  • Thursday, April 04, 2013 was session 153 of my PE routine. I mixed things up today. My EQ has been suffering the last week or so, leading me to change my workout towards something that isn't going to make me compromise between hard wood or large wood.

Warmed up in the shower for 15 minutes. I then did stretching. 1 JP90 set, 1 Basic set, 1 JP90 set. And then a few extra helicopter shakes. That was all. very light stretches too, just to get the blood flowing, no force at the end of them. I felt nice and good by the end of it and went straight into jelqing. First a splash of baby oil, Then a dash of Irish Spring Body Wash. I did 50 reps (1 hand stroke= 1 rep). On the end of the 5th, 15th, 25th, 35th and 45th strokes, I would do a light, few second screw stretch (right hand). On the beginning of the 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th and 50th strokes, I would do a light, few second helicopter shakes (left hand). After the 50th stroke, I turned the shower back on and let it hang under there to get my penis warm again. I did a few basic stretches and JP90 stretches, VERY VERY light, 5 second holds to keep the blood flowing. Then I followed up with one more 50 stroke jelq set, done exactly the same way as before.

By the end of this`, my penis was very "full" and plump and hanging low. I dived into edging for 20 minutes, pure edging, without kegels or reverse kegels or towel raises. The emphasis was on staying erect for as long as possible and continuing to stroke for as long as possible.

Ever since then, my hang has been lower than yesterday, so that is a good sign. I will see how my morning wood is and whether my erection quality increases. If it does, I am sticking to this routine, it is simple and I liked it a lot.

    • Friday, April 05, 2013 was session 154 of my PE routine. This was a couple days ago. I followed the same routine as last time and got the same results. During edging, once erect, it was very easy to stay that way.

Friday night I ejaculated twice and called it a day. The first one was awesome, edged for a good 20-30 minutes before cumming, felt really proud of myself. The second one wasn't as good, lasted like a minute lol, but still a fun night

      • Monday, April 08, 2013 was session 155 of my PE routine. Let's see... well, I wasn't really feeling it this day. Friday night was the only jacking off that happened over the weekend, I abstained the rest of the time, so it was a good 60 hours later that I was PEing. Stretching was good though, I spent a good 10 minutes on it (JP90 set, Basic Set, JP90 set). Jelqing was also for 10 minutes. Two sets of 50 strokes, with a little break in between to rest and re-lube. Edging was not very good, I had a hard time maintaining an erection and felt like I was 70% EQ for most of the time. It was like, if I went any higher than that, I would ejaculate. The bad edging was a surprise, since I was feeling pretty horny the entire day.

        • Tuesday, April 09, 2013 I was supposed to PE, but because of school commitments, was unable to do so. Oh well, I'll just PE tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, which will be 4 sessions this week, and reach my goal.

I made this post to introduce a new dimension to my thread. Up until now, it has been all about making my penis bigger, controlling my arousal and generally trying to become a better man by way of working what is in my pants. But if I want to better myself as a whole, I need to work on improving all aspects of my life, which is what I have started doing and will talk about in here.

For the past 5 months I have been going to the gym. The first 2 months were about losing weight. I lost over 10 pounds in those 2 months. Since January, I have been bulking up. I have gained over 5 pounds of muscle (last time I checked, which was over a month ago, so I am sure it is more than that by now). I am getting stronger, seeing muscle definition on my body for the first time in my life, feeling great about myself and have a lot more energy. I hear that working out also boosts Testosterone, so that is probably helping as well. I will most likely spend some time talking about my workouts in here from now on in addition to the PE sessions.

The other thing is, I am trying to improve myself when it comes to women. Sure I want a GF, but more importantly, I just wanna have some fun. I'll become a better conversationalist, be more comfortable around girls and that will naturally lead to me getting more attention from the fairer sex.

