        Not really. Can't say for sure since it is not going well into sex.

            preE: edging session of 45 minutes - cummed at the end (same day already cummed during the morning sex, and night before 5 times). I went back to base training with start/stop. It is quite hard to get used to it since I been edging in plateau but close to PONR.
            I stroke really fast for 10 seconds, reach PONR and stop for 10-15 seconds.. Along the way, I change positions and speed and go normal pace, or slower from times to times. I am doing all I can to retrain my brain - no matter how hard the stimulation, unless I choose to cum - no cumming.
            The FL is totally different from my most recent partner's vagina. Can't compare it at all.

            PE: extender 2 hours (2x1 hours); 4x7 mins pumping with air pump.

            My EQ is kinda weak, so adding more kegels (about 150 per day) + Minuteman's levels. Since it has to be balanced, the 30 min stretch exercises should be enough to compensate.

              preE: start/stop edging of 25 minutes. I stopped around 10-15 times. The breaks were from 10 seconds to 40 seconds.
              ballooning about 5 minutes with porn on, to PONR.

              PE: BathMate - 4 x 7 minutes. +100 wet jelqs while flaccid.

              Tried numbing cream 2% (lidocaine hydrochlorid)- doesn't really work for me.

                When you don't reach PONR within 10 minutes with consistent stroking (20 minutes desirable). Then you can progress onto next level.
                I could go for 30 minutes consistent normal speed stroking on blank mind.

                  preE: morning session of stop/start edging with FL. Blank mind. 25minutes. Around 10 stops. Porn has affected me negatively, as I can't keep the erection so throwing it away for the time being. I realized I am not over-aroused as before, so no use of porn in edging for me at the moment.
                  I struggle when I visualize and feel the energy just dropping down my groin through the testicles and getting ready to explode. Training myself to expand that energy across the whole body should do the trick.

                  I felt my PF a being too loose. In addition to Minuteman's kegel routine, I am doing kegel holds of 3 seconds (about 15minutes or so).
                  Additional 20 kegels while erect after the edging session.

                  To keep the PF balanced, I do some belly breathing throughout the day and light RK holds.
                  Not sure if the L-Arginine supplement has anything to do with the declination of my progress, so I'll reduce it by 500mg per day.

                  Evening edging session FL: plateau - 45 minutes, came to PONR around 5 times. Didn't achieve the plateau. I consider it successful session either way. +5 minutes of ballooning on the lower side of the shaft/frenulum and a bit on the glans.

                  PE: 1 hour of extender. 4 x 7 minutes of bathmate in the evening - finish with 100 jelqs.

                    preE: morning stop/start session. I went with 5 stops. Lasted 9 minutes and 43 seconds. Each stop was around 30 seconds.
                    Around 10 minutes jelqs. Did 10 erect kegel holds of 5 seconds. And ballooning of around 5 minutes.

                    Evening session: plateau edging of 30 minutes. First PONR occurred at 0:45 , stopped for 2 seconds, second PONR around 1:14. Then went longer, 3rd PONR was around minute 9. I am returning to step 2 from plateau, as I realized haven't mastered it yet. To stop the IKs is very hard, trying front RKs, full RKs, hard, soft, belly breathing. Haven't determined yet what will be effective. When I do a kegel hold, the PF relaxes, after 5-10 strokes it tenses up again.

                    MM's kegel routine , level 1.2 - done.

                      preE: Morning edging session in the bed, no FL, just hand. stop/start - 5 stops - around 15 minutes. I'll be aiming towards reaching as less stops as possible for 20 minutes. I did about 5second erect kegel holds x10. And 10 minutes of jelqing.

                      Evening edging session - plateau - around 30 minutes. Still on level 2. Lost my erection completely around 15 min mark. Had to stroke fast with hand to keep it up, but still struggled. This brought me to realization that my lower shaft and frenulum are sensitive by which the extra long stimulation causes the IKs and urge to ejaculate. I'll have to focus more time on ballooning.
                      +5 minutes of death grip edging and accidentally ejaculated.

                      MM's kegel routine , level 1.2 and level 1.1 - done.
                      30 mins of yoga for PF release.

                      I came to conclusion is if you take a long break from edging, you'll lose all the work you done.
                      Confused when transferred to sex [ before I started with these workouts, I could go many rounds, and each round lasted of 5 minutes and more, but now I see this in declination].

                        PYT Balm trial - SUCCESS. Just to say that this is temporary solution. I applied a thin layer on my corona (on the PPPs), a little on the glans, more on the frenulum, and below the shaft. It was like 2-3 hours before the sex. I cummed first time within 2-3 minutes. Recovered, went to the bathroom and applied some more. Then I went forever ( I cummed deliberately after an hour, cause I was faking my orgasms, didn't want my partner to feel bad).                           Took a couple of days break.
                          Monday - 2x10 mins batmate, and 1 hour of extender (still getting used to it).

                          Tuesday (today): morning 15 minutes of edging stop/start - I went full, dry and a bit of deathgrip. Normal strokes, didn't come to PONR, not once.
                          Tennis ball for a few hours.
                          MMs k/rk - new sublevel , 1.3.
                          evening plateau edging - 30 minutes, reached plateau , not once to PONR. normal speed of stroking. felt the wave of orgasms flowing through (my skin on the shoulders turned pink for some time). I don't think it was really an orgasm, but more of an intense pleasure (must be the real plateau). Felt a few IKs, fought them well with RKs and breathing. The spasms were occurring as usual.

                            Morning edging s/s session - Dry, blank mind - added some visualization/imagination from my personal sex experiences this week. The control of the arousal is way easier. I feel like I am getting the hang of arousal control since I stopped relying on porn, but rather on my own experience. Lasted 15 minutes (didn't want to go any longer), almost reached PONR 2 times. Each rest of 10-15 seconds. Also, I am pretty sure PYT balm has left kinda a placebo effect on my mind for the training. I feel like it boosted my confidence up high and the feeling of lasting as long as I want. Don't want to conclude things just yet. The goal is 20 minutes with one PONR - to do it for one month straight.

                            Evening edging plateau session: Fleshlight, blank mind with some visualizations. After 1:34 I hit the PONR. For the next 20 minutes I was just around the PONR, using RKs and different methods to fight off the IKs (had very few), got control of when exactly the ejaculation might happen. Learning to distinguish the urge to cum and urge to orgasm. PYT might have had some psychological placebo effect, but not so sure about it. It lasted about 25 minutes. +10 minutes ballooning.

                            Before the edging I did 2x10minutes air pumping, with 10 minutes of light jelqs no erection.

                              Yesterday: Only Bathmate 2x10minutes. preE: break.
                              Today: morning session dry edging s/s : I sensed PONR around minute 10 but only cause I was stroking a bit faster. Later around minute 14 again since I was doing deathgrip. Had some imagination as well. Good session, there was no need to stop but instead slowed down.

                                Two days break (reason: was having sex). Even with PYT I still can't manage to thrust fast. However I did train by edging. It is way too different that using my fleshlight. Having a FWB/partner to practice is very useful. I plan to not use PYT next time, and really focus on practicing.
                                Yesterday: Bathmate session only. 2x10min.

                                Today: 30minutes plateau edging (5 minutes dry edging, 5 minutes ballooning). The pace was normal, few times went fast, but when reaching PONR I slowed down every time. Feel like I'm making progress.

                                Things that helped the most: real sex (having a partner is tremendous help), changing the mindset to "pleasure" rather than "orgasm", kegel/RK exercises.
