    Day 5 - 9/9/2010:


    10 min warmup
    basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle streches
    130 kegels while stretching
    10 min jelqing
    hot shower (for warm-down)

    I didn't edge because I will go at my gf's house so I will "edge" there I suppose. I have goof PIs, especially my EQ its definately a 10! I think that's why my erect penis looks bigger. I am not going to measure though!!

      Day 6 - 11/9/2010:

      edging nearly 20 min

      My goal is to edge for about 30-40 min after workout but I don't reach it every time. I come as close as I can to the PONR but sometimes I cum. However I think that I'll manage to edge more than 20 min as I become more experienced at PE!!

        I don't have much to say. My PIs are definately positive and after 2 weeks I haven't skipped a single workout. When I see my penis I think it's bigger but I' m not going to measure until 30/9.

          Day 8 - 15/9/2010:

          Today it was a "down-day". For some reason i started feeling a slight soreness while jelqing. It's weird because I always look to apply a smooth grip while jelqing and my jelqing routine lasts only 10 minutes. I'm considering taking 2 days off rather than 1, but I'm not experienced to know how to handle these situations. Do you have anything better to suggest???

              Actually I decided to take a break until monday because I noticed that I feel a slight pain at the end of the glans when I put pressure. When this achiness is gone I am going to follow an 1 day on 2 days off routine again. I think my penis is prone to overtraining.
              Any ideas fellows???

                  No it's not in the urethra and it's not a sharp pain at all. Maybe the fact that I didn't warm-down after workout had a negative effect. I think some days off is what I need.

                    I always warm down--it seems to help me restore circulation (since I'm hanging).

                    Regardless, I always warmed down after manual routines too.

                    See if the pain is still there tomorrow.

                      So I was wrong I guess because I noticed a slight redness near the urethra last night which is almost gone today and it doesn't hurt anymore unless you squeeze it roughly. It's a lot better, however, I'm not going to do any PE until monday. I'm just confused about the fact that except this bruise I don't have any negative PIs. On the contrary I have a full flaccid hang which lasts almost all day and I feel that I can get an erection very easily.
                      Do you think I should continue with my current newbie routine (PESG's) or back off a little bit (how much lighter could it be????) ? Any advice from the experienced PErs?

                        I bruised once & I can't name a logical reason for it (I was hanging, but it was light weight & I didn't think I was doing anything wrong).

                        It hasn't happened again since...

                        Sometimes we get minor injuries--it's part of PE. As long as you're careful you can avoid permanently damage pretty easily (in my opinion).

                        Maybe in a few months a light will click on & you'll have an epiphany & figure out what caused the bruise.

                        You do want to avoid putting too much pressure on the glans, or jelqing the glans. Assuming you're not doing that, I am not sure what caused the bruise.

                          While jelqing I always look to do it right, maintaining good technique. I certainly don't jelq the glans. Do you think I should follow a lighter routine or continue with PESG's? I was thinking to continue with the same routine but on 1 day on 2 days off programm.

                            Just returned home from the gym and now I am ready to continue with my routine. As you know I took some days off and now I am back ! You cannot imagine how much I missed PE these days!!
                            Anyway I am going to warm-up in the shower today and also I am going to warm-down after my session. I am going to post again after my work out!
                            I made some changes at my signature, I added my NBPEL and the date I started. When I see any gains I am going to add my (future) new stats. I also want to upload some pictures in order to make this log more detailed but I don't know how to do it. Can you help me out please?

                              It's a great feeling to be back. I think that warm-down and not edjaculating at edging are helping a lot. I tried to jelq slowly and maintained a lower erection level, nearly 50% because according to the TGC theory the tunica is my limiter so I am trying to stretch my ligaments a little more.
                              I also want to mention that yesterday I had sex with my gf and my stamina has improved GREATLY! I couldn't believed that I could last that long. Thank you PEgym!

                              PS. I have some photos to upload so if anyone could tell me how to upload them I would really appreciate it!

                                Hey guys I just wanted to inform you that today I have great PIs. I have a long flaccid hang all day and I get random erections very easily. I 'm looking forward to measuring in nine days.