Today I approached two girls. It was the first time in my life I had explicitly asked a girl out. One was good enough, but I did two. Here is how that went:

          a) The first girl, I thought she was really cute. I was leaving school to go home but was passing through another building that had the gym in it, to ask if they would be open during the end-of-the semester break. Anyways, I'm going and I see this girl, really really cute, looking around like she was waiting for someone. I walked away, having done nothing I was going to ignore it, but I figured it was about time I picked up my balls and just did it. It always gets easier after the first time right? If I could do it with her, I could do it with anyone. So I went back, and she was gone. I started to leave, passing back through the building, but saw her sitting inside. I was going to approach, but she was on the phone. So I made a deal with myself: I would walk around the building one full time and come back. If she was still there, I'd go up to her, no matter what she was doing. If she was gone, I'd forget her, it wasn't meant to be. So I walk around, and there she is, off the phone. Without thinking twice, I walk up and sit down next to her. I smiled and looked at her, saying I caught her presence from the corner of my eye and had to come talk to her. She was taken aback but was nice. I introduced myself in Hindi ("Humara Nam Hai Thrill Drill"), since I speak it and she was Indian so I knew she spoke it too, and asked for her name in English. She replied, and I asked if she had understood me when I told her mine. She said she spoke Urdu so she did. Urdu? I asked if she was Pakistani, can't remember what she said, wasn't paying attention, don't even remember her name now. But she was checking me out and seemed fairly interested. I cut to the chase and told her I had to go, but thought she was nice and would like to get to know her more and asked for her number. Turns out she had a boyfriend lol. When she told me, I was disappointed, but whatever, there's always more. I mentioned how in certain Indian cultures, polyandry is the norm, and since she was Indian and I was part Indian, I wouldn't mind indulging in it (as a joke, of course). She laughed and I said if things didn't work out with her BF, she knew where I was. We shook hands and I left, feeling real proud of myself.

          b) Second girl wasn't as good. I had been in the library doing some work and was leaving. I saw her from far away and she looked attractive, but was not when I got up close to her. I would have left, but believe in finishing what you start. I wasn't interested at all, I was just going to use it as experience. I told her my name the same way as last time and asked for her name, she told me. She wasn't laughing or smiling or anything, I should have taken that as a sign, but I didn't. She was obviously not used to having guys approach her and was nervous. I told her I was going to miss my bus and had to go (I lied, I don't take the bus, I just wanted to end it) and told her I thought she was cute (another lie) and would like to go out with her. She said "no" pretty coldly and turned the other way. I asked her if she believed in destiny, she said "yeah", I told her I thought we were destined to be together and there was nothing she could do about it. Corny, yeah. Maybe even lame, but I didn't let the rejection get to me. I just like having the last word

So that is all. I would like to approach at least one girl every 1-2 days and see what happens. I want to start posting it on here just so I can re-read this stuff and maybe in the future, when I am a PUA God/Don Juan, I will look back and laugh. Girls are just another avenue for fun, right? A wise man once said that her saying "yes" or "no" to your approach pales in comparison to you having picked up your balls and walking over to talk to her. I am a man, and men go after what they want, so that is what I am going to start doing.

I also read about some opener called "the claw", it seems to be all the rave, I'm going to have to give it a go. There is a party at school on April 14, I think it will be the perfect place to give it a try and also meet some cool new people. Looking forward to it haha.

          Cheerio

          • Wednesday, April 10, 2013: I woke up in the morning looking forward to PE, going to the gym and approaching some more girls. I went to my morning lab class, and while walking off campus, was looking for a girl to approach. Didn't see any, so I left.

Went home, ate, fell asleep, woke up, ate some more and left for the gym. Before entering, I spent 20 minutes or so circling the campus looking for a girl I could approach. I really limited myself because I would only go for girls who were alone, not listening to music, not on the phone and in a secluded area away from everyone else (I felt nervous approaching and having bystanders watch). I saw one girl, went up to her and said "OH MY GOD, IT'S YOU!", as an opener. She laughed and asked if she knew me, I pussied out at the last second and asked if she went to the high school I went to, she said no, I said "whoops wrong person" and left.

