12/11/19: Did about 40 squeezes or so along with my regular routine. bone pressed 7.4 today (7.5 yesterday), so definitely longer than my 7.25 sig! Will continue to monitor and possibly update length soon. Good stuff!Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

12/12/19: Had a nice couple days rest, and back on the wagon today! Unit feels nice and plump. Finally updated my signature today 7.4"! Some days its 7.5", but I wanted to be conservative for the signature.

My girth routine is 30min of Ulis and 10min of squeeze as much as I can. Do you think im overtraining? All my exercise are very light. Im not gaining as much as you.
Why do you do only 25 squeeze? And some people do only 20second - 2min Ulis. Why? Is it more effecttive to doing less? In my opinion 25 squeeze is nothing, why bother. Sure if this kind of exersice gives you results then im going to do same as you.

I was doing 50 squeezes, but dropped down to 25 since I’m going back to jelqing now. Honestly my girth gains are completely stalled. So I’m really just experimenting on my routine at this point. I’m not gaining anything at all in girth.Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

12/26/19: I mentioned above that my girth gains are stalled. Well that’s only half of it. Usually my girth measures 5.5” after my workouts and now is barely hitting 5.25”. My EQ is kind of in the shitter, and I’m not sure what to do. I’m thinking maybe take a full week off, and when I come back, try less girth work,

Do you know why people does only 25-50 squeeze at the time? I want to know the why? It gives me more motivation to do 25 squeeze instead of 250 squeeze. For me 25 squeeze is like nothing, its like im millionaire and you give $1. So after my low EQ and one week rest my girth has definitely suffered. Barely measuring 5.2 anymore. I don’t know what the hell happened but my girth took a crap all the sudden. Very odd. I’m just going to keep going and be sure to prioritize my rest days and see what happens from here. Length has stayed the same.Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

1/5/20: Things are MUCH better yesterday and today. I changed my routine and going back to basics, doing the following: 2 on 1 off - 150 jelqs + 25 squeezes, then 15m pumping sometime during a workout day. I believe i was over-training/over pumping and not getting enough rest days. This caused very low EQ and thus girth was suffering. Also i do have low T and am getting on a perscription for that. Many lessons learned in the past 2 weeks!!!

1/7/20: Rest day yesterday. Today's routine was 150 jelqs w/coconut oil, and 25 big-al squeeze. Finished off with 10m clamped. Also may be pumping today for 10m if i feel up to it. PI's are good, and my unit feels plump. These are good signs. I can tell when its exhausted and needs rest by the feel of it. When exhausted my flaccid feels firm/hard a bit. 1/10/20: New routine is going very well. I'm taking appropriate rest days, and not over pumping. The other day I made my wife orgasm during penetration which has not happened ever in all my 18 years with her. We did not think it was possible!
