      • I was really busy yesterday so I didn't get the chance to post my routie.

        15 minute warm up
        10 minutes of stretching, helis, big circles
        25 lamda jelqs
        10 V jelqs
        15 Uli V jelqs
        only 15 minutes or so of edging

        Not my best workout but still a productive one!

          • Just finished my friday workout!

            15 minute warm up
            10 minutes of stretching, helis, big circles
            25 lamda jelqs
            10 V jelqs
            15 Uli V jelqs (maybe more)
            40 minutes of edging. I did 50 hard kegels and a few light squeezes.

            It was a great day!!!

              Friday I didn't do too swell in this department. The urge was too overwhelming about 3 hours after my PE session, so I had to do it rather quickly. It was getting close to my time to leave for work.

                      I'm actually doing Kingpoles routine and it's Monday, Wednesday and Friday and I feel like I'm seeing gains. It all depends on what you're working for and the excercises you do. The V jelqs I'm doing for girth are very intense so my penis needs the rest and after the v jelqs I go straight into edging which can last for close to 40 minutes sometimes.

                      But to answer your question, I think that rest days are just as important as workout days, so 1 on 1 off shouldn't make your gains slower. Many people have had success with 1 on 1 off!!!

                            15 minute warm up

                            25 uli jelqs (I did a few OK grip jelqs after)
                            Edging for 30 minutes with BC Kegels and 3/20 second Uli's
