  • Friday, June 29, 2012 was session 98 of my PE routine. Okay, this one wasn't as long as the last few because I was pressed for time and had to be out of the washroom within an hour or so (the longer sessions are about an hour and twenty-five minutes). I still warmed up for 15 minutes because that is the most important part of a session. I then did low EL jelqs for 20 minutes (5 minutes getting ready, 15 minutes doing the actual jelqs). This meant that I only had 10 minutes to do my high EL jelqs (a minute or two to get ready, the rest of the time doing the actual jelqs as well as re-stimulating after the erection starts to fade). I then finished off with 15 minutes of edging. So not as long as the others, but I think that I coped well and got the job done.

    • Wednesday, July 11, 2012 was session 99 of my PE routine. I had a lot of time today so I did the longer session. I warmed up for 15 minutes, and the water was great the entire time. Then I did my low EL jelqs for 20 minutes. What I usually do for these now is, get myself up to anywhere over 80% erect and then do 15 jelqs outwards, spending a good 5 seconds or so on each stroke, kegelling the entire time. After the 15 strokes are up, I'm usually down at the erection level I need to be to do these normally, so I start jelqing downwards. Halfway through I'll lube up again, get myself up to over 80% erection level and do the entire thing again. Then I did 20 minutes of high EL jelqs. Now with these, I found out that instead of doing them up and outwards (about a 45 degree angle between my body and my penis), it's best to do them as upward as possible and not do anything outwards. So anything from a 0-5 degree angle with my body is fine. This felt much more intense than the other way I had been doing it, plus I noticed that my erection lasted much longer and was easier to get back even after it started fading. And as always, I finished my session with 20 minutes of edging. I look very veiny, especially from the sides, and my penis feels very heavy too, and I like it!

Now this session was also very significant because it happened on the day of my one year anniversary of having started this log! And boy oh boy does that feel amazing! I am extremely proud of myself for having stuck to this for as long as I did. I remember at the beginning, I was asking myself whether I would be writing on here in the summer of 2012 or whether by then this would have become one of those "ghost logs", stuck on the very back pages of the progress section of this forum, never to be looked at again. I am very pleased to say that it was the former!

It's been a crazy year and its had its ups and downs. I went from pretty much a straight A student in the first semester (senior year of High School) to barely passing some of my classes in the second semester. I could blame it on a lot of things, the most prominent being that because of my financial situation, I was unable to apply to the University I had been working so hard in the first semester to get into because I didn't have the money to attend it, which caused me to lose motivation because I settled for just attending the local community college. However, through it all, I am thankful that I was able to prove to myself that if I put my heart and soul into working hard (like I did in the first semester), I can achieve anything and everything I want to and I am, without a doubt, a lot smarter than I have given myself credit for in the past. I will use the motivational meltdown of the second semester as a learning experience and do my best to avoid falling into the pit of despair just because I wasn't able to get my way. I've gotten into the community college, and things aren't that bad because most of my friends will be attending it as well (not to mention a special someone that I hope to get closer with over the next year *wink wink*), plus I know I won't have to worry about paying for my dorm and my meals and whatnot. If I keep working hard in school, and get a job and save up my money over the next 12 months, I will be able to go anywhere I want next year!

And, there's no way I can forget about all you guys here at the PE Gym, because (and I mean this from the bottom of my heart), there's no way on Earth that I would have been able to get as far as I did without your help and your love and your support. I got 99 sessions done this year, but with you guys by my side I'll be looking to get in over 200 more by the time the summer of 2013 rolls around!

      • Thursday, July 12, 2012 was session 100 of my PE routine!! Yay very happy to have reached this far This session started with 15 minutes of warm up. Then I did 20 minutes (5 minute getting ready and 20 minutes of ACTUAL) low EL jelqing. I didn't take any break midway through today because I was feeling very good, it was intense and I wanted to keep going. When I was checking the time I held an ULI to keep the blood in my penis. Then I did 20 minutes (5 minute getting ready and 20 minutes of ACTUAL) of high EL jelqing, again straight up. I would do about 25, then restimulate. Has been working really great so far so I'm going to stick with it. Then I was going to do 20 minutes of edging but unfortunately my mom started banging on the washroom door telling me to get out, so I could only edge for about 5 minutes because I had to finish taking my shower after that. Lol and I gotta put up with that for another year

Anyways it was a very intense session, low EL jelqs straight down (except for the 15 at the beginning that are high EL and I do them straight outwards), and the high EL jelqs after that are straight up. The hang was insanely good afterwards and my penis looked redder than it has in a long time. Fingers crossed that all sessions from now on will be that intense!

