    Eetsa break day for mee. Everything's looking good, big flaccid all day, random strong erections (kinda embarrassing). I always make sure I get very erect at least once a day, I just feel like it's good to get that blood pumping through.

    I'm real antsy to start back up with corrected jelqing, I feel like a higher percent erect will have a very positive effect. Last night it felt better and I've got GREAT PI's today. Can't wait, wish I could PE everyday.

      Still so much more horny around my girlfriend than ever before, and I feel as if my dick is slightly longer. I still haven't had the chance to measure. I also haven't been watching as much porn so maybe I just have some extra self esteem from not being slapped in the face by all those giant cocks they find out there.

      I've been keeping up the jelqing, probably about 5 min sessions, no actual timer I just go for what feels right. I feel like the increased erection level is definitely helping out. A problem I have though is I'm still not sure of the correct pressure. I have been going very lightly but have read that your head should swell with blood every stroke as well. I have not seen this happen, so am I using too light of a grip? Should it feel like I am squeezing the inner blood of my dick as well as the blood in the outer veins? I am just very wary of overdoing it, I don't want to be injured down there.

      I have also been doing about the same amount of stretching, JAI, normal, tunica tugs, and advice in this area? I just want to gain some length for now so that I can start to get some girth later on.

      Been hitting the gym very regularly, and am seeing gains in that area which is very cool, as I'm a pretty skinny person. Just wish the gains from PE would be as visible haha.

        REST DAY

        Everything seeming fine, flaccid quality a bit less than last weekend, along with greater difficulty getting hard in the shower (no porn). Also, when I start to jelq my erection subsides quickly. It's pretty frustrating, especially since things went so well last week.

        It's strange though, I feel like my erections are getting harder and harder, but my flaccid is getting smaller

        So yeah, EQ getting better, but harder to get and maintain...

          Alright, time to try to restart my log as a normal part of my PE. It's still been going, but I'd like to begin logging again, as i've changed a few things.

          11/3/10 - BREAK

          Today (tomorrow, this is at midnight) is a break day. The past two days went approximately as follows:

          10 Min Warm-Up (WOOOO)
          3 10-15 sec uli's (not too intense yet, easing in but feeling GREAT)
          20-3- sec stretches all directions, down and out twice
          10 sec half bundled stretch both sides in each direction
          10-20 min edging when possible

          later...

          10 min warm up
          shower jelqing (50-80% erection level, as many as feels right)

          This routine feels veryyy nice, but I am still having trouble finding jelqs that feel right. It is also difficult for me to keep the EL up while jelqing, and I still see little to no head swell during each stroke. My dick is fuller after a successful jelqing session though, so I guess it's fine.

          All in all, I feel like I may have even made newbie gains from the changed routines! They feel great ESPECIALLY the uli's, but I'm being very careful.

            Break day was alright I guess, some turtling, in general I was long, but not full or heavy most of the day. I would've liked to see better but oh well, excited for tomorrow! EQ was very nice though, got a very hard erection simply from calling my girlfriend, no sexy talk involved

                    Next:

                    Edging two to three times per week. I love green tea. Work in stretching sooner or later. Warm-ups. WATCH PIS. Set ground point EQ and rest if it begins to drop. AND NO MORE PORN

                    Keep these in mind:

                    1) Ease of erections (how easily it happens).
                    2) Frequency of erections (how frequently they happen).
                    3) Hardness of erections.
                    4) How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them.
                    5) Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation).
                    6) Nite and morning wood

                          Flaccid hang returning nicely, seems a bit less plump but the turtling is finally gone . It's hard to hold back from jelqing now, but I want to be sure I heal/rest completely

                              My flaccid has been huge and I'm loving it. As of right now my EQ seems a bit shifty but it was just a random boner. Yesterday (MON), it was very good as usual so let's see how it goes. The jelqing felt good but it's still hard to be hard in the shower
