          I've been good, just waiting for some gains as always haha. Had some stressful days recently but things are back on track. How are things going with you?

          8/10/10

          10 min warm-up
          stretches
          150 jelqs
          90 v-jelqs
          20 min edging

          50 kegels
          1 thirty second kegel

          gym workout

          Might switch back to 5 days on, 2 off, i think i prefer it that way. Wish i could get in a routine like this more often, mainly with the warm-up. Not sure if one day is enough rest for me.

          If anyone knows any secretive ways to warm-up, it would be greatly appreciated. I was very excited for the private PE article, but was disappointed when I saw there was little on warming up, which is the only thing I have problems with hihding, which is a pretty big part. any suggestions ????

            If you can't warm up per se with a rice sock or any other heating element. You can do bed fowers they are great alternative to warm ups thats what I heared. I would put a link in but I don't know how bad at computer I just know the basic stuff lol.

            I did my 2 week measurements have gained but mostly due to better EQ check it out if you want to. I will see if I truely gain in 2 weeks that is my Offical measurment. Good luck on your gains!!!

              Thanks danner, i did use fowfers for warm-up for a bit but started slacking for some reason. It seemed to work well today. Good to hear your PE is going well though excited to see if youre gaining i'm about to check out your log.

                        8/15/10-BREAK (SUN)

                        First half of day didn't look too good, lots of turtling but then I spent some time with my girlfriend and got some rock hard erections. After, my penis was fairly small compared to usual but I feel like it has been loosening up all day. It seems mostly normal at the moment so I will probably take tomorrow off then resume my PE.

                        Also, the weak inner base seems to not be a problem anymore, maybe because of my almost two rest days?? or maybe I just needed a little more to arouse me, I noticed it while by myself, but with my giffle it was nowhere to be found.

                        One more thing, after sex I saw looking at the used up condom and realized that I think I'll feel that I've accomplished my long term goal when the whole condom unwraps on my dick. That might be a bad obsessive thought if I focus too much upon it, but it was also motivating at the time.

                          Hey liquidwar what do you consider turtling lose .5'' or more flaccid length or doesn't really need to shrivel up to be called turtled?? I'm just curious about your view.

                          What is a giffle liquidwar?? Sounds strange to me very curoius about what that is.

Earlier in the day my dick was much harder than usual, but at the same time was probably about half the average length and the girth was much smaller. If I touched it I could literally watch it pull up into my body, which was not a pleasant sight haha, but it looks as if that's all over for now .

                            Oh, that's just another thing my friends and I say instead of girlfriend, I just meant I was with her and her sexy body

                            I think there was another misunderstanding haha, I am definitely not there yet I would very much envy anyone who could do that too, currently I am using lifestyles.                                 Morning-Very good flaccid, then shower and just alright flaccid hang, especially after workout at the gym.

                                Afternoon-Didn't get many looks but seemed average, not great but not horrible. got very very hard while reading some sex stories on the sight someone mentioned in the PE forum.

                                Now-Alright flaccid and OK EQ. Probably 6/7ish but I drank a bit too and am exhausted.

                                Depending on how i feel waking up I may start again tomorrow or take one more break day. Either way gentler jelqing will occur
