  • 6/22/20: today’s workout 10m clamp, 25 squeeze, 10m clamp. My dick has never felt so good guys! I’m regularly expanding out to 5.5 and staying full all day. Going to take a rest tomorrow as I went 3 days on this stretch.

    I’m not pumping much anymore just because I feel clamping is superior. I tend to get loads of edema with pumping and not much at all with my current clamping routine. Not saying I’m giving up on bathmate, just gonna get into clamping a few months and see what happens.

    • Random thought, but i feel like i'm having a growth spurt or some type of breakthrough. My unit has never felt thicker. I 100% believe its the clamping. Clamping is going to get me to 6" GIRTH i can feel it!

        This is super encouraging to me! I plan to start clamping during my next cycle, which should start in about 3 weeks. I've been edging with a cockring to "simulate" or condition myself for clamped edging in the style of Hydeaway85.

        Have you been edging while clamping? When you say you do a 10m clamping session, followed by squeezes, followed by 10m clamping, as on 6/20/20, what exactly does that look like? Do you get fully erect, then put one clamp at the base? Are you edging to maintain erection during that time? Etc?

          Hey Yogi. Sorry I haven't been very active lately. My work cut off access to PEgym so its been all via mobile for about a month now. Really sucks, because I enjoy getting on and posting!

          Anyway! Yes, I'm continuously edging during the clamp, just to keep it rock hard and also helps with stamina in the bedroom. I recommend going for maybe 3 to 5 minutes at first (maybe for several weeks) until you can build up enough endurance to go longer. There have been times I've clamped up to 15-17m, but not often. Clamping used to wreck my EQ, because I would go too tight on the clamp and for too long. Your shaft will be purple during this exercise, but not black or cold.

          Step 1 - I get hard, and throw on the clamp at the base and just edge/stroke/stimulate for 10 minutes. Then take off the clamp, and massage it out via firegoat rolls for a minute or two.

          Step 2 - 25 big al squeezes. Squeeze the base and under glans trapping blood in the shaft. 5 second squeeze is one rep. Sometimes I'll even do 25 second holds, and count as 5 reps. Make sense?

          Step 3 - repeat step 1.

          Hydeaway is a great dude, I PM'd him on thunders about clamping and he gave a wealth of info! He's not on much these days, but he might answer a PM. He's a master clamper! Hope this helps!

          • 6/23/20: ended up having a 2nd clamp session yesterday evening, total time clamped was 40m over the coarse of the day. Feeling mild soreness and will be resting today. Still woke up early with a raging hardon so that’s great!

            Tomorrow will continue my same routine.

            • 6/24/20: had a much needed rest day yesterday. Unfortunately I over trained on 6/23 and it definitely impacted today’s workout. Felt a bit of lower EQ and got about 1/8” less expansion. Will not be having a full 2nd session like last time!

              • Took a few days off over the weekend. My family and I took the boat out and camper and hit the lake. Was a great time.

                PE today was awesome after some time off. Felt very well rested & thick. It is a common occurrence for me to now measure 5.5-5.6 MEG after my workouts.

                6/29/20: 10m clamp, 30 squeeze, 10m clamp. I will likely pump this evening.

                  • 7/2/2020: 10m clamp, 30 squeeze, 10m clamp. Plan to have one more clamp session today and or pump this evening. Overall I've been VERY pleased with this routine. I may start to add 1 to 2 minutes on my clamp time or increase squeezes just to progress forward.

                    5.375 is a very regular girth measurement for me now and 5.5 is a daily occurrence by the time I get to the 2nd clamp session of the workout. Girth is moving up slowly, but surely. I don't expect big jumps in gains anymore now that I'm over 1 year into PE. If I had to guess, by this time next year I think I could be 5.5 girth and 5.75 during workout sessions. All good stuff!

                    May update my sig this week.

                    • 7/3/20: ended up pumping last night for 15m. This mornings workout was the same, 10m clamp, 25 squeeze, 10m clamp. I was measuring 5.5 after the first clamp session and 5.6 by the end of workout. Wearing my cock ring for the rest of the day.

                      Had a quick romp with my wife yesterday mid day. I was slightly engorged from the morning workout and we had to use extra lube. It was difficult to stuff it in there! I was probably measuring 5.4 ish at the time. I think she could take more girth, but I’m definitely stretching her out. Need to be careful on how much I grow. My gut tells me 5.75 is all she’s going to be able tolerate. 5.5 is already super thick. Sex feels so good when you’re stretching out the pussy!!!

                      • 7/5/20: 10m clamp, 25 squeeze, 10m clamp + pumped 15m in the evening.

                        7/6/20: woke up this morning with a bit of mild edema from the pumping last night which is pretty typical. Did my normal routine of 10m clamp, 25 squeeze, 10m clamp. What’s crazy is that I measured 5.75-5.8 this morning! By far my biggest measurement ever. This is definitely partly attributed to pumping yesterday, but still huge. Normally if I pump the night before I’ll measure at 5.6, not 5.75-5.8. This was unusually big. Definitely a good goal size. 6” girth may be too large for me.

                          • Quick note: I’ve been doing 3 on 1 off lately and now prefer it over 2 on. I suspect it’s the clamping, but my dick seems to really want more and more PE lately whereas months ago a 3rd day would leave me hurting and needing more rest. I do think I’m in some sort of gaining window at the moment and perhaps have been for many weeks now. My girth feels amazing. I may take off work early and find a new Taylor’s tape and update my signature.

                            Tonight’s pump session will be 15 to 20m.

                            • VERY nice! I was enjoying 5 on, 2 off before my current break, and seeing great gains, but one needs to be well conditioned to capitalize on that kind of schedule.

                              Real curious to see your newest measurements!

                                agreed 5-2 is a tough one, but I’ve heard good things about it regarding growth.
