  • 10/13/20: ended up doing a few more uli & clamped for 10m. Not going to pump tonight.

    Quickie with my wife this afternoon. No foreplay and my unit was so thick I could really feel it stretching her out. Good stuff!

    • 10/14/20: did my full routine this AM. 10m clamp, 25 squeeze & 5x25s Uli, then 10m clamp. Again finished off at 5.75” on the nose. May pump tonight but as always, depends on PIs.

      My dick is still pretty raw. Too much pressure the first day back from 1wk break and got some dark spotting under the skin. Something to remember when coming back from the next long break.

          • 10/18/20: wore my cockring all night & woke up to a massively THICK hardon. Some mild edema but it was 5.6”!!! Thickest morning measurement ever! Probably would’ve been 5.5 if you took out the edema. Fukn thick bros! 1.5 years of PE and my dick is officially in the thick category, I’m very excited!

            I just conservatively updated signature, but may need to update again to 5.5” soon. 5.4 is usually the smallest it ever measures. I like to be confidently beyond said measurement when I update. Don’t want to be cheating updates.

              • 10/20/20: 10m clamp, 25 sq > 5 sets of 25s Uli, 12m clamp. Finished off at a whopping 5-7/8”!!!! Some left over edema from last night and cock ring, but my god still so big. Literally 1/8” from 6” girth!!!!!!!!!

                I wish my wife was awake this early I’d love to shove this fat dick in there!!!!

                    Somebody told me that the penis need to be piaple plumby when doing girth exersice. Do you agree with this? My penis is hard rock when 70-100% erect. Its not gonna expanding in any way whit these erection level. My penis is piaple plumby only when under 60% erect, but as soos as I start Uli then the blood is trapped and my penis got hard rock (still with 60% erect) without expansion.

                      I agree it should be a bit pliable. But when I clamp my dick is hard as fuck, fully expanded. What have you done for girth exercise? Sounds like Uli? I would recommend trying Big Al Swueeze and investing in a pump.

                      I’m using bathmate for pump. It’s the x30, but probably need to upgrade to x40 as it’s getting too small.

                      • 10/22/20: didn’t pump last night but got a good workout in with the wife! After I nutted I pulled out and just by the looks of it, was likely in the 5.5 to 5.6 range. I can tell roughly how thick it is by looking at it and how much I can or can’t wrap my fingers around it! Constantly measuring in the AM during workouts has paid off in that regard.

                        Woke up this AM to 5.5” girth! Probably time to update the signature again, but I’ll give it a couple weeks before doing so. AM measurements are floating around 5.4-5.5 consistently.

                        good workout this morning. Solid expansion out to the usual 5.75”. Will pump this evening.

                        • 10/22/20: pumped 20m this evening & wearing cock ring to bed. Will surely wake up with some edema but who cares. Lately I’ve been wondering if a little bit of edema is good for the healing process. Keeping some fluid in there. Don’t know. What I can say for sure is this workout I’ve been doing for the last many months is an absolute girth buster!

                          Tomorrow’s workout will be the same and I’ll be taking the weekend off. May do a light pump on Saturday or Sunday to keep things expanded.

                              it absolutely does. They key to cockrings is proper fitment.

                              • 10/23/20: pumped last night but didn’t wear cock ring. Still woke up with some mild edema, but measured AM erection at 5.75”!!! That is fukn huge guys. Even if edema added .15 that’s still a 5.6 measurement. By the way 5.75 is a full inch bigger than when I started PE.
