    Day 10 - 22/9/2010:

    hot shower

    130 kegels while stretching
    10 min jelqing
    warm down
    15min edging

    Nothing special to report. I am looking forward to measuring in a week to evaluate my routine. When edging I get really powerfull erections (EQ=10) and I fel that my stamina has made significant improvements.

      Day 11 - 24/9/2010:

      "Emergency Workout" (lack of time, unfortunately I have to do PE in the middle of my exams, but I thought that a short version of my routine is better than nothing). I did the following.


      hot shower
      basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle streches
      50 dry jelqs
      warm down
      BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
      EG: 4.5"+0.315"

      30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
      25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
      1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"
      4/6/12: 7.5x4.815"

      Short Term Goal:7.5X5

      Long Term Goal:8x6

          Day 13 - 27/9/2010:

          I divided my workout in two parts, streching in the afternoon and jelqing at night, doing PE in the shower. Nothing permanent, I just like trying different things, without changing my routine though.
          My workout:

          Part 1:

          warm-up (shower)
          basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle streches
          130 kegels while stretching

          Part 2:

          warm-up (shower)
          10 min jelqing
          warm-down

          The thing is, that I have very positive PIs after this method. I had a full, relaxed flaccid hang and today I had a massive morning wood. In fact I rarely had an erection in the morning. So, I think I'll follow this method for a while.
          (In 2 days I'm measuring!!!!!)

            I measured yesterday. After a month of PE and 13 work-outs I managed to gain 0.2" in length. No gains in girth. Obviously this is just EQ improvement but I don't mind. Since it got bigger I am happy!

                My PC muscles are a little tired, It happens sometimes after consistent kegeling. Very good PI's generally.

                    Great PIs!! I am generally happy with my lenght (not entirely happy) but I really want to gain girth. Is it right to make any changes in my routine or just stick with it and change it after my 3 months?
                    I am planning to continue with this routine, get conditioned and then make my intermediate routine witch will be more personalised.

                      Nothing special to report. I am happy with my consistency. I have positive PIs and my flaccid stats have improved, both lenght and girth. I really want to gain erect girth though, I am going to be sooooo pleased when I see any girth gains.

                        10 min warm-up

                        I don't have free time these days, cause I have a lot of classes. That's why I edged only for 12 minutes because I would miss the bus to the university. Good session, I tried to apply 5-6 sec slow jelqs. I might as well do some V-jelqs, I think it's a great technique. What I don't know is if they have any real differences with the regular jelqs. Do they train the penis differently?
                        I also want to upload pictures but I don't know how. I asked before but I didn't get any answers...

                              When you click on "post reply", near the bottom is a tab for "manage attachments". Click on that and then browse for the picture you want to upload.
                              I create a shortcut to my picture on my desktop, then uploaed it, but you can upload it other ways too. Hope this helps
