detail.

Day 0 (Last night): I tried the Andropenis Gold for the first time yesterday, and I had a few problems. The first try at putting it on went by perfectly. I used the thinner foam protector, as it seemed to have a better grip than the large one, but the tip of my dick started to turn a bit darker and colder after about 10-15 minutes. I solved it with a bit of light massaging. After about 45 minutes, I released it and massaged it for about 5 minutes before I tried to put it on again. When I did however, I had consistent troubles either keeping the tip from slipping or the bottom of the shaft being pinched.

Part of the issue, I think, is that I was becoming partially erect from moving it and adjusting my shaft in the device. Considering that the manual asks for you to be flaccid (or at least mostly flaccid), I think that might have affected my experience after the first attempt. I'll look around and see if these issues are common and how to solve them.

Additionally, after reading a few threads, I have realized that I shouldn't worry about being able to keep it on for 2 - 1.5 hours at a time straight away as the manual indicates. Rather, I should work up to that. I'll be trying to do at least 30 minutes at a time (though I'll be aiming for 45), with some breaks in between.

Current average Bone Press Erect Length (BPEL): 18.3 cm
Current average Erect Girth (EG):12.5 cm

Length of Andropenis (total): 14.5 cm

Day 1(Practice days): I woke up with my unit feeling a bit sore around the base of the glans. Nothing serious, just a light soreness. I came to the conclusion that I was probably not going to be able to start doing 3-4 hours a day like the manual suggests right off the bat. Instead, I will try to get used to the device for a time and work my way up to being able to wear it for the recommended time. In order to do so, I decided its was best to just get comfortable with the feel of it in the first place, so I reduced the length of the rods by 2 cm just while I get more familiar with it.

In addition to making my shaft comfortable, my other goal was not letting it slip (naturally). I found that the wider foam roll with the silicone rod complementary to it (the one that has a flat area at the center of it) seems to give me a better grip. I strapped in, though unfortunately it seems that I easily start becoming erect, so even just messing with it to put it on gives me puts me at a partial erection that actually matches or surpasses my new adjusted size of the Andropenis. I gave it a little time to ensure that it was not slipping (about 10 minutes), and rolled with it.

I started the exercise with out any stretching really (which upon reading some of forums and getting some advice, I realize that I probably should incorporate for my own benefit), and I was able to successfully keep it on for 45 minutes without slippage before removing it. Including my other two attempts, earlier with the thinner foam roll, I managed to wear the andropenis for an hour. As I was starting to feel a little sore (and it was 1 am), I decided to call it a day.

Additional notes: I did notice that the tip turned darker again after a time, and I suspect it was because thanks to my partial erection, my glans was still semi erect while the rest of my shaft was relaxed. The blood trapped in my shaft probably couldn't circulate and was causing that. I solved it by giving my glans a very gentle squeeze that forced a bit of that blood back down the shaft, but i didn't squeeze so much that my glance shrunk to a fully flaccid state. This seemed to work out fine for me.

Concerns: I am not sure if I should be feeling any soreness at all in the first place from the Andropenis. Moreover, I am feeling it again this morning in the same spot (the base of the glans), and I worry that I am doing something wrong, though I can't seem to find what it is. It might simply be that I am tightening a bit too hard, or that I haven't warmed up. In light of this, I think I will take today off just to let my unit recuperate a little, and then continue testing tomorrow.

Day 3(Practice days): Definitely felt a lot better after that one day break. I started again today, doing a couple of practice set ups with my andropenis. I realized 2 things:

      1. I get hard too easily, so it makes it difficult to set up the andropenis all at once.
      2. It seems that the reason why my andropenis keeps slipping is that I've already managed to stretch out the protective silicone ring (officially known as the Androring I think).

