      Today was supposed to be an off day but I was feeling really good and decided to pump for 15m. To my surprise my EG was 6” coming out of the pump which is THE biggest it’s ever been. Normally it comes out between 5.75 or little bigger. 6” pumped is fawkn huge and a definite sign I’m growing!!! My dick is rly getting thick guys and I love it. Even my flacid girth. My wife comments on it a lot now!

      Will be taking the rest of the weekend off and resume Monday.

      • Made a conservative update to signature today. Girth at 5.35. Honestly, I could probably say 5.4 but it'd be borderline. I'm passed 5.35 for sure. Maybe I should start using the MM side and then convert to inches??? Either way, feels good to move the needle on girth. To date I've gained .6" in MEG. My base is is 5.5 to 5.6 and during PE sessions climbs to 5.75+.

        Edit 2: Went back to re-measure just for kicks and its a definite 5.4. I'm sure with rock solid EQ could be past that point. I'm going to keep checking this week and go ahead and update to 5.4 mid week if things are still tracking well.

        • 9/14/20: slowly but surely boys! Had a nice weekend off (minus the Saturday AM light pump) and back on the wagon this morning 10m clamp > 25squeeze > few sets of 25s uli > 12m clamp.

          Today my unit was 5.5” within 2 minutes of being in the clamp. Usually this measurement happens later in the routine. As I mentioned Saturday’s pump had me at 6”. There is definitely something growing! Slowly but surely measurements are ticking upward! I seem to have stumbled on a great routine that works well for my body.

          Who knows when I’ll hit my goal. If I had to guess from how slowly the unit is thickening, I’d say sometime in the next 1.5 to 2 years. That falls right in line with many members reporting one inch girth in the 4 year mark (give or take).

          I cannot say enough how good it feels to be entering the range of a fat dick and I cannot wait until it’s unquestionably FAT.

            • Do you find higher erection work is key to your gains? I think I have jelqed at higher erection for a longtime and when my break is finished, I am considering going lighter with it.

              My dick gets solid during training but if I keep going, it builds fluid retention and is softer.

                it must be. I don’t really do any jelqing, only pumping, clamping, uli, and squeezes. I do all those mostly erect. I’ve been focusing on girth for nearly 1.5 years now, but still learning. There are times when my EQ is perfect and my Dick is super fat allll day long, but other times where maybe I over trained or am just tired where it’s not so much. PE seems to be a lot of trial and error.

                • 9/15/20: finished the workout very thick today at 5.7”. Today’s workout was 10k clamp, superset 25 squeeze with 5x25s uli, then lastly 12m clamp.

                  Will be pumping tonight if PIs are good, as well as a few sets of ulis throughout the day to keep max engorgement.

                  • Was doing some thinking and wanted to be sure to capture in my log. Here it goes:

                    Expansion vs actual gains is the topic. Lately I’ve been noticing (at the end of workout) both clamped girth & pumped girth has been increasing and as a result my natural EG has also increased. Last several weeks I’ve been finishing around 5.6 to 5.7 EG while my morning Erection measures around 5.35, sometimes more but rarely less.

                    I decided to go back to my excel spreadsheet that I’ve kept since starting PE and noticed something interesting. Almost this time last year, October 2019, I had a great expansion day and measured 5.37 after my routine. Now, 1 year later this is my actual EG.

                    Giving the same rate of growth, could this mean one year from now my 5.6-5.7 expanded dick will be my actual girth? I believe so. Took one year to reach my former clamped girth. Cool stuff. I’m gonna check back at my old logs to see where else this applies, and I’m willing to bet this has been the case throughout my PE journey.

                    • Congratulations! That's how it works optimally...
                      If you measure a lot during different states, clamped, after 2 sets, during edging, next morning etc. then you will see a trend.

                      I would never be dismayed by one low measurement which can be due to various reasons. Hard to measure the same point everytime, especially girth.
                      What counts is the trend..

                      The bigger numbers will happen more often and the lower numbers less often.
                      If you stall then adjust the routine. If you keep seeing an upwards trend keep doing what you do.
                      Extrapolating growth rarely plays out but it sure could be the numbers you measure constantly next year.

                        thanks man! Your comment is exactly right on my wavelength. Bigger numbers are happening more often and there is definitely a trend from beginning, middle, and end of workouts! Slowly but surely it’s moving upward. I’m glad I’ve kept this log and can go back to verify. I can remember being SUPER excited when I clamped and saw 5” girth lol, now it gets 3/4” bigger!

                        9/16/20: nice workout today. Finished super thick again at 5.75 right on the line, just barely!!!! I’m really liking the 5 on 2 off schedule and my clamping/squeeze/uli/clamping routine. It’s definitely a girth buster!

                        • 9/17/20: good expansion today. I was feeling a bit fatigued but pushed through. Considering taking tomorrow off, but most definitely not touching my wang this weekend. Could use a good 2 days rest.

                          Today’s routine was: 10m clamp, superset 25s uli with 25 squeezes (5 sets), then finish with 12m clamp. This is a great routine and leaves me very pumped up. Measurements tracking well. Usually within a minute or two inside the clamp my dick jumps right to 5.5, and by the end it’s approaching 5.75, but sometimes just shy of that.

                          • 9/21/20: today’s workout was 10m clamp, 25 squeeze + 5 sets 25s Uli, 10m clamp. Finished off at a whooping 5.75”!

                            Something I’ve been noticing/tracking are the upward trends over time. For quite a while now I’ve been hitting 5.5, 5.6 with ease during my workouts. But lately I’m getting to 5.5 within a minute or two inside the clamp, and sometimes immediately. Today’s finish at 5.75 is a big deal as this is now the 3rd day in a week that its been this large! I’m interested and willing to bet that this will become the new normal for me to hit. Very exiting!

                            At this girth, I can not make my thumb and index finger touch around it. I can still touch my thumb and middle finger.

                            • Just a note about my extender. I haven't worn it much lately but was planning to get a few hours in today...well the base is WAY too tight! Interesting! I even took a dremel to it about a year ago to give more room and now its clear I need to dremel off some more!

                              • 9/22/20: did a hard kegel and broke my clamp within the first minute of the workout. So i instead did loads of squeezes and ulis. Finished very thick, but not quite 5.75 as I would’ve wanted if I were clamped. I’ll be heading to Home Depot tonight to pick up a few new clamps!

                                Tonight I’ll be pumping for 20m.
