    Had a good one... Warmed in the shower, followed by basic stretches for 45 kegels... bundles for 30 kegels... 15 minutes of regular jelqing... 5 of v jelqing... 2 sets of ULI's for 15 second holds... followed by a short ballooning period. Never did bundles of ballooning before this. Bundles felt like the tunica was really stretching but I was scared to pull it too hard, ballooning I had trouble with but I think I'll be ok when I get used to it. Hanging pretty good right now.

    • Well I took my measurements and I must say, they were not what I had expected.

      NPBEL 6.5
      EG 5.2

      Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with any gains made but I guess I was just looking for more. Time for my break! Hopefully KP gets back to me soon.

      • Day 1 of no PE down, a whole lot of days to go! I'm still waiting to hear back from Kingpole but I'm not really in any hurry. I'm just doing a lot of research, trying to expand my knowledge in the world of PE.

          • And day 4 begins. I edged last night for 15-20 minutes and I ballooned for 25-30 minutes this morning.

              • Measure before you start back in, I bet you have gained more from your time off.

                  • I love my college schedule! 15 units! Monday and wednesday, 8:30am-11:15. Tuesday and thursday, 10:00-2:15 (I have an hour break between classes) This should be a good semester!

                          • Pretty good log. Why would you ever be dissapointed in your gains...let's not be greedy now. Your girth gains of nearly half an inch are huge. You need less than half an inch to hit 8 BPEL. So i'm not seeing the issue

                              • How often and for how long do you break for raider? I'm thinking of doing 5 weeks on 1 week off with my routine.
                                Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
                                Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
                                Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"