The problem with stretching out the silicone ring is that it doesn't squeeze the glans properly, which means that there is less friction, and thus it cant keep my unit from slipping. Honestly its quite annoying to know that its stretched out, since the andropenis only came with two these suckers. Still, they are very comfortable around the base of the glans so I like them. I don't think I can buy them individually though, so unfortunately I'll have to look at alternate comfort sources unless I want to drop $60+ in a comfort kit... which might not be too bad if I figure out a way to maintain these rings so that they don't stretch out so quickly.

At any rate, I fixed these two issues by bumping down the length of my Andropenis a little to 13.5 cm (to account a bit for how easily I get hard), and as for the slipping, I busted out my second androring and put it on and man did it make a difference.

Now that I have figured out the best way to put on the Andropenis, I don't have to dick around with the Androring, stretching it out excessively. I successfully strapped in my my Unit into the andropenis and i had no issues leaving it on for about 55 minutes, a huge leap forwards. That said, my penis does get a little... tired (I think that's the word I'm looking for) after that. I let it rest for 10 minutes with a bit of massaging at the beginning and I could only put it on for 25 minutes before I had to do that again.

Overall, I managed to leave it on for 2 hours today and I am not feeling too bad about it. I am still experiencing of darker coloration of the glans after about the 10 minute mark and a bit of coolness on the glans after about 15-20 minutes, but as a whole, now I feel a lot better about using the Andropenis. If this trend continues, I should be able to start wearing the Andropenis without too much trouble on a regular basis.

Next on my list of things to do (before my Practice days are over) is find a good stretching routine, and hopefully experiment with some other fabrics that I can use to hold my penis comfortably, should the androring stretch-out too much.... Oh, and make one of these rice socks to heat up my shaft. It seems like literally keeping the penis warm helps out quite a bit.

New Andropenis total length: 13.5 cm

Day 4 (Practice days): Today, I have a couple of things to say again, but lets start with the device itself. I managed to do two hours again, but it didn't go as smoothly as I wanted it too. I am at a bit of a loss here. Here is what happened:

I started experiencing a bit of slippage again, nothing too serious, but it did slide up a bit past the base of the glans (which, as I understand it, it shouldn't happen). Now, that said, it wasn't like my shaft slipped all the way off, but it did slip up enough to takeover the base of the glans (so about... what, 5 mm or so?). Anyways, it makes it a bit harder to see whats happening to the tip of my unit, and for obvious reasons I want to monitor that. Mind you, I made a point of keeping an eye on the coloration of my glans as I used the andropenis, and it does get darker, even with a swell (I was reading on a forum that it might help to have a swell). It also does get colder after some time, but I've talked to a few people that have used extenders (on passing) on this site, and it seems like its common. I would really like more input on this since one or two people are not really ideal to say if this is normal or not.

Now, that out of the way, I should mention that I did try a super basic routine yesterday for warming up. I did about 15 seconds of helicopter swings on both directions, and then I shook off my dick a little. Then I made a warming sock with some dry rice (hurray for low budget but efficient solutions!) that I microwaved for a bit. I put the sock on my dick for about five minutes. Not even sure if that can count as a warm up in truth, but hey, its something right?

With that out of the way, lets summarize the routine a little. Every 15-20 minutes I would remove the device briefly to massage the tip and then put it on again, as I am not too sure if the darkening of the tip is normal (so it does make me kind of anxious). While doing this, I realized that the area below my glans was a little moist (which might be why I was slipping), so I will be making sure to be a dry today when I try again. I did try to keep the sock on for the majority of the first hour, I think it did help a little, or at the very least it felt pleasant and did not hinder me. I'm hoping that it can help stimulate blood flow to my glans to keep the glans from turning too dark and at the same time keep the glans from getting too cold.

The result? I still feel like the exercise was successful. I should add that this morning, after sleeping off the mild stretch of the andropenis, the rim/crown/base of my glans, on the upper part of my shaft, where the foam of the strap managed to press up against the glans, its feeling a little off. I suppose I'm sore again, though its merely there, its not painful or inconvenient. Today, I am going out to buy some gauze and cotton, just to try to use them as padding and see how they affect my training today.