I went to the gym after that, which was great, because I have not done my mid-week (90% max weight) workout in over a month, so I was glad I got the chance to do it this week. Squats were okay, my thighs were sore so it could have gone better, but not bad. Bench was good though. I was doing max weight on Monday and couldn't get the 10 reps for either of the 2 work sets, but this time, with only 5 pounds less altogether, I was able to do it. I didn't work out at all the week before last week, so lost some strength (also my diet was crap, not enough protein or carbs). I have been struggling on the bench ever since, but think it will be better from here on forward. The rest of the exercises went well, it was a great workout. I think I will repeat this same max weight for bent-over rows in my next cycle, I seem to struggle near the end of each set and would like to get better form.

But the entire workout, I was kicking myself for not approaching any girls, and especially for chickening out with that one I had managed to talk to. "Rejection is better than Regret"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't have cared if she said "no" to my asking her our, but it hurts a lot more to have not even tried.

I decided not to PE after my workout. I needed to get home anyways and was in a rush, so left after the workout. I decided to have one more stroll around campus, since it was still light outside, and see if I could find anyone this time. I walked around and saw this really cute girl sitting on her own, but she was on the phone, so I left her alone. Walked around some more, but it was past 7 pm by this point and it was pretty deserted, so couldn't find anyone else. I started to leave and saw that she was still there. There were 2 guys standing sort of close to her (she didn't know them though), so I didn't approach, because I still get nervous trying it when others can see. So I did what I did yesterday; I left (to get a drink of water inside) and promised myself that when I came back out, if she was still there, I'd approach, and if she wasn't, then it was never meant to be. Well I came back out after about 5 minutes, and the other guys were gone and she was all by herself, sitting on a bench, off the phone. There was no reason not to do it, so I picked up my balls and walked towards her vicinity. When I got close, I looked over and widened my eyes, walked over and did the same thing as last time: "OH MY GOD, CINDY? IT'S BEEN SUCH A LONG TIME!" She was laughing, "oh no lol I'm ________" I say "no, I know it's you!!" She's laughing and smiling, so I say "nah, I'm just kidding" and tell her I just wanted an excuse to come over and talk to her. She was really nice. I introduced myself and she herself and we shook hands. I told her I normally don't talk to strangers since it isn't safe (as a joke), but she was too cute to ignore. She laughed and a couple other things happened, I asked her if she was waiting for someone, she said she had finished Basketball practice in the gymnasium and was waiting for her ride. I told her I got out of the weight room and had seen people in there etc... I found out she's a year younger and will be coming to the school next year. We joke about that, she asks me what classes I'm taking and we joke about that for a while. I knew I was in because she wouldn't stop eye contact with me and was smiling and laughing the entire time. Then she asked me where I was off to and I said I was meeting up with my friends and we were going home. I told her I thought she was cool, I would love to talk to her some other time and asked for her number. She didn't even hesitate, I got out a pen and paper and she wrote it down. We shook hands again and I said I was looking forward to it, she said she was too and I left.

SOOOOOOO, this has been a huge confidence booster for me (first ever time I got a number from a girl lol). This girl is prettier than the 2 from yesterday. I wasn't even looking that good, I didn't take a shower after the gym so you could tell I was tired and had a long day just by looking at me. But what I am going to take away from this is that perseverance is key, you should never give up. I am a man, I am going to go after what I want. I projected confidence while talking to her by maintaining eye contact, joking, not being afraid to touch her, I told her I thought she was cute (so she knew my intentions from the start, no worry about the friend zone) and speaking loudly and clearly. I know I can do it, so will continue to try it out with other girls. I will definitely be calling this one, but am going to keep my options open by approaching others as well. Next step is getting comfortable approaching in the company of others.

