Wife is taking the kids on an overnight trip out of town to visit her friends, so i'll have the house to myself for a couple days. Lots of PE this weekend!

      same here! It’s been a nice relaxing weekend, and I absolutely kicked my dicks ass! Feeling a but exhausted so today’s rest is much needed.

      I haven’t actively been working on length for some time, but think I may start to incorporate some BTC or side to side stretching. 1/2” away from my length goal and would like to get there in 2020. Girth has always been my primary focus, but i sure do want that 8”!!!

      Also considering hanging. May look into making a captains wench this week.

      • 3/2/20: Slept in again today, so only managed to get half my gym workout and 15m of pumping done. Tonight I will be doing some manual work (Uli's and squeezes) and will pump for 20m.

        • 3/3/20: 25 squeezes, 20m pump, 10m clamp. Will try and do a few uli’s during the day today.

          I'm just under 3 months from my 1 year PE anniversary. I'm really hoping to have a good few months of training and update my signature with some gains. Ideally, by 5/28 I'd like to be 7.5 x 5.35. Pretty lofty goal for 3 months, but I think it can be done. My plan is to continue the routine above, but also add in some manual stretching (directionals, side to side & btc).

          • 3/4/2020: Typically today would be an off day for me, but I decided to try and push 3 on 1 off this week. Pumped for 10m this morning, and will try to get some uli's in during the day and maybe some squeezes. Tomorrow will be resting.

            • 3/5/20: Rest day today. My measurements still haven't really moved much since December so perhaps I'm in a bit of a plateau? Although some days I'm seeing 5.37" girth. I definitely enjoy my routine, and I do believe its working well. My unit just FEELS bigger and thicker, but the tape/ruler doesn't always show it! Maybe its a bit of stage fright when I wrap the tape onto it? Or maybe its just normal fluctuation? One thing is for certain though, 5.25 is a measurement that comes whenever i put the tape on it, whereas originally on my sig that was THE biggest it ever got. SO i suppose thats progress. I can remember when it was 5" girth i was so excited and in disbelief. Its definitely growing, slowly but surely.

              I want to get 5.5 girth so damn bad lol. I've always thought my girth was super skinny, so I've definitely got a bit of a complex on girth. I'm not terribly concerned on length, as i feel 7.4 is respectable....but I still want the 8" too!

              I have yet to start back on any length work, I think tomorrow I'm going to start with some side to sides and directionals in the evening while watching TV. That worked well for me in the beginning.

                • Good PE workouts on Fri/Sat (3/6 & 3/7). Rested on Sunday 3/8. Today I did 25 squeezes and pumped for 20m. My unit didn't feel as plump last night or this morning. I'm going to see how the rest of the week, but may take a few days off. I can tell the old pepe is a bit tired.

                  • Although today is a scheduled workout day, I'm opting for a rest day or maybe several days off. I've been super tired the last few days and this morning I didn't have morning wood. I'm not surprised about this negative PI. I can just tell I'm in need of a break. This week I'll try to get more/better sleep and clean up my diet to see if that helps in the PE department.

                    • 3/13/20: Took most of the week off PE and back on the routine today. Lighter workout today 10m pump + 30 squeeze.

                      I haven't been having morning wood lately and EQ isn't the greatest...I'm not sure why. Possibly due to my testosterone dose or maybe work stress or lack of sleep. Trying to figure that one out.

                      • 3/16/20: I've not been having morning wood for over a week. I've been staying up late recently and pretty stressed at work. Ontop of that, my low T dose feels very low. I'm going to have bloodwork next week to check levels. I suspect that could be the culprit.

                        Still did my PE this morning. 25 squeezes + 15m pump.

                            Thanks for stopping in bro! I definitely think you should start a log. Take initial measurements and put them on your signature along with a goal size. its nice to go back and look at what you did on past workouts, and see how your size is ticking upwards. Highly recommended to log your progress.

                              Thanks, my main goal would be to increase flaccid hang, sometimes it shrink like hell. This week as been bit stressfull for me too, every time i look at my flaccid,i hate him, btw hope to see some gains for me as well, i've just started

                                PE will greatly increase your flaccid size. My flaccid used to be very small, stuck straight out and would sometimes fully turtle inside my body. Now my flaccid is at least 5" long. I never measure it, but its pretty big. Wearing pants, my penis hangs down one side of the leg and my dickhead is very visible through my pants! I catch women looking at it all the time LOL!.


                                3/23/20: Haven't posted in a few days due to the virus and things just being chaotic. My routine is still going well (25 squeeze + 15m pump) is my normal routine, also i often add a set of clamping to the mix. Today I only had time for 10m of clamping, but will be doing some squeezes during the day and pumping tonight. Still have yet to add length work back into the routine.

                                Edit: working solo at the office today, and knocked out about 30 squeezes and edge. I didn't measure, but the unit is looking absolutely THICK after a good workout. Best guess it was 5.3 to 5.4. I have large hands, and at 100% eq i can't touch my index and thumb together! Not too shabby! Slowly but surely its growing. Hopefully in a couple years i'll make my girth goal.
