    I am not very happy with yesterday's workout. The truth is that I came down with a cold and the level of horniness has decreased a lot. I did my workout anyway and today I did a kegel workout (5min of erect kegels) because I don't want to lose my good EQ and I really want to make progress in stamina.
    I am measuring at the end of the month.
    BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
    EG: 4.5"+0.315"

      Day 21 - 20/10/10

      I have very positive PIs half an hour after the end of my workout. My measuring day is coming close and my goal is to complete 25 workout days in the next 10 days. I am confident that it is going to happen. The thing that bothers me is that I haven't yet managed to be consistent with my 1 day on 1 day off programm. I am happy with my consistency in general but not with my pace (I hope this is correct english). So I also have to correct that before following a 2 days on 1 day off programm. I want to upgrade my routine slowly in order to get well conditioned. I am going to upload a picture too when I complete my 2nd month.


      P.S I would be soooo happy even with a 0.5 cm gain in girth after my first 3 months.

        Day 22 - 22/10/10

        Today I had a solid workout. I realised that while jelqing, in order to feel the strech that the trapped blood should cause at the tissues of the penis the most important thing is to maintain a steady, slow pace. Today, I tried to focus on good technique and slow rythm and from the fifth minute I felt the tension into the shaft. When I completed my 10 minutes my penis was very veiny. And I was like :" wow, this is really working now!" .Today I realised the value of being focused on what you're doing at PE. And how important good technique is.

          Well,
          I have two things to report. First of all I made some changes at my initial stats because I realised I was not using the ruler correctly (how incredibly embarassing...). So my real initial BPEL was actually 6.875"
          The second thing, and the most important, is this. When I started edging an hour before when I got 95-100% hard, I kept looking at my penis because it seemed bigger. I could not resist, so I took the ruler and came up with the following results:

          BPEL: 7.25", NBPEL: 6.125"

          As you can imagine, I am happy but not overenthusiastic about it. I measured again and again and again and I had the same result! I will measure again the day after tomorow and if my stats are the same, THEN it is going to be official. For now, no gains since last month...
          BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"

            Today is a day off. I have positive PIs so far, I think the quality jelqing I did yesterday helped a lot. I am also trying to reduce masturbation because I had lost my horniness for some days. I have great results so far, my EQ is back to 9-10 and I have some lenght gains as it seems (look at my prevous post). I will measure again tomorrow and I hope to see those gains again.

              I couldn't resist so I measured again today. And yes as it seems I have gained 0.25" from my last measurement. If my third measurement has the same result then it's official that I am 7.25" inches big (BPEL)!!! I admit that I am gaining faster than I expected!

                Day 23 - 24/10/10

                had sex with gf afterwards so I didn't edge

                Nothing special to report. Good PIs, everything is perfectly normal. And yes, I am sure now that I have gained another 0.25" in lenght you can see it at my signature. I just want to say that I am very happy with my gains so far and i didn't expect to be near my short term goal in lenght after 2 months of consistent PE. If I don't see any gains during my 3rd month I am not going to quit my routine immediatly, because my penis is responding very well so far with this amount of workload (thank you PESG), but I am going to continue with it for at least 2 weeks more.
                I am going to post again in a few hours (workout day today) when everyone's sleeping. I am with my parent's right now at my hometown..

                  Hey everyone! I went on a trip with my parents these days and I didn't have access to the internet and I couldn't post. I really missed the forum! All these days I wasn't able to do a complete routine so I did stealth PE. I did JAI streches and dry jelqs every day in shower and every time I went to the restroom. I am glad I can return to my normal workout plan at last!!

                      Day 25 - 3/11/10

                      No edging today becaused I edged a little bit yesterday and my EQ has dropped a bit (it's about 8 or 9). So I decided to let my penis rest. And NO MASTURBATION!!!
                      Well this is important. I am not at the town where I am studying and I have really missed my girlfriend. So when I return back on Sunday I want to be really horny with a great EQ!
                      I have also increased the intensity a little bit, applying a narrower grip while jelqing, which has gave me a nice big and plump flaccid hang, so I guess my penis is well conditioned after 2 months of PE.

                        Today I incorporated in my routine both warming down and edging. I also did 100 kegels while warming down and when i stopped kegeling I had the most massive and plump flaccid hang I have ever seen down there. That was really impressive .
                        My EQ has dropped a little bit but my PIs are absolutely fine.

                          Hi guys! I took a long break from the log and I missed the forum very much. I am back again!
                          Of course I continued my routine, and yesterday I completed my 3d month of PE. I had very small gains during the 3d month (0.062") and I think it is time to add some excercises. During these 3 months I had lenght gains but unfortunately no girth gains. These are my 3-month stats:

                          3 Months Of PE:

                          30/8/2010-----> BPEL: 6.875", NBPEL: 6" EG: 4.5"

                          30/11/2010-----> BPEL: 7.315", NBPEL: 6.2" EG: 4.5"

                          Gains-----> BPEL: +0.44", NBPEL: 0.2" EG: 0"


                          I am very happy with my gains. However I cannot understand why there is 1.1" difference between my BPEL and my NBPEL. Any ideas guys? I knew that this happens to overweight people but I am very thin....

                              I started performing my new routine yesterday. I have good PI's and today I get random erections. I really want to see gains in girth!
                              This is what I did:

                              10 min warm up
                              basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle stretches
                              130 kegels while stretching
                              4 flaccid bends (up, down, right, left)
                              10 min wet jelqs
                              3 min v jelqs
                              2 min side jelqs

                              My form in side jelqs really sucked but I am getting better every day! I really enjoyed flaccid bends. It felt like streching and squeezing at the same time. I also edged for 15 minutes.

                                Congratulations on the completion of your third month. Your gains are nice and you should be proud of it. I understand your confusion about the difference between BPEL and NBPEL. I'm thin too and gained more in BPEL than in NBPEL; I am not sure too understand why neither but at some point I wonder whether we want to gain so much than when we take our measurements we press the ruler on our pubic bone with significantly more strength than we did it the first time...
                                About your new routine, I'd suggest you do more jelqing. No need to do a lot of different types of jelqs, just jelq for let's say 20 min. It should make a difference for both length and girth...
