10 min warm-up
basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle stretches
130 kegels while stretching
10 min jelqing
warm down
no edging
I am not very happy with yesterday's workout. The truth is that I came down with a cold and the level of horniness has decreased a lot. I did my workout anyway and today I did a kegel workout (5min of erect kegels) because I don't want to lose my good EQ and I really want to make progress in stamina.
I am measuring at the end of the month.
