Didn't get a chance to post after my workout!
20 minute warm up
15 minutes stretching
5 minutes LAS
6 minutes OK Jelq
5 minutes LAS
15 minutes ballooning (I was so proud of myself
)
I got a lot of boners with the girlfriend today
We didn't do anything but she likes to grab it and play around with it a little every time we're alone.

I pulled through tonight
25 minute warm up
15 minutes stretching
5 minutes LAS
6 minutes jelqing
5, 10 second horse squeezes (reverse jelq kind)
10 minutes edging
I didn't plan on PEing tonight but I'm glad I did. I'll probably take a rest day tomorrow but usually that means I won't so....eh
I just joined a new training gym that's great and I'm really excited about it
If I don't hangout with my girlfriend I'll go again tomorrow.

Pulled through yet again boys!
25 minute warm up
17 or 18 minutes of stretches
5, 10 seconds squeezes
2, 30 second Uli's
40 minutes edging
1 hour bed fowfers
Tonight I feel was very productive, I got a lot of good stretching in and focused more on my holds so I didn't really do any big circles. Still, it was a very good night and now I've got some homework to do!

10 minute warm up
5, 10 second squeezes
2, 30 second Uli's
a little over 20 minutes edging
The stretches were feeling really good for the most part and I was liking the squeezes as well. I'm out of lube for a short time which is why I haven't been jelqing but I'll be getting some soon.