Andropenis total length: 13.5 cm (unchanged)

Notes: The androring (the new one that was used just once before) started to slip. I hope that it's not a sign that these androrings are only good for a handful of sessions before becoming obsolete, otherwise buying them will be a serious expense. I am going to definitely try look into more padding for my shaft.

        Concerns:
        -Androring
        -Slipping of the shaft
        -Glans color (darkening)
*Note that this concerns are currently mild, and I am looking for more information (without too much success unfortunately)

P.S: Its also perplexing how you keep your shaft tight enough to stay in place, but not tight enough for your clans to turn dark... Unless its supposed to darken a bit? If so, how dark? Whats an unhealthy level of dark? What would be a good indicator of it? I am not very dark skinned, but if I was and the tip was very dark colored, how would I know that the color is changing? Then again, maybe I am squeezing too tight and simply not putting on the device properly, which is causing it to slip...but if so, then where am I going wrong? I am following the written instructions provided by andropenis as best as I can... So many questions. But at least I am making progress.

        I think.

Day 5 (Practice days): Good day! I went out and bought gauze, medical tape, cotton pads, and hand cream, just so that I could test a few things to make my Andropenis more comfortable. I started with the gauze (since you can just wrap it around easily and its stretchy enough that if you get hard it wont actually restrict the blood flow too much), and found that it did a great job. First round with it was a full 40 minutes, and I managed to do two hours with just gauze replacing the androring. I did try the androring PLUS the gauze, but I found that the androring slipped anyways, so I just removed it. However, with this set up, I found that the smaller foam roll (with the silicone strap that accompanies it) were better for holding my shaft. Note that I still used the foam roll with the silicone strap, just for the extra safety.

I also did find out that part of the reason my tip gets so dark is because I was strapping on the andropenis too tightly. Since the androring slipped easily, I probably was tightening far more than I needed to to keep it in place. I only noticed because even though it didn't hurt, my dick would become sore after about 40-60 minutes, even though my tension is even below the suggested for starting out. To solve this, I didn't remove my andropenis completely. Instead, I loosened one side of the strap at the time, and then secured it. It wasn't much of an adjustment, maybe only a couple mm on each side, but it really made a difference. My penis went down a couple shades, closer to its normal color, and the achy feeling definitely was reduced. I marked the silicone straps so I had an idea what the ideal tightness is with a pen. I THINK that I got the right tightness now, but it might be a good experiment seeing if I can loosen it a tinny bit more without it slipping.

So now a bit of detail about this new set up.

The gauze I i bought was a roll that is about 7.4 cm wide (about 3.75 inches or so). I lightly wrapped my shaft lightly with the gauze, and aimed to make it exactly 4 times around (just to be clear, I pulled back my foreskin so that I there was less skin to move around and affect the results). Then I used a bit of medical tape of hold it together. The gauze went slightly above the crown of my glans (I did that intentionally just for an extra bit of protection).

When pulling my flaccid shaft through the loop, i did make sure to hang on to a bit of the gauze, just so it all came through together. I also lightly tried to pull back the the skin below the gauze (to help pull back foreskin a bit and to avoid there being folds/wrinkles in the skin) one more time, and then I started strapping the andropenis on.

Now, I did find that after removing and putting the same gauze on when you need to take a break (which is another nice point about gauze! If you need to remove it, even with the tape holding it together, it can stretch! It makes it a lot easier to put your unit back in it) the gauze starts to frill a bit. The gauze I used was wide enough that I could fold it in half by rolling it up within itself that I could still use it and its still plenty comfortable. So much so that I am considering folding it in half from the start next time.

With this, even with the achy feeling and the readjusting of straps, I still managed to have always leave my shaft inside for at least 20 minutes at a time. Now that I have this method figured out, I am confident that I can make it work a lot better. Finished the session with a long but gentle masturbation session.

