This workout was one that I really hated but it was still productive. The thing that I did not like about it was my lotion is empty so I had to use KY jelly and it sucked. It was alright for the v jelqs but it sucked for the lamda, ok and edging excercises.
16 minute warm up
10 minutes stretching withbig circles and helis
25 lamda jelqs
25 Uli V jelqs
10 minutes edging with a few short ULI's
Not the best workout so hopefully I can get a good lubricant by Friday!

10 minutes stretching with big circles and helis

25 Uli V jelqs
15 minutes edging with a few short ULI's
The v jelqs felt really good but for some reason the lamda jelqs didn't feel very effective. I need to start finding more time for edging dammit!

I switched things up a little bit today and I had a great workout.
17 minute warm up
10 minutes stretching with hellis and big circles
25 OK jelqs
25 Uli V jelqs
28 minutes edging
warm down in shower for a few minutes
It's been a while since I have done OK grip jelqs but they felt great and I felt thicker. I got a nice flaccid hang and now i'm offf to practiice! GYM AFTERWARDS!!!!
