My Log/Goal - 1" Girth in 1 Year

    Hey Namelype,

    Thanks for your encouraging words. I feel much better at my situation now and learned a few things too.
    Last year I took a few extra days off and maybe a week off in 1 case. This year though, I will keep a consistent schedule, taking extra rest days only if I am sore.

    That app sounds like a good idea :]

      1/3/2020 - 350 jelqs + 10 30 second squeezes + some edging with warm up and warm down
      1/4/2020 - rest day
      1/5/2020 - 350 jelqs (3-5 second per jelq) + 5x60 second squeezes + edging. The entire session took almost 1 hour with warm up and warming down. Unit was very engorged. Took 2 500mg of l'arginine and 9.5mg of zinc as usual. This routine seems to be working for so this is what I'll continue with. Next measurement will be in 3 months or April 1st, 2020. Hoping I can hit a solid 4.5" (might not at this ratet) or a little more just to be optimistic.
      I have this clamping device that I don't know how to use and will probably not touch until 6/2020

        1/6/2020 - Warm up. 375 jelqs (3-5 seconds) + 6 x 60 second squeezes + edging. Took 3x 500mg of l'arginine with 9.5mg zinc and more colostrum than usual.

        I would like to add that I'm going to take PE more seriously this year and be more detailed in my posts for my own references to know what works and what does for me.

        1/6/2020 - Did an additional 350 jelqs (3-5 seconds) and 1x60 second squeeze with warm up and warm down. L'arginine supplement as usual

          1/8/2020 - 350 jelqs (3 seconds max) and 5 x 60 second squeezes with weak warm up and decent warm down. L'arginine supplement + Zinc.
          Was pretty tired today, did not get the quality jelqs that I would have wanted, but still managed to pull through a session. Lesson learned for myself is to start earlier and rest enough on any given day (sometimes not possible)

                Purchased the Hydromax 7.

                1/14/2020 - Lighter workout day.
                Warm up, 300 (3-5 second jelqs). 3 x 60 second squeezes, edging, warm down.
                1/15/2020 - Rest day
                1/16/2020 - 300 (3-5 second jelqs + x 60 second squeezes
                1/17/2020 - 300 (3 second jelqs) + 3 x 60 second squeezes

                        Hey aimingforgirth, really inspiring to see you sticking with this since last year. Sharing some words of support, keep it up!

                        We're starting at similar stats, also at 4.25" EG and have it as a goal to primarily increase girth. I've had the hydromax for a little over half a year, let me know how you find it. I typically use mine in the shower, not too consistently, and over half a year still haven't found a way to use it "comfortably".

                        Would be interested in your experience with it.

                          Keep up the good work bro! I think you made a great choice with the Bathmate. I believe its a big part of my gains. I still do jelqs, but only about 150 as a sort of warm up. Personally, I feel the Big Al squeeze and uli's work better for girth. Anyway, best of luck!
