    Yesterday, I did my 4th workout in a row and it felt much better than the day before. I felt more comfortable with stretching and didn't had any difficulty to maintain a good erection level while jelqing. I tried the BTB jelqing and it's quite nice. I did 100 BTB jelq before starting my jelqing sessions and 50 after. It's less easy that it seems and, as a note to myself, I need to shave that area to make it comfortable (hair, ouch!).
    Then I edged/Ballooned for 50 min. Ballooning is too cool and the effects on my penis are amazing.
    For those who never tried/managed to do it, I can only encourage to try and try again. These sessions are so intense...
    Just to illustrate, I put some pics on my profile: one during my ballooning session yesterday (sorry for the quality) and one from a standard good erection distant from a workout after watching some porn. I know that we can't really compare the 2 pics as they weren't taken in the same conditions (distance of one week between the 2 pics, ballooning pic taken lying down and after a workout versus standing for the other) but for me, the difference is there!
    Today will be my day off.

      Back to my routine last night.
      The stretching part was not easy as I had difficulties to stay flaccid. Then I did 100 BTB jelqs but am still not sure that I'm doing them properly: I used the tips of my fingers to press my the inner part of my CS from near the anus to between the balls. It's not that easy because sometimes my fingers slide to the left or right of my CS. However, jelqing the inner penis seems as essential to me as jelqing the outer penis so I'm going to stick to this and see how it goes.
      After this I jelqed for 20 minutes and did another 50 BTB jelqs.
      I edged/ballooned as a warm down for 30 minutes but was interupted by my wife (who didn't notice what I was doing). However , it made me lose my concentration and I unvoluntarily cummed!
      I noticed that since I managed to balloon, my kegel workout has increased a lot and now I can feel fatigue in my PC muscle so I'm gonna reduce my kegel routine to 500 kegels a day (excluding workout and edging/ballooning).
      I woke up in the night with a nice boner so my PI's are fine.

          Thanks Kingpole.
          I'm not yet satisfied with my edging session but I think things will come in time: during my last night session, i managed to edge during only 12 min and then cummed. I was quite pissed. I think that I'm lacking concentration during my session as I edge in my bed with my wife sleeping besides me (I wouldn't like her to find out that I'm "masturbating" close to her while she's asleep! ). And maybe the tiredness plays also a role in this.
          Anyway, apart from this my session was fine: I used for the first time baby powder for my stretching and it does make a difference. I recommend it.
          Then I did 50 BTB jelqs, jelqed for 20 min and did 100 BTB jelqs afterwards. I'm getting accustomed with the BTB jelqs and start to find them quite nice.

            Hard to keep log updated during the WE...
            I did my 3rd and 4th workout in a row this WE and both sessions were fine. I did the same routine including the BTB jelqs and edged afterwards for 20 and 35 minutes.
            During my sessions, I tried to work a lot on breathing while I jelq: I try to breath deeply according to the fact that when we empty our lungs completely, it increases the cardiac flow and this should results in more blood sent into my penis. I think that I'm good at this now. I also try to focus on visualisation, according to what I read here: Zen and the Art of Penis Enlargement. But I'm not really sure of the proper way to do it. Any ideas? Should try to imagine my penis bigger or should I try to visualise the blood flowing in it? For now what I do is that each time that I jelq, I keep saying to myself that I'm making my penis bigger...
            Today will be a day off.
            I find it also difficult to do my kegel routine during the WE (usually, I kegel while on the bus on my way to work...) so I decided that from now I would kegel from monday to friday and take the WE off, which means that I won't have the same schedule that for my PE sessions but I suppose that it doesn't really matter!

              This forum is really a gold mine provided that you're motivated to read a bit! There are so many valuable information, especially in the PE science and theory forum! Afetr some reading, I decided to adapt slightly my routine:
              _ I will be doing from now reverse kegels as well as kegels, according to what I read here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...lications.html
              _ I will change a bit my jelqing technique and alternate between an overhand and an underhand OK grip. Right now I was doing only overhand but I do understand that with an underhand grip, you jelq better the CS

We should all learn from PESG and it made me discover the plump theory (https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...ighlight=plump) which is very interesting. I was already doing JAI stretches whenever I go to the bathroom but I'll add to this a few strokes to pump my penis to a 40-50% erection level.
              Besides of this, I'm now drinking green tea with honey daily, try to drink at least 1-1.5L of water and even started to jog again (the cardio training should be benefit at some point for PE and for me in general).

