9/30/20: today’s AM measurement was right on the 5.5” line, and not super rock hard. For the sake of accuracy I’ll wait to update sig for a few more measurements over the next week or so.
Today’s workout was: 10m clamp, 25 sq / 25s uli supersets, 12m clamp. Finished the workout at 5.75” girth on the money. Seems to be the new normal. Used to be 5.5-5.6.