Considering that I was sore last night and today I woke up not feeling sore at all, I think that it went well. Overall, I am pretty happy with how it all turned out.

          Things worthy of note:

-Gauze, unlike the jelly androring, is a cloth material. It does not mold to your shaft as well as the androring, and therefore if there are wrinkles on it, it will be uncomfortable. Cloth materials do not grip your shaft like jelly does, so avoiding wrinkles on your skin and on the cloth really helps out.
-Though I wrapped it 4 times around originally, and then doubled the layers by folding it half in the second half of my session, I don't think that its a good idea to have any less than 3 layers of gauze. I am probably going to stick with 4... might do 5.
-I used moisturizing hand cream about 20 minutes before I started the work out, just because the air seemed to dry up my glans and make it a bit more sensitive.

Warm up and deviations from the standard exercise:
-I did do a light warm up again. 10 second pulls up and down (just stretched my flaccid penis up and down, 10 seconds in each direction), 15 seconds helicopter in each direction, and 5 minutes of the sock warmer.
-I did place the sock warmer on about 4 times throughout the session, leaving it on top of my shaft while the andropenis stretches it, then removing it after a few minutes. It seems to help stimulate blood flow. Also used it during the breaks, after massaging the glans. Had to keep it moderately warm of course, but a minute or two of it really helps to combat the cool tip, and it helps stimulate blood to the tip.

P.S: I have been recommended a couple of times to condition my penis first before doing all this with things like the JP90, and other beginner routines. I both like and dislike this idea. I like it because (clearly) it will help get my penis be more used to being under stress. At the same time, I don't "like" it because from the medical studies that I read (as sparse as they were) the test subjects did not need a training period with manual exercises to make the extender effective. This makes me a little concerned that by doing manual exercises I could affect my results, as part of my aim for doing this is to check if the extenders work on their own.... I am very tempted to keep a low-time extender routine (1-2 hours) for now so that my dick doesn't lose the acclimatization to the device, and do some light routine on the side to help strengthen my shaft.

            Day 6 (Practice days): Skipped

Day 7 (Practice days): I accidentally skipped my 6th day and a part of the 7th. In all, I've been about 36 hours without the andropenis. I was exhausted and passed out these last two nights, and as I tend to wear the device at night, it unfortunately just happened. However, as I am still just doing my practice days, which are additional to the routine described by the manual, I am not too bothered by it. Still, It's probably better that I don't skip out on it, as I am trying to get used to the device. I am currently wearing, just while I have time before I go to university. Who knows, I might end up doing this twice today! I'll probably edit and add to today's log later. Lets see how this gauze method holds up! I've heard of some people using medical tape as well, but I am not sure how I feel about using something that ACTUALLY adheres to the base of my glans... Might be worth a shot though. My only concern about gauze is how much is used at a time, so if I can find a way to use medical tape instead, it might be both more economical and more environmentally friendly. Unless I can find a way to use gauze more than once and keep it sanitary of course.

Edit: This time, the session went really well. With the gauze, (which this time I wrapped around the crown of my glans (while stretched) about 5-6 times. I didn't have to even double it up at all, and it remained comfortable for the entire session without me needing to remove the gauze. This time, I managed to do two consecutive sets of one hour each. I feel like I could have even done more than one hour (at least for the first set) but I figured that it was best to not push my luck too much, considering that I had never done one hour in one go before. Moreover, considering that the sets of stretching that followed the first one in my other sessions tended to be significantly shorter, I am even more pleased with the result.

So what did I do different this time? Well, let me break down how the session went.

            Warm up:
            -
Stretched by pulling the glans of my penis away from my body until i couldn't stretch it more (Just to be clear, it didn't cause any pain. I just felt the tug at the base of my shaft) for 20 seconds. Then without loosing that tension, to the right 20 seconds, and up twenty seconds. Released the shaft, shook it for about 15 seconds, and repeated the process, though this time instead of pulling right and upwards, I did left and downwards.
            -Helicopter 20 seconds each direction
-Warmed up rice sock for 5 minutes.