                Back to the business yesterday after my day off.
                By the way, it's been nearly a month now without sex and I feel so horny that it's insane!
                I started yesterday the reverse kegels and I think that I got them but it's tough: I cannot efficiently isolate the PC muscle while doing this and to feel the effect that I think is good, I have to contract my abs very deeply. I'll finish with steel abs . I did them again this morning and plan to do 6 sets of 25 reverse kegels with at least 30 seconds between each set.
                My workout yesterday was good. No problems with the stretches. I jelqed this time light on. The effect of BTB jelqs on the glans are amazing. I definitely love them. I had the chance also to compare with the light the difference between the overhand and underhand grip. The underhand seems more effective but is less comfortable (I'm understanding a bit better the concern from the others uncut guys!). To be more efficient, I also tried to only release my grip under the glans after I started to jelq with my other hand and once again, I could see the difference.
                After this I edged for 20 min and jerked off. It was nice
                During the night I woke up several times with huge erection and my flaccid hung very low this morning (more than I ever noticed!). So my PIs are very good.

                  Another workout completed yesterday, followed by only 16 minutes of edging (it was late, I was tired).
                  I'm really not comfortable with the underhand grip for jelqing because of the skin and think I won't keep on doing them. Let's see what I can gain with only the overhand grip.
                  I had good night wood and did some bed fowfers this morning.
                  My reverse kegel session was easier this morning. I think I'm getting used to them.

                    Yesterday's workout was fine: good stretching sensation, no problem with jelqing though it was a bit difficult to maintain my erection level at the end of my session. I tried some V-jelqs as I think they might be complementary to my overhand grip jelqs (as I'm not comfortable with underhand grip jelqs). They felt nice but I seem to lack strength between my fingers as after a few jelqs I had the impression that they were less effective. Should I go on with them anyway? Still not sure. I also ensured that my jelqs last at least 3 seconds (I think it was more between 2 and 3 seconds before so it'll increase a bit my session but what count is the result!).
                    Positive PIs still present this morning (nice morning wood) but I was just dreaming that I was having sex with my wife (4 weeks without sex today, it seems an eternity!).
                    Last session tonight before a day off.

                      My last workout (friday) wasn't complete: no jelqing, no edging, only stretching. My wife asked me to cut it and you always want to listen to your lady...
                      But after a day off and impressive night/morning woods, I'm back in business tonight. Maybe the woods are due to the new teas I bought on friday, one of them being green tea with ginger and lemon!

                        Bad luck: yesterday kids meant no sex!
                        I was a bit pissed off: my wife seemed a bit turned on yesterday evening and we started to kiss quite hard. After a few minutes, I was so aroused that I could feel pre-cum coming off my penis. But then the baby started to cry so she took her, breastfed a bit, and then put her back in her bed when she felt asleep. We restarted our kissing session and 2 minutes later, the baby woke up again.                         By the way, my wife isn't keen on doing blowjob (she never did me one! ). Any idea of what I could do to change this?

                              I would ask her why. If you can get to the bottom of her concerns, then you can address them and open up possibilities. I wouldn't force it. Just look for openings that lead to you maybe starting a discussion about it. Then try again at every opportunity.

                                Another workout yesterday and still no sex.
                                I did my stretches then my jelq session (jelqs + BTB jelqs) without any problems and then edged/ballooned for 36 min (no cum). This was a good edging session... I had a good morning wood this morning when I woke up and my flaccid hung low.
                                I have increased my reverse kegel workout through the week and now do 5 sets of 50 reverse kegels (abs still working a lot while doing this) separated by at least 30 seconds of rest. This brings me to 250 reverse kegels a day and 500 regular kegels a day (excluding the ones I do during my workout/edging session). According to what I read, this seems to be the right proportion...
