    10/8/19: 50 squeezes + 10m clamp + 10m Bathmate (then 20m bathmate in the evening), 5h extender

    *my wenis is feeling a bit fatiqued today. Tomorrow will be resting with no PE (including extending).

        Pretty serious PE today. Going to try and up the volume and see how my body adapts. May end up being too much, but will soon see.

          10/11/19: rest day.

          *I woke up and checked my morning wood, 5.25" no clamp for firmness nothing. Just straight up making gains! Planning to update my measurements after the jelq free routine next week. I will also be continuing this routine. Doing another 6 weeks.

          Also I'm burnt out on extending. Wearing the fucker all day is highly annoying. I'm at 400h with this thing, and definitely feel the gains are slowing in length. Might go back to manual stretching, and try out hanging. Really want to hit 8".

            I went ahead and updated girth on my sig. 5.25" is a big milestone for me. I don't know if its considered "thick", but its certainly thicker than its ever been. I'm honestly amazed and thankful to this website. 5 months ago, i was floating around 4.75 or a shade below 5", now an easy 5.25. Not to mention a full inch longer! Upward and onward, my next goal is 5.5" girth.

            Lately i just can't find the time or energy to wear that damned extender. I really think i'm going to take up hanging, or keep doing manual stretching.

                Thanks Toky! I definitely shot up quickly in length, and girth has been pretty good too. I've noticed my length gains are very slow lately if not completely stalled, but girth continues to move upward. I think the routine i'm on is working very well: squeezes, clamp, pump. Considering starting hanging to get me to that magical 8" i want so badly! I've also realized that 6" in girth is absolutely massive for a penis. I don't know that my wife wants something that thick. 5.5" or 5.75" is probably all i'm going to want. I think most dudes, me included, put 6" as their girth goals, but not sure if everyone knows just how thick that monster would be.

                  1 inch length gain and almost 0.5 inch girth gain in only 4 months. Fuck, you are fast gainer. Contractulation!

                  If you can only name 1-2 exersice for girth, what it would be?
                  5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
                  10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
                  10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
                  7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

                    Hard to specify 1 or 2 but I can tell you my routine above has worked very well for me so far. Its basically 50 squeezes (jelq free), then I clamp for 10 minutes afterward. Then hit the gym and pump in the shower after my workout for another 10m. Then in the evening I do 20m pumping. I believe all these work great. The jelq free really expands my unit, then clamp it off and really trap the expansion in there. Pumping feels good and works the whole shaft.

                    I'm really excited to see where I'm at next may (1 year PE). My length has really slowed down though. I can't stand wearing that damn extender anymore lol. I'm going to go back to manual stretching in the evening while on the couch watching TV. Maybe pick up hanging. Not sure if i really want 8" either. At 7.25 I can bottom out some positions with my wife and she doesn't like that. I also like the sensation of "balls deep" i feel bad for some guys who can't do that because their dick is too long.

                      It's just the long game now. Maybe take a break from the extender but never say never.

                      Im very sure you could get another half inch in time. My first three quarters of an inch were just handed to me on a plate, everything I did to my unit in those 3 ish months made it grown. Them the last three quarters has been real graft and patients.

                      If you don't mind me saying, I think your routine has been way too heavy by any standard. Even for someone with years under their belt. I reckon you could of made the same gains in the same time with a quarter of the time and effort you've put in. That is by no way means any disrespect to you. You've put your head down and made life changing gains, so respect.

                      That in mind, I think you could narrow your routine down and make it more manageable in time and effort and pinch a few extra mm in the mean time.

                      On a length note. I was bottoming out at 6.75" in some positions. So screw it for me. I'll go till there's no more to have lol.

                        No disrespect taken at all Pound, I appreciate the feedback very much. I've been thinking that for a while that maybe its too heavy, but I'm so new to PE I honestly don't know any better LOL. I'm just reading and doing everything hoping to make gains. So far its working. Not sure what i should do less of (squeezes, clamp, pump?).

                        On the length, its really just the extender that has me bummed out. Its next to zero on gains anymore. Its such a pain to wear most days too. I wear it at work sometimes and im always paranoid someone is going to see my stuff LOL. I tuck it up into my belt line mostly, but when im in the office by myself i point it downward. I do think i'd enjoy the extra 3/4" though. Something about having an 8" unit is awesome to me!

                        • PE still going well. I pumped last night so AM wood was pretty girthy at 5.37". Tomorrow is my last day of the 6wk cycle of jelq free. I will be continuing my training, as i'm making very good gains.

                          • Today was the last jelq free day in my 6 week program. Went very well and i'm going to continue this routine for the foreseeable future, until no more gains to be had. May return to jelqing but not sure yet. Lets see this squeeze routine go for a few more cycles.

                            • 10/25/19: Been about a week since the last post. Started my 2nd round of Jelq Free on 10/20/29 so i'm a few days in. Really like this program for girth. I've really fallen off the wagon on extending, but i've been doing manual stretches in the evenings for what thats worth. Still hoping to get that last 3/4" of length and girth!

                              • Nice session today. I've decided to try 2 days on 1 day off on the jelq free. Unit is feeling good, very positive PI's and all that jazz. Tried sitting in the extender for an hour this morning and decided not to wear it into work today. Pretty consistent 7.25 length for a while now, and girth seems to keep ticking upward.