            Set up:
            -
            Applied gauze. Androring not used.
-Placed penis in andropenis. Adjusted straps.
-Check on it every 15 minutes or so (without removing device) for discoloration of the glans, excessive darkening of the glans, etc.
-Every so often (time varied, roughly every 20 minutes or so) applied warm rice sock for 5-10 minutes at the underside of the penis. (I found that it helps maintain blood-flow and keep the glans from getting cold)
-break for about 13 minutes at the 1 hour mark. Did not remove gauze, as I found that I could keep it on comfortably while I massaged the glans of my penis. Then repeat the sequence I just listed for one more hour.

            Final remarks:
I am quite satisfied with how that turned out. In the end, I din't end up doing two sessions like I had considered, but that's fine. Considering my success here, I should consider how to change my routine a bit. I need to keep in mind that, despite this success, its still not up to par to even the basic adaptation period that the Andro manual mentions. To reach the standards of the initial stages of the adaptation period, I need to add 1 cm to the current length and I also need to add one hour to the training time. I feel like doing three hours in a day should be definitely doable, but I am not entirely sure if doing added length plus an hour all at once would be advisable...
That said, the reason why I am doing these practice days is really just because I am new to PE and I was quite uncomfortable even the first time I tried the device. Considering that the Andropenis is actually considered a medical grade device in USA and Australia, and has some medical backing, I am assuming that when they say anyone could use the device and start adapting at 3 hours instead of 2, they are probably right. There probably won't be any issues if I do add the 1 cm and try to do 3 hours. Worst case scenario I will be uncomfortable and adjust the device to more tolerable parameters.

Day 8 (practice Days): So I went ahead and added 1 cm length to the andropenis and tried for 3 hours. The good news is that i managed to complete the three hours with the added 1 cm. The bad news is that I was (unfortunately) partially hard for the last hour or perhaps even a bit more, so I don't think I got the proper stretch that I should have gotten. Or at least that's what I think, since if you are already partially erect, there really isn't the same amount of tension on the device... then again, your penis IS in an enlarged state so.... maybe it still works just fine...? No idea. Well, in all fairness, at most this would be the "Conditioning period" in the andropenis manual, which just prepares you for the real deal, so I am not too worried about it. In the long run, this is probably quite a minor isolated event. Either way, I am just going to enjoy my success here. With any luck, I should be able to replicate my success today in the upcoming days and then jump right into the actual training.

              Andropenis total length: 14.5 cm
Time AnPe was used for: 3 hours
Time per set: about 1 hour each

P.S.: I am seriously thinking of adding the JP90 routine on top of the Andropenis. If I can do the JP90 in the morning and the andropenis for a couple of hours at low tension in the afternoon/night, then I would be able to reap good benefits... problem is, I am a beginner. I am quite certain that if I don't balance it carefully I will almost certainly injure myself. Hmm.... I dont want to loose my acclimatization to the device, but neither do I want to forgo the JP90 without giving it a shot... I'll have to figure a good balance.

Day 11(practice days): I took two days off due to being fairly busy. That said, last night I managed to do two sets of 1 hour and 30 minutes each. Now, I think that's partially because, at least during the second set, I was once again partially erect through out a fair bit of it. That said, the fact that I could do two sets of 90 minutes back to back with only a 10 minute break in between is quite satisfying, specially considering that I could barely 20 minutes the first time I tried this. There has been no change to the warm up routine, however I did add a cool down (as it seems that its recommended by a number of routines, including the JP90).

So far, I am still on the fence on the JP90. The idea of this log is to see the effects of only the extender, and using the JP90 could alter my results... ugh, decisions.