Now normally I would do another PE session tomorrow (Friday) and then "have fun" the entire night and then take the weekend off, but I'm not really obsessing over the having fun, so instead, I'll take tomorrow off, and then get two more sessions in over the weekend, one on Saturday and one on Friday.

        • Saturday, July 14, 2012 was session 101 of my PE routine. I rested up yesterday and was ready to go for today, and I'll be ready to go for tomorrow as well. This session, like everyone, started with 15 minutes of warming up. Then the low EL jelqs. These have been crazy as of late. I don't take a break in between and do the entire 20 minutes nonstop. The only time I am not doing them is when checking the time, and even then I'm holding a ULI to keep the blood inside. I don't re-lube either; oiling up once is fine and as time passes the little bit of extra friction just adds to the intensity. Again, these are done straight downwards. I also did a few "backhand" jelqs as well, and they were awesome, so I think that I'm going to continue doing them in the future too. The 20 minutes of high EL jelqs afterwards really make the veins pop! Straight upwards, 25 jelqs, stop and re-stimulate, then 25 jelqs again etc..etc... Easy, straightforward, but it does start to take its toll and wear you down after about 10 minutes. Today I had time to edge without interruption so I did for 20 minutes. I basically try to maintain an erection without letting it fade, and also, try to stimulate myself for as long as possible, staying at a good arousal level so I don't come close to the "point of no return" (PONR).

          • Sunday, July 15, 2012 was session 102 of my PE routine. I was doing a lot of ULIs and pulls yesterday after the session and started feeling a bit of pain, left it alone for about 12 hours and am happy to report was all better. I think I just got carried away a bit lol, but I'm just very happy to be back doing PE regularly as opposed to once or twice a couple of weeks.

After warming up I did the low EL jelqs. Started off a bit difficult, I didn't do a mini-edging session at the beginning so I was feeling rough and tough, did a couple of backhanded jelqs though and that got me feeling "loosey-goosey". These always get really intense at around 10 minutes in, and once again, I did them non-stop from start to finish. Then I did the high EL jelqs, which were a bit slow for the first five minutes or so but then were great till the end. Getting an erection back seems to be getting easier, and I stay hard longer, plus the veins popping is great motivation! I did notice that I was feeling worn out pretty quickly doing these, I'm looking forward to a good long day of rest tomorrow, and even though it'll be hard, I'll have to resist the urge to jelq/ULI during the day lol! Then obviously, got 20 minutes of edging done at the end, it looks bigger, feels heavier and stays harder longer. Wonderful feeling!

I've decided that from now till the end of summer (first week of September) I will continue to do 2 on 1 off. So tomorrow is a rest day and I'll be back on Tuesday. Oh and I was initially going to measure after my 100th session (because I measure every 50 sessions), but I've now decided that I want to go at it strong throughout the entire summer and then measure at the end of it. I don't want to psyche myself out, plus it gives me motivation to stay determined, work hard and look forward to great results at the end of the 6-7 weeks!

            • Tuesday, July 17, 2012 was session 103 of my PE routine. I was a bit worried at the beginning because I went to watch a movie with my family and didn't know if we'd be back for me to start at the appropriate time, but things turned out okay. Warmed up which was really nice. I was doing low EL jelqs, feeling very "loosey-goosey" (note to self: always do SOME backhanded jelqs straight down, they're amazing lol), when my friend called and my mom started banging on the washroom door, telling me I needed to talk to him and she had the phone (I keep a phone with me in the washroom as well but they don't know about that!). So anyways, he wanted to go watch a movie but I already saw one and it was kind of late so I said next week we'll go. Anyways, that was a pretty major distraction so I added 10 extra minutes to the time I was doing the low EL jelqs, not just because of the time I spent talking to him, but because I had to re-lube up and everything as well. Then I did the high EL jelqs for 20 minutes. Oh also, remember how I said I do 25 fast high EL jelqs, re-stimulate, 25 more, re-stimulate etc...? Well after 3 sets of 25 reps, I would hold a ULI for 10 seconds, then right after do the Big Al Squeeze. I just jumped into ULI after the 3rd set, didn't restimulate before the ULI or Big Al Squeeze. It should be worth noting that I did both the low and high EL jelqs with a long-sleeve shirt tied around my head (acting as a blindfold), so I was less distracted by my environment and had to use my imagination more to keep myself at the right erection level. I did just under 15 minutes of edging at the end because of the distraction.