I feel very proud of myself and am going to sleep a happy man tonight!

            • Congrats on growing a pair and talking to that cutie! Just talking to her must have required a lot of courage, and getting her number is just icing on the cake ! I can relate to your story since similar things have happened to me recently. A friend of mine was with me at some point and wanted to talk to a girl and chickened out and now he hates himself ! I'm not giving up on him I'll keep supporting him and if I wasn't so secretive about PE'ing I would make him read your last post, at least.

              Keep it up !

              • Thursday, April 11, 2013 was session 156 of my PE routine. No gym today, so I went right after my class was over. I ended up masturbating last night so was not expecting a very good session, although I did wake up with a good hard flaccid today (they are becoming more and more common). I warmed up like I always do. Then did 10 minutes of stretching. The stretching actually made me hard. I thought it would make it harder to jelq later on, but actually made it easier. I got myself a semi-boner and started jelqing. 50 reps (1 stroke=1 rep). First set went well. Second set was even better. I closed my eyes and visualized myself with the penis I wanted. I was stroking my goal penis. Visualization is a wonderful tool and a great motivator to make every stroke a good one, I highly suggest anyone who reads this give it a try while jelqing. Just close your eyes and as you stroke, see yourself stroking your dream penis. Sometimes I imagine I am Mandingo or Shane Diesel and jelq, it makes it easier that way. Edging at the end was a HUGE improvement to last time! I thought the jacking off last night would prevent me from a good edging session, but it was wonderful. I occasionally compare my penis against the bottle of Irish Spring Body Wash that I shower with and use as lube, today for the first time while edging, I was able to reach the lid! I take that as a very good sign, and am enjoying PE a lot more now that I have cut back on the volume of work I do and am listening to my PIs.

After getting out of the shower (I was PEing/showering at the school gym), I started to look for some other girl I could approach. By the way, the only reason I am currently going out of my way to find girls is because I want to get comfortable doing this. Once I stop thinking twice about walking up to a cute girl, I will stop searching and just talk to whichever one happens to cross my path. But since I need practice, I have to actively search them out. I actually spent about over an hour after PE looking for a girl to talk to. There were a few I could have gone up to, but they were outside in front of everyone and I chickened out. Kept this up for about 45 minutes, but couldn't find anyone that was on her own, not on the phone or doing something else etc...

Then I saw one sitting inside one of the buildings doing some work. I doubt she had a class after than, probably just doing it while waiting for someone to come get her. I wanted to talk to her, but there were people around. So I didn't. I came back after a few minutes and she was texting someone on the phone. Didn't approach, but I should have. Came back after a few more minutes, she was reading something, but didn't approach because there was someone else sitting really close to her and would have heard me trying to pick her up. So I leave and am walking back for the last time, convinced I will talk to her no matter what and........ she is gone And she looked like a really nice girl too, who knows what could have been *sigh* Big mistake walking away and coming back so many times, I really should have walked up to her the very first time I saw her.

I was pissed off and felt like a loser the entire way home, but accepted it as another learning experience. I made a mistake today, but will not be making it again.

I was at Chapters (book store) a few hours later and saw this hot Asian girl sitting at a table reading some manga/anime book. I went and got a drink of water, expecting her to be gone because the store was closing in a few minutes, but she was still there. So I walked up and did the same opener as last time. She sounded really really surprised and was trying to convince me it wasn't her lol. I sat down across the table from her and starting talking, asking what she was reading. She showed me the manga book. I used to watch anime a few years ago and told her about some of my favorites, she had seen them too. She was more receptive than the second girl, not as much as yesterday's though. I asked her if she only read manga books, she said "no", I told her I was into Astrology and asked if she knew about it. She knew her Sun sign, that was about it. I told her mine and mentioned how it said I would meet someone really cool this year, and then asked her if she was cool. She said that she wasn't (lol) and was just another random person. I could tell she was a bit nervous, I am assuming that in Asian culture it isn't normal for girls to be approached by guys? Anyways, the book store was almost closed and I told her even if she didn't, I thought she was cool, and asked for her number. She apologized and said she doesn't give her number to strangers (). I thanked her for her honesty, we shook hands and left in our separate directions.