P.S: I watched the interview of Big Al, and read a few blogs, and I've decided to be a bit more precise with my resting days. I've seen people recommend starting with 3 days a week, and 4 days a week for people that are pretty new to PE. That's is somewhat contradictory to the Andropenis manual that says its fine to wear it everyday. Nonetheless, considering that I didn't do the JP90, and that I am a beginner, I am definitely going to a few break days. Currently, I think I will start with two days on, one day off for a week more at least, as that's not too different from my current pattern anyways. Later I will re-arrange to a more steady schedule with more hours. It seems that the number of hours you wear the extender cumulatively matters as much as the actual stretch you you get from the machine, in which case the "standard" 9 hour wearing makes sense for the Andropenis. I am not sure if I will be doing 9 hours regularly even when I am physically able to, but I should strive for at least 5 days a week with 5 hours of use per day.

Day 12( Practice Days) : This time I did avoid getting hard (except of course for the brief semi erection I usually get from fiddling around trying to fit my penis in the right position, but it usually goes back to normal in a few minutes). Now I certainly noticed a difference compared to when I was partially hard the earlier days. My time dropped from 90 minutes to roughly 50 minutes per set, which is still a good span of time compared to the first couple of days. I do not know how being partially hard influences the stretch, as you are technically in an enlarged state, but I doubt the results are as good, considering that the only reason why being stretched right now is easier when I am partially hard is because my current Andropenis stretch is much smaller than my actual erection size. I will have to make an effort to stay away from anything that arouses me for now, at least for now.

Day 14 (Practice days): Success! I did manage to keep on the Andropenis on for a full 1 hour, for 3 sets without much issue. Now, a thing of note, though it might be obvious, is that I feel the pull more when I let the Andropenis rest downwards (for example, down one of my pant legs) as opposed to upwards, probably because the ligaments pull upwards. I am trying to make a point of leaving it down one pant leg one day, the other down the other, and then next time upwards. Its going to be a cycle of sorts.

On an additional note, I am noticing as of late a slight achy feeling around the crown of my glans, but there is no actual pain or desensitization. I had a read of the Physiological Indicators (PI's) and it seems to me like its one of the neutral indicators. Seems pretty obvious as I am still getting used to the entire situation with the machine. It also seems to me like its a positive reaction in a way. Sure, I am not really doing any kind of monumental stretch or anything, but I am still pulling on my shaft, extending it beyond its resting point. I suppose I view it as "hey, this Andropenis thing is actually doing something." I havent seen any weaker erections or problems getting off either, so I am taking all of that as a good sign.

Anyways! It seems that my penis is about ready to start the actual "acclimatization period" that is described by the andropenis. I am planning on giving my penis two days rest just in case, and give it a shot to starting the acclimatization after that. (as I am typing this, day 14 was the day before yesterday. Didn't do anything yesterday either, nor will I do any today)

                    Day 15:
                    Rest

Day 16: Okay! Day 16 was the day where I tested if, even after 2 days of consecutive rest, I am capable of doing 3 hours of the Andropenis (AP) with at least 45 minutes per set. I am happy to report that I was able to do three 1 hour long sets without much difficulties. Fantastic! If all goes well, I should be able to do the 5 continuous days as suggested by the manual!

Day 17: Once again I did not encounter many issues at all! I did try to use the same gauze wrap for the third time, and it seems that its now starting to become a little more easy to slip, but its still functional. I suppose that as I get better as setting up the AP I start to become more proficient at the set up and mitigate the damage done to the fabric of the wrap better. I haven't even folded it to double it up yet! Though for sanitary reasons, I think that even if I can use it a fourth time, that would be my final use of it. As much as I would like to reduce my waste as little as possible, I do not want to risk cultivating bacteria on the wrap. Additionally, I want to add a small check in with regards to PI's.

On the morning of today (Day 17), (about 10 hours after the use the AP on Day 16), I did not notice any achyness from day 16 (or if there was, it was so minor that I can't remember it). I take this as my penis being mostly used to the device, at least at the current setting that I am using. I have not felt any pain, noticed any abnormal bruising, or experienced pain or difficulties getting erect. I dont normally wake up with morning wood, but I haven't had any issue getting hard in the morning if I want to. Hence, I think I am in the clear for all PI's.