              • Wednesday, July 18, 2012 was session 104 of my PE routine. Being the idiot that I am, I woke up super late today, which ended up cutting into my PE time. I decided before commencing that I would not be edging at the end so I could save time, plus I edge throughout the day after my session anyways so it's not like leaving it out this one time was going to have a huge effect or anything. Did 15 minutes of warm up, water was great. Started the low EL jelqs (no blindfold this time), and they were pretty crappy at the beginning, so about halfway through I used a lot more baby oil and that made things a lot better. Still got 10 minutes of decent low EL jelqs in but could have been better. Then started high EL jelqs, I admit maybe not to the same intensity level as some of the other ones have been. And uuuurrghh I ejaculated about half way through these Fuck, that's all I can say, fuck. So I stopped there and didn't do anything else. It wasn't a really good session, however, as I always say, anything is better than nothing. I found myself making excuses at the beginning to not do it since I was late but I'm glad I went agead with it anyways. I just get a bit pissed off when things don't turn out the way I wanted them to lol. But oh well, after the last couple of sessions which had been going really well, I suppose I was bound to have one that I didn't like. And if the ejaculation had to happen, I'm glad it happened today, even though I wasn't planning to "have fun" tonight and I was waiting for Saturday to do all that stuff, at least I have a rest day tomorrow and I suppose that 72+ hours is plenty of time to recover! So although not the best session ever, still went ahead with it and am proud of that. I'm on a streak right now as far as sticking to my routine goes, let's keep it going throughout the rest of the summer and beyond!

                • Friday, July 20, 2012 was session 105 of my PE routine. Yesterday was an off day but silly old me couldn't stop myself from edging because I was horny as fuck, and one thing led to another, long story short is that I ended up ejaculating and I was super mad at myself. For one I'm planning on spending Saturday night doing all that shit but more importantly I was mad that it would have a negative impact the session I did today. Now thankfully I was wrong, the session actually turned out great! I trimmed the bush as well, and what a difference! Looks so much bigger, plus it made jelqing a lot easier as well. The warm up was for 15 minutes and was great. I think that the secret to a good session is spending a couple of minutes beforehand doing ULI's and Big Al Stretches and the warm up has to go really well too and for that to happen the water needs to be hot. Usually, if it ain't, warm up isn't too good and session isn't either. Just a note for future reference.

Low EL jelqing was great throughout. I love visualizing myself growing into the penis that I want as I slowly stroke downwards. Then high EL jelqs started off a bit slow but were still good overall. They weren't as intense as I would have liked, but I think it's mainly due to the ejaculation last night, and also, me spending a considerable amount of time AFTER the ejaculation doing edging and ULI's and squeezes and stuff. OFF DAYS MEAN OFF DAYS, I shouldn't have done that but oh well what's done is done lol and it was still good. I finished with 20 minutes of edging, really really nice and was looking huge. Just the kind of great session I needed to boast my morale after the last two days!

                  • Saturday, July 21, 2012 was session 106 of my PE routine. Woke up at a pretty good time today so was in no rush to start. My mom asked me to mow the lawn today but obviously I couldn't because it would prevent me from doing PE so got into a little argument there, hopefully I can make it up to her by helping out a bit extra tomorrow (rest day). Got 5 good minutes of edging/ULI/Big Al Squeezes in before starting. I started 30 minutes before I normally do so I took an extra 5 minutes to warm up (20 minutes today) because I wasn't feeling 100% after 15 minutes and obviously the warm up is the most important part. Low EL jelqs were intense, again, gotta visualize yourself growing into the penis you want. Love doing reverse handed jelqs doing these, I get too hard after a while and they always bring me back down. I laid off the edging/girth work last night (the extra I do after my session) and looks like it paid off because high EL jelqs were intensely awesome from the beginning. With these especially you gotta visualize the right thing and there's something that excites me a lot so I keep that in mind while doing these. After 4 sets of 25, hold 20 second ULI, then two Big Al Squeezes, each 10 seconds. And as always, I got 20 minutes of edging done at the end, trying to keep myself erect for as long as possible. I'm very pleased with these last two sessions, both were intense and great morale boosters.