So yeah I was a bit disappointed, she was nice looking and sounded sweet, but hey, you can't win em' all. I've asked 4 girls so far, 1 had a BF (maybe she was lying lol, I'll never know), 2 said "no" and one said "yes". I think practicing like this is a real good idea. Because I have been rejected 3 times now, and I am still alive; I've realized that getting turned down isn't the end of the world.

What did I learn today? Well for one, don't over complicate things and wait for the perfect chance to walk up to a chick. If you see one you like, just go over to her, who knows, it may be the only chance you get. Also, pay attention to your surroundings. With the Asian girl, I could have opened by asking her about the manga book she was reading and then mentioned that I was a fan too and told her about what I liked and let the convo progress from there, I may have come on too strong the way I did it and so if I had done it the other way, the ending may have been different.

To all you guys who sit around reading PUA websites and watching videos online of men picking up girls, I will tell you that nothing compares to actually going out there and getting some first hand experience yourself. You can read all the articles in the world, but it will mean nothing if you don't practice. You'll probably get turned down a couple times, maybe a lot, but give it a try, don't beat yourself up over a rejection, learn from your mistakes and eventually you will find a girl who is receptive and shows interest.

I got turned down by the Asian girl but walked home feeling like a winner after that. Why? Because I walked over to her and gave it a shot. Her response was insignificant compared to my taking action and going after what I wanted.

Plus, getting that cute girl's number yesterday has already proven to me that I CAN do it, so if a couple other girls say "no", who cares?

                Until next time everyone!

Thanks a lot! Yes it required a lot of courage, but after the first 2-3 times it gets real easy. The problem with me is that I over complicate things and am always stalling, waiting for the best opportunity to approach, when in reality, the best opportunity is when you first lay eyes on her. The more you rationalize and create scenarios in your head, the more the odds will be stacked against you. Best to just walk up and let nature take its course

EDIT: Another thing, I think there is something your friend can try to help get over his approach anxiety. You and him go out somewhere, Walmart/Target are great places to do this. Basically, go into the store and ask him who the hottest girl in eyesight is. He'll point one out, and you tell him to go up to her. Here is what he needs to say: "Hello, my name is _____, I couldn't help but notice how cute you look (maybe make a remark about something she is wearing). Unfortunately, my friend is waiting for me (have him point at you) and he's my ride, so I gotta scram, but I couldn't leave without at least introducing myself. I'd love to get to know you some other time when we're both free and would like your number".

This way, he gets to approach a hot girl, but avoids the tension of having to maintain a conversation because he has to go. I suggest doing this at least 10 times, and by the end of it, he should be a lot more comfortable walking up to any girl he wants. I think most girls, in that situation, will probably thank him for the compliment but decline the offer, but there are a fair amount who will accept. The purpose is not to get a phone number, but rather to realize that having her say "no" (which probably will happen) isn't that big a deal.

I think you're a great friend for helping your buddy out like this!

I think you're a great friend for helping your buddy out like this!
I couldn't have said it better. It feels so easy now ! I keep telling him to BOSS through it and that the fifth girl isn't nearly as scary as the first ones, but it hasn't worked yet. Oh well. I just showed him the Gym and your testimony; he's a close friend so I can live with the idea of him reading through my log, we talk about these things a lot anyway.

