  • 9/30/20: today’s AM measurement was right on the 5.5” line, and not super rock hard. For the sake of accuracy I’ll wait to update sig for a few more measurements over the next week or so.

    Today’s workout was: 10m clamp, 25 sq / 25s uli supersets, 12m clamp. Finished the workout at 5.75” girth on the money. Seems to be the new normal. Used to be 5.5-5.6.
    Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
    Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

      is this the girth routine that is working that good for you? whats the ON/OFF schedule?
      How much time is each squeeze? also what the intensity of every exercise?

        welcome to the log brotha! Yes, this routine has been amazing for me. This is a pretty advanced girth routine. I see you’ve been at the gym since 2018 so I assume you’re conditioned, but if you’re new to clamping take it easy.

        For squeezes, I do 5 second holds, total 25 times. Intensity of squeezes and clamping is fairly intense. When I clamp I’m trying to get it as rock fukn hard as possible. And I squeeze with all my might.

        Currently do 5 on 2 off.

        Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

        • 10/1/20: Same routine today. 5.75 at the end of workout is THE new normal, every day for over a week. Good stuff. Will pump tonight and probs bang my good looking wife. Life is good.

          • 10/2/20: heading into the weekend break. Will pump tonight and take a 2 day rest. Today’s workout was good, again finishing off thick at 5.75.

            • 10/5/20: Wore my cock ring to bed last night, and woke up this morning crazy thick. Definitely some mild edema but morning wood was was 5.75. That's crazy! Anyway Today’s workout was: 10m clamp, 25 sq / 25s uli supersets, 12m clamp

              Had a bit of edema going in, but today I finished at a whopping 6" girth. largest finishing measurement to date. Obviously this was some edema, but still impressive.

              • Filling up my x30 within a few minutes. Time to get a new pump. I’m looking at the x40 extreme. I like the idea of the hand pump. Also considering a leluv air pump. Would be nice to pump on the couch watching TV and not worry about bringing a towel to soak water.

                • I have a pair of LeLuv cylinders and the x40 Extreme.
                  The LeLuv cylinders are hard to beat for the price .
                  You’ll like the Extreme, the squeeze bulb adds more vac pressure.

                    would you say one is better than the other? I could use the extra pressure I’m really well conditioned. Definitely looking hard at the extreme!

                    • Holy shit I went back and looked at my log, I haven’t taken a week off since late July! Been 10 weeks! Woops! Probably gonna take a week starting tomorrow!

                      • I max out pumping the normal way then the squeeze bulb really ups the pressure.
                        Its almost to much for me except for a short time .

                          Definitely good to know. I’m sure that’ll be my next pump device.

                          10/10/20: rest has gone well so far. I’m 5 days into the full week off, and itching to start back up again. I may pump this evening for the hell of it.

                            Finished off today at 5.75”.

                              • 10/13/20: rushed this AM so only had time for 15m pump session. I did 4 sets of 25s Uli at work, and will probably do a few more sets. Tonight I’ll try to pump for 15-20m and wear my cock ring to bed.

                                Hoping to resume clamping tomorrow.
