So I was out of commission for about 2 days because I was kinda sick. So those were, unfortunately, rest days. Today I managed to get the ball rolling again, so Il'll jump to day 27.

Day 27: Fortunately, I had no issue jumping back to 6 hours even after 2 days off. Feeling pretty good about this.

Day 28: Another 6 hours have gone by successfully. Although... I did notice that it was a little harder to keep in for 6 hours comfortably. I wonder if I am not tightening it right again.

Day 29: Just like the previous day, I managed to do 6 hours again, but the issue of being uncomfortable still persists. I might have to look into increasing the thickness of the gauze bandage, or perhaps switching to cloth. I have been contemplating cloth for a while, as you can wash it and therefore its less of a waste. However, I am concerned about the level of comfort I can get from it. I'll have to fiddle a bit with the idea and try out the concept. Trying a different type of silicone strap is also a possibility.

Day 30: I had a day off. Have to stick to the 3 to 1 rotation as much as possible.

Day 31: I increased the length of the AP by an other 0.5 cm! I know its a day early, but hell, if tomorrow I am going to have to do 8 hours instead of 6, AND add 0.5 in length, I thought "might as well add the length now. At least the jump will be less harsh tomorrow. I hope." I guess I'll have to see if that holds true!

        Total AP length: 15.5 cm

Day 32: Boy am I glad I did at least 0.5 up before hand. I barely managed to get 6 hours yesterday, I couldn't get very comfortable at all after 3 hours actually. Well, after the rest day, I have time off so I can work on re-adjusting and getting everything sorted properly. Once I can finish the 5 days of 8 hour, I am officially done the acclimatization period and I can enter the "real" routine. That said, if I find that it is too difficult to do that, I'll just stick to 6 hours or so. Though the effects would be significantly less than that of the called for 9 hours, given that there is an alternative workout regime that calls for 4 hours daily, I feel confident that 6 hours will be a long enough time to see growth over a period of time.

Now, here is something that has been on my mind. Most things I see online talk about a 5:2 day ratio (5 days on consecutively, and 2 days off) or a 6:1. or occasionally 4:3. The majority seem to be at about 5:2 for people that use it as their main length-gain system, and most places agree that you need a rest period to let your unit recover. That's all fine and dandy, but I wonder about the benefit to time ratio. For instance, lets assume that we can test these ratios (3:1 [which is mine right now], 4:3, 5:2, and 6:1) for a total of a extending time of 120 hours. Would there be a difference in length gained between the methods? The amount of time spent on the device is the same, but the rest time (and frequency of rest time) is different. Is there a point in which your body heals "too much" and reduces the gains? Conversely, is there a ratio in which your body does not acquire enough rest and the cells remain fatigued and reduce gains?

Beyond that, how does that ratio compare to a finite time scale? Just to clarify what I am saying, lets pose an example. Lets say that using a 5:2 ratio gets you 4 mm in 120 hours, and the 6:1 ratio gets you 3.4 mm in 120 hours. Using a 5:2 ratio is better then. BUT, lets say that you are extending for 6 hours per session. In that case, in one week, you are doing 30 hours with the 5:2 ratio, and 36 with the 6:1 ratio. In so doing the 120 hours would take you 4 weeks (about 28 days)on 5:2, but just over 3 weeks (roughly 23 days) using the 6:1. In that case, then you are gaining 0.143 mm per day using the 5:2 ratio, and 0.148 mm in average per day in ratio 6:1. If you are keeping up, this means that while you are gaining more per hour using a 5:2 ratio (i.e. you are being more efficient in terms of the benefit per unit time invested in the exercise), but you are more efficient use of your day the 6:1 ratio (i.e. you can reach your goal a little faster...) . Now that's just an example, for all I know there is virtually no difference between the methods, or maybe there is, or perhaps the perfect ratio of Extension Time to Rest varies from person to person...

Or I could be over thinking everything and all that matters is that you have enough hours in and the best possible ratio is just 7 days of work and no days of rest. Heh. Oh well, while I probably won't ever know unless we have over a hundred people all doing the same exercise, with the same extender, for the same amount of time, while sticking to the ratio as religiously as possible. Which probably wont be any time soon, if ever. Anyways, my simplistic reason for using a 3:1 ratio is: Its a higher weekly ratio than 5:2 (i.e. I get more hours in) and I get breaks more frequently than 5:2, but it has less intensity than 6:1, which hopefully means that the extra time to heal is beneficial to it.