                    • Friday, April 12, 2013: No PE today, ended up having some more fun last night lol, so wasn't feeling up to it. Woke up really late but still went to the gym. As I was walking to it, had a little stroll around campus to see if I could find a girl to talk to. Saw one nice looking chick, but was on her phone, so ignored it. On my way to the gym, there was a girl sitting alone having a little snack by the Tim Horton's (we have one inside the same building as the gym), she was looking at me, and when I looked back, I realized I knew her. We went to HS together and had a class, but I had only talked to her one time since Uni started. So I go over and start talking. She says her friends are gone to get pizza and will be back any minute. She was sitting there eating an apple. I rip her for not going, asking if she's worrying about getting fat, she laughs about that and says "yes". We talk about classes we have this semester and what we got next semester. Turns out we both got bio next semester, and are possibly going to be in the same class. She asks what I'm getting this semester and she is awed when I tell her about my marks, she thinks I'm a genius and I know it is only elevating my status in her mind. I joke about how if she spent more time chilling with me, some of my intelligence might rub off on her, she laughs and smiles and agrees that she should start hanging with me more. She's a nice girl, I'm pretty sure she likes me and so I was going to number close, but before I got the chance, her friends came back. One of them was a guy and seemed pretty into her, so I just left. Looking back, I still could have gotten her number if I wanted. She did make a remark about how she sees me around campus a lot, so I will be keeping my eyes open and will definitely be asking for her digits next time I see her, whether anyone else is there or not.

Another reason I left is because the gym was closing in half an hour and I needed to have enough time to work out. I was doing 80% max weight today. Thighs still sore for some reason on squats, hope they're good to go for the heavy load on Monday. Bench was great. Everything was great, I was getting good form on each exercise. Had to circuit barbell curls and calf raises at the end though because was running out of time, but still managed to finish.

So I got out at around 7:15 pm. Very few people left on campus, it was Friday night so people wanted to leave, plus really late and horrible weather (raining cats and dogs). I wanted to go back and get that other girls number, but they were gone. So I walked around outside, but couldn't find anyone. There were still some people in the library, so I went in there. Saw 2 girls that I wanted to talk to, and ended up having a conversation with both:

                      a) First girl was sitting in a corner doing Math homework. I approach, same opener as before and start talking. I told her I thought her hair looked nice, which is why I came up to her, but she had the second best hair at our Uni (me first!), she laughed. She was Asian, came here from Hong Kong. We talked about courses, she's doing Business, I'm doing Science. Talk about sports, some other stuff, then I steer the conversation towards anime, which gets her attention. We both have the same favorite anime, but she never finished watching it, so I told her what happened, and she's listening intently the entire time. Very good eye contact for the most part, and I get her laughing too. Tell her my ride is here and I need to go, tell her I'd like to talk to her some other time and ask for the number and she says "well if you want to talk to me, just find me on campus and we can talk". That was her way of saying "no" lol. She told me it isn't normal for a guy to do this (ask for a girls number in her culture), I asked if she was shy and she giggled and said "yes", okay fair enough, we shook hands and off I went.

I actually had a real nice talk with her and wasn't bummed about not getting the number, I understand it is because of the cultural restrictions. I think with your average Westernized girl, I would have gotten her digits, but I guess with her, it just wasn't meant to be.

                      b) I was on my way out when I saw the other girl. She was sitting alone at a table and doing work too. I approach like last time and we start talking. She was Indian, so I ask about this parade that is coming up, and she said she's not going. She's working on bio, I tell her I'm taking it next semester and we talk about that for a while. She wasn't shy, but we held almost no eye contact, her head was pointed towards me but her eyes were darting all over the place. I tell her I have to go, and commented on her hair, she mentions that she has dyed it, I ask what her real color was and blah blah blah. I joking tell her to get it blonde, she laughs and says it doesn't look good on Indians lol. I tell her I think she's cute and wanna go out sometime, she says she has a BF ( ), I told her she knew where I was if things didn't work out, and I left.

