  • Here We Go

    After creeping this site for the last three and a half months or so, I finally decided to create an account and join. I completed the JP90 a while back, and although I didn't make huge gains, I did make enough to convince me that PE works and keep me motivated and working towards my goals. It might just of been improved EQ, but whatever it is, I like it, and I'm going to continue on with PE. I started my own routine yesterday, on Monday, July 11, 2011. In the fall of 2012, I'm going to start University and I want to reach my goal, or at least be close to it by the time I start. At this time, my long-term goal is to be at least 8.00 NBPEL X 6.00 MEG. After that, I might change my goal and try and gain more, or if I'm satisfied, start cementing my gains. So I'm looking at roughly a 1.25 inch increase in length, and about a 0.50 inch increase in girth. Pretty realistic if you ask me. The reason I'm changing it up is because I found some things in JP's routine to work better (for me) than others, and because after the second month, I stopped making gains. Also, it semmed to take forever for me to complete, so I've shortened it and used some elements from his routine and some from other people's that I've read on here and made my own. I'm going to give this routine 3 months and then at the end of the 3 months, I'll decide whether or not to revise it or stick with it. It'll all depend on if it's still working for me at the end of the 90 days. So here it is:

    Warm Up: 10 minutes of heating it up in a glass of water. I change the water every minute or so to keep it hot.
    Stretching: 10 minutes of this. I pull out, to the sides and up and down. I do bundled stretches and rotational stretches like a clock. There really is no order in which I do them, but I focus for the 10 minutes and at the end I want my "drill" to feel "stretchy" and "loose".
    Jelqs: I do 10 minutes of jelqs with an EL of about 45%-55%. Sometimes I start losing the erection and have to stimulate myself up again. There is no minimum number of jelqs I aim to complete, just as long as the quality is there. My jelqs (from base to glans) lasts anywhere between 5-7 seconds.
    High EQ Uli Jelqs: 10 minutes of these. I stimulate myself up to a high EL (85% and up) and Uli at the base and hold for 20-30 seconds. After that, I jelq all the way up to my glans. Again, the jelq is anywhere between 5-7 seconds. I then do 4 more jelqs (2 more with each hand) for a total of 5, after which my EL starts to drop. I stimulate myself back up to the high EL and repeat the process. I do this for 10 minutes, but I'd go up to 15 minutes if I have the time.
    Edging: You don't have to do this, and I probably won't always either, but if I have time, I'll edge in the shower for about 5-10 minutes after my routine.
    Cool Down: My cool down consists of me running cold water over my "drill" for 5 minutes after my shower is over. I feel it leaves my very "loose" and "stretchy" and I feel more "plump" throughout the rest of the day.

    After all that's over and I'm out of the shower, I take an old bow tie that I've cut up into a long piece. I tie it around my semi-erect (around 25-30%) "drill" at the base and leave it there for about an hour or two while I go do something else. It's completely optional, but it leaves me engorged a lot longer.

    So that's basically it. The whole thing shouldn't take you longer than an hour to do, but it takes about at least 40 minutes to do. I might make it shorter in the future but increase the intensity, but we'll see how it goes. Thoughts and opinions are welcome. And also, since I did my first workout yesterday, I'll post how that went right now as well.

    Stats:

    - Monday, July 11, 2011
    * NBPEL: 6.75 Inches
    * BPEL: 7.25 Inches
    * MEG: 5.50 Inches

    - Monday, November 14, 2011
    * NBPEL: 6.85 Inches
    * BPEL: 7.50 Inches
    * MEG: 5.65 Inches

    On Monday, July 11, 2011, I completed my first workout. I did everything in my routine and I must admit, it went really well. The exercises are all pretty easy to do, but do their jobs. After the warm up, I could feel the heat on the inside and even getting erections became easier (I never did a warm up before and getting erections was pretty hard). After the workout was over, I tied the old bow tie around the "drill" and left it there for 2 hours. And, to my surprise, it was still engorged when I took it off. I'm very pleased with the result. Even today, it's hanging lower than it has in a long time. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow!

      Okay posting this took a bit longer than expected but it doesn't really matter I guess. My next routine (after Monday), was supposed to be on Wednesday, but I got caught up in a lot of personal stuff and couldn't find the time to do it. So, instead of waiting until Friday, I took initiative and did it the next day. So my second workout was on Thursday, July 14, 2011. During my first workout, I had only warmed up for 5 minutes, but this time, I did 10 minutes (and will continue to do so from now on). Needless to say, it made a huge difference in the quality of my workout. Stretching was easy, as were the jelqs. Also, it felt like I was pushing A LOT more blood through my penis, because after the workout, my penis was more red than it had been in a long time. I think it's safe to say that this workout was even better than the first. Anyways, at the end, I cooled down by submerging my penis in cold water for about 5 minutes and then proceeding to tie by "bowtie" at the base. For two hours, my penis stayed plump and hard. When I took it off, I noticed it hanging a lot lower than it normally does. Even as I write this a day later, it still is. Anyways, since I'm aiming at at least 3 routines a week, my next one will either be today or tomorrow, depending on which day I have more time.