Day 33 & 34: I had days so busy I Couldnt do anything so... forced rest days.

Day 35: 6.5 hours.... and a hell of a lot more comfortable now that I used a wrap of gauze that wraps 5 times around my shaft rather than 4 times.

Day 36: Managed to get nearly 7 hours today but I feel like I pushed it a bit too much. I am kinda sore, so I will take a day off tomorrow if I need to.

Day 37: Deffinitely a bit sore around the crown of the penis. Not too bad to be fair, but a bit sensitive to pressure so I am going to err on the side of caution and just not stress it out. That said, I think that about 7 hours is my limit for now. However, if that's the case, I might just continue aiming for about 6+ hours for now, and increase the length of the device. I am landing about halfway between the types of treatment uses so that should be fine. I'll take a bit longer to reach my quota, but that should be fine. Since that is the case, Once I pass day 40 or so I will consider myself past the adaptation routine and consider myself well on the route to proper PE.

Day 38: Well, got 6 hours no problem. I definitely more comfortable with 6 hours with the standard 4-5 layer wrap with gauze. I think that I can do 7 hours if I go to 8 layers by folding it up like I've mentioned before, but I feel like thats a waste of gauze (since I am only using each gauze wrap for about 3 days do to sanitary reasons... Can you wash gauze and clean it from impurities and germs? I don't know... I might have to look into that). I think that Day 39 should be good enough. Once I finish that, I will reset the count and start to the real training, and push the size up by 0.5 cm more.

Day 39: Increased the length of the AP by an other 0.5 cm today. Additionally, I tried to change the style of wrapping very slightly, by using more gauze to get about 5 wraps around the shaft, though this time i did it so that instead of being gently wrapped against the shaft, there was a bit more tension while wrapping it. I think this might help the cohesiveness of the wrap and keep it from being worn as quick but honestly its a minor adjustment. Oh I did wear the silicone strap a bit tighter than usual as well, since the wrap simply felt more comfortable to me with this new style, so I think I got a better stretch.

Total length of the AP: 16.0 cm

Day 40: Rest day. Starting tomorrow, we reset the count to zero and start the "proper" routine! Excited!!!

                    Formal PE training start

Day 1: I did 5 hours since I had a fairly busy day. AP length 16.0 cm. No discomfort.

Day 2: 6 hours! I should make a note that I found that I could now strap on my shaft a bit more firmly and securely without discomfort. I've started to do this to get a better stretch.

Day 3: Ding that bell for an other 6 hour session! Hurray!

Day 7: 6 more hours completed

Day 8: I added 0.5 cm to the device today. On a side note, I realized that I wasnt trying to keep an exact placement of the tip of the penis on the support piece of the andropenis. Like every other stretching device, the AP has a tray or support piece through which the strap is threaded. I think that the tip of my unit should be flus with the far end of the tray when I am strapped in, in order to make sure that all stretches are exactly the same. I know this might sound obvious, and in all likelihood moving it a few mm up or down on the tray on a daily basis doesn't seem like a big deal, but I think it's still a good thing to realize that for the sake of consistency I should aim to make the tip of my unit flush with the end of the tray.

Total length of the AP: 16.5 cm

                            Day 9: Break!

Day 10: Did an other 6.5 hours!

Day 11: 6 hours more to the time table!

Day 12, 13, 14: Okay So this entire weekend, Friday to Sunday, I was out of town and didn't bring the AP with me. Looking forward to returning to training on Monday! I might have to push for a 4:1 rotation, or alternate between 3:1 and 4:1 rotations since I feel pretty confident in my conditioning now.

Day 15: 6.5 hours today again,

Day 16: 6 hours once more woo!

Day 17: 5.5 hours today, had to cut it a little short but close enough. Tomorrow I should add an other half a centimeter to the AP, Its been about a week and I feel like I could handle it. Once that's done, I will be quite close to the initial erect length at the start of this trial. Thats a good thing yes?

Day 18: 6 hours more completed.

                                Day 19: Break!

                                Day 20
: I was going to start again my cycle, but only ended up doing 1 hour because I started to fall asleep. Instead of risking injury by sleeping with this tool on, I removed it and slept. I am counting this day as break too, because of that.
Day 21: Back on that training schedule properly! 6 hours bang!

P.S: 885 hits? I am a little surprised tbh. BUT, hey, glad you are all enjoying.