So no numbers today, but I don't care. I approached two girls and had a really nice conversation with the first. The second was really hot though, the kind of girl I wouldn't even be able to look in the eye before, but now look at me lol. Oh and I ran into the very first girl I asked out in the library today. We waved at each other and said hi. I asked her if she was still with her boyfriend, she laughed and said yes. Things are only awkward if you make them haha

A few inspirational quotes to anyone interested:

"Work now, play later. Play now, Pay Later." I want to get better with women? I'm gonna work at it now and then enjoy the fruits of my labor later. If I avoid the work now, I will pay for it the rest of my life. Any pain/discomfort I feel now is insignificant to the feelings of accomplishment and pleasure (mental and physical *wink wink*) that will come with success.

"To think something gets you nowhere. To say something shows desire. To do something about it shows confidence." Everyone wants to get better with girls. We think about it all the time. But thinking gets you nowhere. If you think about doing something, you will be in the same position tomorrow that you are in today. Saying you are going to get better with women shows desire; you are willing to let others know that you will improve. TO ACTUALLY GO OUT and practice shows confidence. "DOING" is the only thing that will change you life.

"For without the first step forward, the journey cannot begin. Without the journey, there is no purpose to life. Without a purpose to life, you cease to live." The first step is to go out and start talking to girls. When you do that, your journey of self-improval begins. If you are too scared to take that first step, your life has no purpose. And life is pointless without a purpose. This one doesn't just apply to women. The purpose of life (according to me) is to be a better person tomorrow than you are today, i.e constant self-improval. But you MUST take the first step! First you learn how to crawl, then how to stand, then how to walk. But if you never started crawling, you would never be walking. Anything that makes you a better person was worth the effort.

"Solve problems rather than placing blame." Take action. If I don't like something about my life, I'm not gonna complain or whine or say it is someone else's fault. Only I can change my life, and that can only happen by me solving my own problems.

"Failure is only a temporary set-back to the inevitable. Life goes on, your day will come." This one goes hand-in-hand with "where there is a will, there is a way." You only "fail" when you give up and stop trying. As long as you are moving forward, you are getting closer to inevitable success. What you perceive as "failure" is simply a set-back. Things didn't work out with the first 2 girls I asked out? It doesn't matter, because it worked out with the third. Getting rejected by the first two wasn't "failure", it was only a set-back. Success is INEVITABLE when you keep trying. Imagine if I had given up after the first 2. I never would have gotten the third's number. Real failure only happens when you decide to stop trying.

I got rejected by the girl yesterday and the 2 from today. Okay no problem, as long as I keep trying, I will eventually get more numbers. So I am not worried.

Well I wrote that for myself. It felt empowering just typing it up, I'm going to re-read it whenever I am feeling down. I'd be really happy if someone else benefited from it as well.

                      Good night everyone!

The biggest risk you can take in life is not to take any risks at all.

                      Rejection is better than regret.

That's wonderful! I am actually thinking about telling some of my close buddies, but it can still be a bit nerve-wracking. Good on you for going ahead with it though. You are a great friend

Have him make an account and get on the JP90 and start a progress log. The log doesn't just have to be about PE, it can be about working out or women or anything else he is improving on. Have him post in this thread, I'd love to talk to him too.

                        • Alright, after a long break (unintended) absence from the forums, I am back

It is Friday, June 07, 2013. My last post in this thread was on April 13; right before my semester final exams. What ended up hapening was that I got sick real bad, to the point where I was puking and couldn't get out of bed. I even had to delay my tests and my professors were kind enough to allow me to take them when I was feeling better. I got really skinny from eating absolutely nothing. So it felt bad when I went back to the gym. But I am feeling much better now, actually have been for the past 5 weeks.

I started PEing again once I was feeling better. I am not going to write about every session I've had since then, but I do want to mention them for records sake. The week of May 05, 2013, I had 3 sessions (Wendesday, Thursday, Friday).

The week of May 12, 2013, I had 4 sessions (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

The week of May 19, 2013, I had 3 sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).

The week of May 26, 2013, I had 1 session (Tuesday).

