    Day 14
    178lbs
Amazing how my weight just fluctuates by a couple lbs just from eating fewer carbs. Today is another low carb day. No workout today. Tomorrow I will take pictures and take measurements of my current progress.

      Day 15
      177.2lbs
      20190429_130201.jpg
      Measurements
      Arms 15 3/4"
      Calves 14 1/2"
      Neck 15 3/4"
      Thighs 22 1/4" (-1/4")
      Hips 31 1/2" (-1/2")
      Waist 29 1/4" (-1/4")
      Chest 42"
      Shoulders 50 1/2"
      Forearm 12 3/8" (-1/8")

Getting really lean. Feeling good today. Glad I'm still losing weight because I didnt want to do more cardio just yet. I'm willing to be I'll have a lot more definition in the next few weeks. My veins in my quads are now always showing up. Arm veins are there too. Next will be shoulder veins. Today is another low carb day, so I might weigh even less tomorrow.

        Day 16
        176.6
Looking flat today. Probably means my muscles are low on glycogen which is why my weight is even lower. Today is a high carb day, which means I have an intense workout today along with being able to fill my glycogen stores, increase leptin levels, and boost metabolism throughout the week.

          Day 117
          178.8lbs
Today is a medium carb day, so expecting weight to go up once again tomorrow. Looking more defined and can see my abs well in any lighting. Looking flat though. Now that I'm lean, I can see what body parts are lagging. Surprisingly, my upperbody is lagging behind. I need more shoulder size and arm size. Legs are too big for my physique, but I'm assuming that's from sports.

So hungry. The hunger is unbearable now. I'm craving a taco bell chalupa right now, but I know I won't enjoy it. Ever since I cut fast food out of my diet for a year, despite having these cravings, the food isn't as satisfying. I'm thinking two more weeks of cutting, then I will eat at maintenance. If I don't like how I look, I'll probably go another 2-4, weeks.

Strength is dropping more too. I need to focus on maintaining my lifts rather than trying to add more weight and get them back to where they were before. I'm just burning myself out and overtraining doing that. A deload will make me weaker since I'm cutting, and I can't do a maintenance break when I'm almost done.

              Day 118
              180.2
Weight back up. Looking bloated. Feeling really sore now. It's getting harder to recover it seems. Today is low carb, so energy will be low for sure. Workout might suffer, but I need to push through like always.

                Day 119
                178.2
Today is a high carb day and another intense workout. It feels like my legs are under recovering due to using them for cardio everyday. They always remain sore.

                  Day 20
                  180.6
Abs look a little lean but also look a little bloated. The next few days are low carb days, so I can expect my true weight to be apparent on Monday. Today is an easy workout again today.

From my past experience of dropping 30 lbs at 1 lb/week, I found that a 1-2 lb swing in measured weight per day could easily be caused by hydration level, the last time I went to the bathroom, and the time of day I weighed myself.

                      Day 21
                      177.6lbs
Looking bloated today, but still lost some pounds. I'm probably going to limit my sodium intake today. My weight tomorrow might be around 176lbs. Weight doesn't matter, as long as I'm losing inches.

                        Day 22

                        Measurements
                        Arms- 15 3/4"
                        Calves- 14 3/8" (-1/8")
                        Neck- 15 3/4"
                        Thighs- 22" (-1/4")
                        Hip- 31" (-1/2")
                        Waist- 28 3/4" (-1/2")
                        Chest- 42"
                        Shoulders- 50" (-1/2")
                        Forearms- 12 3/8"

Looking bloated and disgusting this morning. I don't think I drank enough water to flush sodium out yesterday. Even though I lost 1lb since last week, I feel like I'm losing weight too slow despite losing half an inch off my waist. I look and feel fatter than before. This will be my last week of cutting with caffeine. Then I will take a week off to avoid tolerance, then either continue cutting or bulking from there. I'm still not satisfied with how I look. I'll get body fat re scanned next Monday to see where I'm at from last months scan. Losing fat and being able to see my abs has made me self conscious about my eating and my fat. It's also made me a little shallow. Fuck it.

I feel like cutting right now is a waste of time because when I bulk I might just say goodbye to my abs, on the other hand I feel that I must reach my goal of being shredded, then maintaining a decent physique year round.

                          Day 23
                          175.4
Starting to get cold outside, so not much definition. I stopped working out legs in hope that they would get smaller to be more proportionate with my physique. The muscle loss doesn't seem to take affect on my metabolism, but none of the pounds I'm losing looks like any fat from week to week. I still have a decent amount of punchable fat on my stomach. Only time will tell. I will have to look at the skeletal muscle mass chart and compare the data between the two. Today is a high carb day, libido and energy should shoot up today and tomorrow.

Made a huge mistake of indulging on some granola last night. I couldn't help myself. I was starving. I feel fat and feel like crap now. Tomorrow I'll have to adjust calories. This might be my last week of cutting, so it has to be perfect. The granola was pretty satisfying. Just the fact that I ate out of my diet lifted stress off of me. I didn't use the scale to measure every piece, but that's one way to binge. Which, by the way, is what I damn near did. I literally lost control for 2 minutes. I can't wait to stop cutting, but I'm not satisfied. I'll be happy when I bulk, but I'll be sad I didn't reach my physique goal. Being a natural lifter is hard.

Not a bad weight for a high carb day and over eating my daily calorie intake. I need to keep myself on track. I cant afford to stop making progress now. Today is a medium carb day. I just got some new vegetables in that I can't wait to add into my stir fry.

Have you tried bone broth? Easy to make, about 60 cals a cup. Full of protein and collagen etc

Really good for your tummy and intestinal tract and will give you an energy boost.