        I'm absolutely horrible at posting my progress on here but at least I'm keeping up with my routines On Saturday, July 16, 2011 I did my third workout. It went quite well. Nothing new to add since I knew what to expect and everything went fine. My goal is to do at least 3 workouts a week and a maximum of 4 so I'm glad I did it.

          On Monday, July 18, 2011 I did my 4th workout. I've started to have a bit of bruising at the base of my penis where it's gotten really dry and the skin is bruised. It's probably as a result of me doing dry jelqs and stretches without using lube. Seeing as how it hurts, I might have a bit of problem doing my routines. But anyways, I did get through my 4th workout. I had had a bit of problem doing jelqs in the past because I felt like the skin on my testicles was being dragged along with each stroke, but I've come up with a new way to do them without that happening. It's not rocket science but still, I'm getting better. The only bad thing was I climaxed at the end of edging, which was a tad disappointing. Hope to avoid doing that next time! I'd love for people to post and share their opinions with me

            Wednesday, July 20, 2011 was workout number 5. I got home late and was pressed for time and tried to rush through some things. But I did finish my routine. I've noticed that my penis isn't really as worn out and tired by the end now as it was when I started. I'll try upping the intensity next time and see how that goes. I tied by bow-tie on at the end but the blood still escaped ;( But, I didn't climax at the end so that was good. I'll probably measure at the end of the 3 months and see how it's doing

              I haven't updated my log in almost a week and I have bad news so I thought I might as well share it on here with anyone who's interested. My last workout was on Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Everything was going great and I thought I would be able to do 2 more routines later in the week (on Friday and Saturday). On Thursday, the headaches and stomach aches I had been having on and off for the last 2 months or so started getting a lot worse. My parents got worried and told me to go see my doctor. He told me to take it easy and that my blood test results would be back within the next 2 days or so. I decided not to do my workout on the Friday, but still do it on Saturday. On Saturday, I called the clinic and was told my results were in. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with me and everything was fine. The headaches and stomach aches were still there. I felt weak all over and couldn't wake up in the morning. Right now, I'm usually getting up anywhere between 1-3 pm in the afternoon. My hunger level's gone down and I have no energy at all. I don't even feel like smiling. After telling my doctor that, he said he wasn't sure what the problem was but thought it might be psycological. He set up an appointment with a psychiatrist on Monday (yesterday) and told me to keep taking it easy and lay off any physical work. He didn't need to tell me twice; I was a zombie and feeling weak and cold all over. So with that, I decided not to PE on Saturday either. It was a hard decision but I didn't want to do it because there was no point wasting my time when I knew it wouldn't even be 1/2 good. So yesterday, I go meet up with the psychiatrist. I was asked a bunch of questions and asked to describe how I was feeling etc... After about an hour or so, my physiciatrist came to the conclusion that I have bi-polar depression. She even had a colleague come in and do a separate evaluation just to be sure, and he drew the same conclusion. It hit me like a train, because I was always the happiest kid in the world. But I can't say I'm entirely surprised, because over the last 2-3 years, I've been having a lot of personal and family problems that have built up a lot of anger and frustration inside of me to the point where I don't want to talk to anyone and just lock myself in my room all day. Apparently, depression can also cause physical pain, which is why I've been having the pains and weakness. So there you have it. The worst part for me is that I haven't been able to PE this entire week. I really hope all my work hasn't gone down the drain because of it. I told my doctor about me doing PE and he told me I could continue, but I really need to pay attention to what my body is telling me and lay off if I don't feel well. I'm 18 and starting senior year HS in September (I started Kindergarden at age 6), and my goal is to gain about 1.5-2.0 inches of length and 0.5-1.0 inches of girth by next summer, before I start University next fall. But with all this, I don't know if I'll be able to. The problem for me isn't really psychological; I definately have the motivation to keep going. PE is something I want to stick with and continue to do for years to come. But if my body doesn't agree, then I won't really have any choice. And that's about it. I want to get back on the PE horse and start again tomorrow. I just thought I should let you guys know.

                6th workout today, Wednesday, July 27, 2011. I don't have a lot of time so I'll make this quick. Did my warm up, stretches and normal low EQ jelqs fine. Was stimulating myself up for the high EQ Uli-jelqs and climaxed. I did like 20 jelqs after that, really fast jelqs, because after I came I was still decent EQ...fingers and wrist were getting tired doing stretches. I don't know why but I don't feel fatigued after I do my length routines, but I feel really loosey-goosey after girth (high EQ Uli-jelqs). I might try switching it up and doing girth first next time, or do stretches-Uli-jelqs-normal jelqs. If everything goes as planned, I wanna do 2 more workouts this week, on Friday and Saturday.