The week of June 02, 2013m I had 3 sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

This brings my total up to 170 sessions.

As for working out in the gym, I started that 5 weeks ago too. I basically just used the same weight for all my lifts, but reset the reps back to 8. I did bring the bench press down 5 pounds though (2.5 each side), since I was weak as fuark in my arms and couldn't lift all of it. So I just finished the 5th week, all the lifts are real easy now even though I am doing 12 reps, even bench, and on Monday next week I am going to reset the reps back to 8 and up the weight on each exercise.

As for the ladies, well unfortunately, that did not recommence with the PE and lifting. I would occasionally go out and see a hot girl, but didn't have the balls to approach, even though I did it before. I started to reread the Don Juan Bible (for anyone that hasn't already done so, it is PURE GOLD, read the first 5 posts and you will be hooked!). Got that motivation back and the kick in the ass that I needed. Went out yesterday after PEing and lifting to look for someone to approach. Saw a bunch of girls but phased out at the last second for each one. Ater about an hour of being a puss puss, I did manage to stop one girl, who seemed really friendly, but upon closer examination, looked older than me. So I just asked if she had the time lol. Got out of that building and said "wait!" to another girl, she stopped and looked surprised, pu$$ied out and said "sorry, wrong person".

I felt like a HUUUUUGE loser for not even being able to ask for one number. I promised myself that I would go back the next day and pick up my cojones and just do it!

So here I am, and "do it" I have. 2 girls in the library, sitting with each other, went up to the closest one and asked if she was single, she said "yes", told her I had to go but would like to go out sometime, she said "no", so turned around to her friend, asked name and shook hands, said same thing and she said "sorry, no".

I was expecting those responses; one was East Asian, the other Indian. East Asian and Indian girls don't normally date around here, and these two didn't really seem that westernized anyways, so I knew it was gonna happen.

But I feel A LOT better for just going up and doing it. Fuark, can't believe I was making such a big deal out of nothing. I am still alive, so it's all good. The only person who's opinion matters to me is myself, and if I hadn't asked, I would have thought I was a loser. But I feel like a winner for taking action and just doing it. What those girls think of me, I don't give a sh1t. How many guys have the balls to walk up to a chick and ask her out right away? Not very many, believe me.

I'm typing this up from the school library. The sun is still shining and hopefully there are still hotties outside. Let's see how many more girls I can ask!

PS, excerpt from the Don Juan Bible:

"You have a certain number of rejections, which for the average guy coming out of his nice guy shell I would roughly put between twenty and forty – go and get these rejections as quick as you can – TODAY – and girls and sex follow. The problem many guys have is that they don’t think there is a system for getting girls. This is a major problem because guys mind’s run on logic and problem solving (not more emotionally based, like women) and we have been duped into believing that love is randomly determined the gods of love???!!!! Horse****. There is a method to the madness, and some mathematician could probably turn it into an equation, if he wasn’t too busy in the lab, not scoring.

Decide on a target number for you and go and get those rejections. If you work out for sixty days, your physique is guaranteed to improve. If you approach 60 girls, you are also guaranteed some success.

Remember to think before every approach: “Here’s another point to deposit in the sex bank. Can’t wait for those dividends”
Notice how in my list rather dreadful failures miraculously turn around to dramatic successes.
Stick with it, new DJs, most of us have been through it."

So, rejections are a good thing from this point of view, because every time you get one, you are one step closer to your goal.

                          Hope this motivated someone!

                          • And now 5 months later........

feels really bad that I haven't posted in this in such a long time. I haven't PE'd in forever and had stopped going to the gym too. Thank you heavy University course-load.

Just wanted to bump this and say that I plan on getting back into it, I will shoot for around 3 sessions a week (stretching only) and see what happens.

Started going to the gym again 2 weeks ago, seeing those girls working out in the tight yoga pants was motivation enough to get back into PE lol.

I will update this as I go along, hopefully all goes well