Because of this, I have decided to start a very basic manual routine for now, nothing fancy. Several people such as Big Al and other senior members are of the opinion that a basic manual routine might be a good idea, if for no other reason than improving my Erection Quality, or even maintaining it as I progress through the training. I will probably try to do 2 days on 1 day off, or something of the sort. I will probably be looking for something simple too, not really focused towards gains to avoid affecting the AP gains. After all, the idea of the log is also to record how effective AP is.

Edit: Wow I hadn't realized that this thing had already 240 hits. Thats a good thing right?

Day 18: I managed to do 90 minutes per set without too much difficulty. Thats encouraging, specially since it was the third day in a row. If all goes well, I should hopefully be able to do 5 days in a row.

Now, for those that don't know how it works, the current Andropenis guide I have calls for 15 days of acclimatization (which I have obviously started late as I decided to take my sweet time getting used to the device and learning how to set it up comfortably). Every 5 days the session is extended in time significantly, and the bars that cause the stretch are also increased in length a bit. Now, that said, considering that I took significantly longer to just get used to the device, it may take me longer to do as the manual recommends, but I don't see an issue with that. Safety and comfort first!

I guess we will see how this turns out, eh?

Day 19: I took a break. I thought that maybe going from 2 days on, 1 Day off, to 5 days straight before any break might be a little too much for me even if the instructions say its fine. Instead, I will aim for 3 days on, 1 day off cycles for now.

                          Day 20:
Awesome success today! I did 4 hours today instead of 3. Though instructions say to stay at a steady 3 hours, I think it was a nice step up before I increase both length of the device and length of time worn. It sort of helps me ease into the transition better.

Day 21: Basically a repeat of day 20, though admittedly I started my training late since I passed out early. I woke up at 4 am and started the whole routine almost 8 hours later than normal which makes the entire timing of my next routine delayed but I will figure it out. Other than that, I got nothing to report.

Day 22: Final day of the initial 5 days needed of the 15 adaptation period that is recommended by the andropenis (AP). For those of you who don't have AP and are wondering how it works (I mean there is over 300 hits already, I assume some of you are wondering how it works), I have the version of the AP that doesnt show tension. The way it works is by adding a fixed amount of length to the device every so often. You start by taking your erect length, then subtracting 4 cm from it, which gives you your "initial length". Then you have what is called an "Adaptation Period" for 15 days. Its supposed to help you get used to the device. As you all know, I took and extra 15 before that to be 100% sure that I was ready since I haven't done much in the way of PE before.

Anyways. With the adaptation period, every 5 days I am adding 0.5 cm every 5 days (of use). Then the time I spend on the device also changes, going from 3 hours to 6 and then finally to 8 through the adaptation period, and once I am actually doing the proper routine, that all changes a bit again. Note that this is the "standard method" and that there is an other method that is called the "special method" in which you only do 4 hours constantly, from adaptation period onwards. I am going to try to do the standard, even though going up to 9 hours (once you are out of the adaptation period) seems like a lot. Considering that you jump from 3 hours to 6 in the first 5 day jump, I am sure you guys see why I opted to have a few days where I simply added 1 hour to the routine, just to decrease the magnitude of the jump from 3 to 6 hours.

Anyhow! Did my 4 hours without any set back. No issues to report.

Day 23: Rest day! Added the extra 0.5 cm to my AP to be ready for Day 24.

Day 24: Absolutely no issues with the boost in size and time. 0.5 cm increased so I'm now at 15 cm. And I managed to do 6 hours total, with 3 continuous sets of 2 hours each and 10 minutes in between. It was excellent. I might be getting a bit cocky, but I feel like I could even add an other 0.5 cm. I wont yet though, that might be too much.

                              AP length: 15.0 cm
