The discipline you have to stay so regimented is great man. I've been down this path before too, and I can start seeing you struggling with severe body dysmorphia. Keep inching towards your bf % goal, but stop beating yourself up mentally so much.

Day 25
174.8lbs
still dropping weight constantly despite having a high and medium carb day as my previous days. Today is a low carb day, so my energy is going to be shot. Yesterday I had the worst workout ever. I was so weak and I feel that today will be the same. Technically in proportion to my bodyweight, my lifts never changed. The drop in my lifts might cause muscle loss. This is all bad. I would usually eat maintenance for a week and/or just deload, but I'm in my final few days. I'm going to keep pushing through.

Day 26
174.2
I think I am losing weight due to running out of creatine. That will make my lean body mass go down and make my bodyfat percentage raise. That will be unfortunate. Only three days left until I can evaluate and see where I stand. I look decently lean, but I either need to lose water weight and get more carbs in to look shredded. I'd say I have about four more weeks to get down to 8% bodyfat if I choose to go that route.

Fat is starting to feel jiggly and loose. The cells are shrinking but not oxidizing formally. This usually happens when the fat cells shrunk and are ready to be gone. Usually when this happens, I look far fatter than before. I'm able to pull the fat away from my body. I just have to be patient now and keep up with the fat loss. It always looks worse before it looks better. I can expect it to change after a week or so.

Day 27
176lbs
Lost size. I noticed after I stopped taking creatine I lost a lot of size. Mostly in my arms because they are .25" smaller now. Everything else is practically the same. Very unfortunate. Arms aren't leaner either despite the size loss. This makes me anxious and eager to see what the scan says on Monday. These next few days are low carb, so I should be about the same weight or less on the next following days.

Day 28
173.6
Looking really defined. It seems when I tend to eat more than I'm supposed to, I end up weighing less the next day. Although not a good practice it must mean something. Well, today is a rest day and I get scanned tomorrow. Since it's been a month when I was last scanned at 10.8% body fat, I want to be at most 9.8%. After losing lbm from lack of creatine, I'm not sure i dropped under 10 body fat. As long as my skeletal muscle mass hasn't dropped, I guess I'm okay with that. I won't mind getting under 170lbs, because that will mean I will be a solid in that weight range and huge as a lean 180lb. I need to limit sodium intake as well.

Day 29
175.9lbs
20190513_114409.jpg
Measurements
Arms 15 3/4"
Calves 14 1/4" (-1/8")
Neck 15 1/2" (-1/4")
Thigh 21 1/2" (-1/2")
Hips 31"
Waist 28 1/2" (-1/4")
Chest 42"
Shoulder 50"
Forearm 12 3/8"
Well charts aren't looking too good. I got scanned today to see where my progress was at. Some things didn't make any sense but its irrelevant. Compared to last scan I lost 1.2lbs of lbm and 3.9lbs of fat. I can live with that. This explains why I am always hungry and why my weight drops so fast. I lost it in my stomach and leg area. My body fat was 10.8% last month and is now 8.9%, which is basically 9%.
This shows that you wont just lose fat unless you cut very slow after 10% bodyfat. At this point, it's a little more than just calories in vs calories out. Cutting fast is better because you will come to your bulk faster, but also lose muscle faster. Cutting slow also seems like a good idea, except the fact you will have to stay in a deficit longer and your hormones stay in a bad spot.
At this point, I would have about 4 more weeks until I'm at where I want to be. I lost 1.9% bodyfat which means .5% per week. That's huge, even for people at 12% bodyfat. My diet never changed so I'm not sure why it dropped so fast. Maybe creatine that filled my muscles with water made a difference than simple water weight in terms of muscle loss. Regardless, I need to continue. Caffeine+yohimbe is my current stack and it's obviously helped a lot. One thing that sucks is that my vascularity doesn't show unless it's hot out.Last edited by BBC Action; 05-13-2019, 02:22 PM.

Day 30
172.9lbs
Well I wish I was around this weight while measuring yesterday. I took a dump right after I did everything. If I can hit sub 170lbs, that would mean I would be huge when I start bulking. I just need to keep strength. Today is a high carb day so I finally get to eat more.

Day 31
173lbs
I need to stop eating extra calories. I keep going off track of my diet because I'm starting to crave food bad throughout the day. It's like splitting the food into four meals isn't enough. I need to get this diet back in track. I'm still losing weight, but in wondering if I could be losing more fat if I ate strictly. I want to start bulking so bad right now, but I think one more month will get me to where I want to be. I can easily see my abs now, but I want them more defined. I want just about all of the fat stripped so I can see exactly what I need to work on in my bulk.
Today is a medium carb day, so even though in 173lbs now, I can expect to be about 171lbs next week. I tend to lose 2lbs after my scans for some reason.

I plan on adding sprints next week. I need to get my conditioning back on track. I will do my speed work on Monday/Thrusday and my conditioning work on Tuesday/Friday. It will add to my caloric deficit, so if I don't lose any weight this week, which is highly improbable, this will help. Especially since I ate over my daily caloric intake every day so far, which was a few days. It's not too late to get back on track.

Day 32
174.2
Gained some weight back. Today is low carb, so I might be 173lbs tomorrow. Today I'm getting my diet back on track. A few days of extra calories probably didnt hurt and kept me in a deficit, regardless of how much of a deficit it was.

Your body is great man! Your discipline is very admirable to say the least.
But reading your posts, gosh I remember why I don't diet and cycle like that anymore. The constant energy lows were unbearable.Start: 8.25 BPEL, 5.2 MEG, 6.4 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL
9/11/17: 8.5 BPEL, 5.25 MEG, 6.5 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL 7.75 NBPEL*
10/7/17 (EQ increased): 8.5 BPEL, 5.5 MEG, 6.4 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL, 7.75 NBPEL
11/17/17: 8.75 BPEL, 5.5 MEG, 9.25 BPFSL, 8 NBPEL
2/9/19: Same as 11/17/17

Day 34
173.8
Average weight is 175lbs. I just need it to be at least 174 on Monday. I need to figure out how my sprinting will impact calories. Adding sprints 4x/week will burn at least 500 calories, 300 from the direct workout and 200 or so throughout the day via thermogenic. That would be a huge drop in calories, so I will probably drop my biking cardio by 5 minutes and that will cut 360 calories. In the end the deficit will be 140 calories more. More math has to be put into it, but I'll figure it out the best when putting it into action. Hopefully I can run with my shirt off to get rid of this farmers tan.
Today is a high carb day. Typically the calm before the storm due to the fact that this is the last day I can eat more food before being restricted again.

Day 37
172lbs
20190520_112027.jpg
Measurements
Arms 15 3/8"
Neck 15 3/4"
Calves 14 1/4"
Thighs 21 1/2"
Waist 28 1/4"
Hips 31"
Chest 42"
Shoulder 50"
Forearms 12 1/4"
Looking really thin now. I'll be adding sprints and additional conditioning to my workout this week. I was considering lowering the biking duration, but these sprints might be able to help me finish this cut in about three weeks. I dont have much mass to lose anyways. Might as well go hard. Sub 170lbs eithe my measurements and lifts would be a great baseline to start my strength and conditioning again.
