    Day 14 of my log

    PE:
    I only had a short amount of time so I did a 17 minute warm up with rice sock
    10 minutes of "OK" grip jelqs (6 second strokes)
    and minutes with 5 minutes of ballooning

    Kinda dissapointing to me but I'm glad I was able to get something in.

    Had a great time with my girlfriend today

      It's been hard to find time for PE cuz I've been taking a lifegaurd class but in a few days I'm going to be ready to go and start PEing more regularly.

        I can't remember the last time I went 5 days without getting online but I was still able to do my excercises.
        For three days I did the same thing.

        10-15 minute warm up
        basic stretching in all directions, big circles after each strech
        15-20 minutes of edging
        atleast 25 minutes of edging. (went for 40 on the third day)
        20 minutes of bed fowfers.

        I'm measuring tonight so I'm really excited! Even if I don't have many gains (im not excpecting anything huge) I'm gunna be really happy with my EQ

          Well boys, I took measurements today and I am very satisfied

          BPEL: 7.4 (+0.1)
          NBPEL: 6.4 (+0.2)
          EG: 5-5.1 (+0-0.1)

          I must say I am very happy and can't wait to measure again on my birthday! August 17th!!! Send gifts

          Let's see if I can break 7.5 and 6.5!!!!

            Tonight's workout went very well

            15 minute warm up with rice sock
            basic streches with big circles
            20 minutes jelqing
            10 minute warm down
            40 minutes edging (I threw in about 5 ULI's)

            My measurements yesterday have made me so xcited to measure again! Time to throw the ruler back out of the house

              I had another great workout last night

              12 minute warm up with rice sock
              basic streches with big circles
              15 minutes jelqing (slow strokes)
              Got an hour of edging in!!! Threw in some ULI's durng edging

              I had never edge for an hour before but I was definitely bigger in the last ten minutes than I've ever been. I kinda broke my rule and grabbed the ruler and got 7.5 BPEL and 6.5 on my NBPEL

              Now I know I'm gunna have to hide the ruler from myself

                    20 minutes of jelqing alternating between over and underhand grips every 5 minutes (Thanks NP)
                    30 minutes LAS
                    10 minute warm down

                    My flaccid hang has been great the past few days. I don't know what i'm doing differently but I LOVE it!

                    39 more days till my Birthday!!! I can't wait for present to myself (A bigger DONG!)

                      I woke up this morning with morning wood and wanted to do 30 minutes of LAS. I got my rice sock and warmed up for 20 minutes and then decided to just do a workout.

                      20 minute warm up
                      Basic strech in each direction for 45 quick kegels, Big circles after every strech
                      Basic strech in each direction for 45 quick kegels. No big circles
                      20 minutes of jelqing alternating between over and underhand grips every 5 minutes
                      30 minutes of lazy ass strech
                      10 minute warm down

                      I have a good feeling about my upcoming measurements