                  Finished my 7th workout a few hours ago. Friday, July 29, 2011. I changed my routine. I was advised to focus on length before girth so here's my new one:

                  10 minute warm up with hot water in glass cup
                  10-15 minute stretches (manual outwards, v-stretches, tunica tugs, helicopters, clock stretches, bundles stretches etc...)
                  10-15 minute jelqing at 40-60% erection level
                  10 minutes edging
                  5 minute cool down (running cold water over penis). I might cut this out in the future.

                  I'm proud of myself because Fridays are the days I have the most trouble finding time to do my sessions. It went awesome, and I was hanging extremely low. Found a new way to stretch that really up'd the intensity. Jelqs were awesome and intense even at low EQ. Only thing that could of made it better is if I hadn't ejaculated at the end of my edging. Some people think it's bad, others say it's good, some say it does nothing, but I'll try avoid doing it next session, which is tomorrow.

                    8th workout done on Saturday, July 30, 2011. It really wasn't as intense as yesterday's session, but that's probably because I was exhausted from yesterday coupled with the fact I jacked off like 10 times last night lol. I still got through everything and didn't cum at the end of my edging! Tomorrows off day so I wanna rest up good.

                      I took Monday off just being I feel tired. I feel mentally exhausted and I'm frustrated because I'm having a hard time getting a boner. I suspect it might be due to excessive masturbation, so I'll abstain from that on Tuesday (today) and do my session tomorrow as planned.

                        I tried edging last night on my off day and tried oh so hard to not cum at the end, but I couldn't help myself. I got to the point where my penis was doing involuntary spasms/kegels and was very sensitive. I was watching porn and I was going to stop when the video was over. There were about 10 seconds left and I guess I touched the head at the wrong time because I exploded all over myself. I feel weaker than before and a few people have suggested doing NOTHING (including edging/kegels/reverse kegels) on off days, so I'm taking Wednsday (today) and tomorrow off for sure. If I feel good, I'll start again on Friday. If not, then Saturday. If for some reason I still can't, then I'll wait for Monday.

                          Did my 9th workout on Friday, August 5, 2011. It was good and I hadn't jacked off since Tuesday night earlier in the week. I noticed that my EQ was slightly better while edging, although it could just be my brain playing my tricks on me. The workout was nice and so was the edging at the end. I warmed up for a bit longer than usual and it really showed during the session. Later on during Friday night I watched porn and masturbated for the first time in 3 days. It was intense.

                            10th workout was done on Monday, August 8, 2011! Finally, hitting the double digits I warmed up a bit more than usual but not as much as on Friday. The stretches were better than before but I need to work on my grip and unfortunately my wrist and fingers get tired very easily. I did A LOT of nice slow jelqs after that at a lowe EQ for 15 good minutes. I was doing wet jelqs with Baby Oil and it seemed to stretch better than doing dry jelqs like I was doing before, so I'll definitely stick with the wet ones. I was in the washroom so after every 5 minutes or so of jelqing I would turn the shower on and re-heat, and that kept it warm and easy to stretch. I held the stretch for a good 3-5 seconds after every jelq. It wasn't hanging as low as I would of liked at the end but still very nice. I had 2 cups of green tea about half an hour before my session and I'll continue to drink it before my workouts from now on.

                            I'm going to be starting ByggD's guide to Ejaculatory Control this week as well. It will be done on the off days. I initially wanted to keep a separate thread for it, but this way I can look back at all my progress in one place. Since I'll only be doing it 3-4 times a week, I might do each stage for 2 weeks instead of one, depending on whether I feel I am ready to move on or not. But regardless, I plan on being done stage 2 by the time I get back to school in early September.

                              Tuesday, August 9, 2011 was Day 1 of the Ejaculation Control routine. I have to say that once I was doing it, I finally truly understood ByggD is trying to accomplish. With that being said, the session itself could of gone a lot better. I went out to Home Depot (pretty quick walk from my house) to use their public washrooms because I knew it was the only place I would get any privacy and total silence. I did. I also got myself one of my old long sleeve shirts that I tied around my eyes and ears to block further noise/be in complete darkness. It took me a good 5 minutes or so just to get a decent erection, which was not good considering 5 minutes was how long I wanted the whole thing to last. I started timing once I got it up. The second I stopped viciously beating my dick and started to go slow, my erection started to fade and soon was gone. I wasn't completely flaccid, but it was down to about 50%, if not less. I tried working with that for a while, trying to get my arousal back up. I have the scale memorized. I concentrated on "being one with my dick", and continued stroking. No luck. So I started jerking off fast again. In a while, I was back up to 90-100% erection. Started slow-stroking again, and same thing happens. I don't know whether or not I've ruined myself with porn because honestly, I was turned on that much at all. Even when I watch porn, if its the same old thing, I won't be aroused. I'm going to try again in 2 days but any feedback you might have will be welcomed.