                    • Monday, July 23, 2012 was session 107 of my PE routine. Started a bit late but did the full thing anyways. 5 minutes of Uli/Big Al Squeezes before hand, then 20 minutes of warming up because the water wasn't as good as I would have liked. Used a lot of lube and it made for a great grip, for the low EL jelqs started with an erection and did my 15 jelqs straight outwards, but this time, right after, held a 20 second ULI, then two Big Al Squeezes, 10 seconds each, then EL was at the right spot for the low EL jelqs and I was feeling stretchy. Did these, they were wonderful, didn't even have to do backhanded jelqs. Then did the high EL jelqs, wonderful just like last time. Finished with 20 minutes of edging and had another very good session!

                      • Tuesday, July 24, 2012 was session 108 of my PE routine. This one started even later than yesterday's but I convinced myself that I would do everything for the full length. Did my pre-warm up holds. Then, even though the water was good, still spent an extra 5 (20 altogether) minutes on warm up. Did my low EL jelqs the exact same way as yesterday and they were just as good. Visualize visualize visualize while doing these! Right after, like yesterday, I did a 15 second stretching hold in each direction (outwards, up, right, left, down). This was done in the 5 minute break between the low and high EL jelqs. High EL jelqs were going fine but silly old me ejaculated by accident. Oh well lol, again, better today than yesterday. That happened about half way through my high EL jelqs. I then decided to finish showering. After the shower, instead of leaving, I spent 15 minutes more on PE because I had recovered enough to do so. It took a while to get an erection at first. Then when I got it I would do a 20 second ULI, then two Big Al Squeezes for 10 seconds each. Then get erection again etc... I did that for a total of 3 times. Maybe not a lot, but definitely better than nothing. Looking forward to tomorrow's rest.

                            • Friday, July 27, 2012 was session 109 of my PE routine. I was supposed to start again yesterday but I still felt weak from Tuesday night and decided that one more rest day was going to be better than a half-assed session. I actually stayed awake all Thursday night and fell asleep Friday morning. So what time did I wake up? 6:30 pm, which is later than when I start my sessions! I really didn't want to take another rest and I knew that I wouldn't have any time during the day to PE anymore so this session was actually started at 4:30 am on Saturday morning, but I'm going to go ahead and call it a Friday session since Saturday (for me) didn't officially start until I had fallen asleep and woken up. So yeah, being an idiot and sleeping throughout the day, I was forced to start PE at 4:30 am. Needless to say, I didn't do my normal warm up, I couldn't turn the shower faucet on with my brother sleeping in the next room. So instead my warm up was 15 minutes of edging/ULI/Big Al Squeezes. I hate not doing my normal warm up but I guess it's fine if I miss one day of it. Then, after lubing up and spending 5 minutes preparing, I spent 45 minutes (yeah baby!) on my low EL jelqs. This was intense, you better believe it. It actually went a lot better than I thought it would. For the most part my erection was right where it needed to be, I was getting an insane stretch at the end of each stroke and it was hanging halfway down to my knee by the end of it (figuratively of course lol). After they were finished, I rested up and prepared myself for the high EL jelqs, which took 15 minutes. Even though the sun was coming up and it was light out by this time, I spent 45 minutes (yeah baby #2!) on my high EL jelqs. Often times I found it hard to get an erection/maintain it doing the strokes, but it was fine just because of how long the exercise was done for I could afford to make a few mistakes. 25 reps=1 set. Each 5th set I'd stop, hold an ULI for 20 seconds and then do the Big Al Squeeze, 2 of them for 10 seconds each. I got 30 sets done altogether. By the end of it I had never seen my penis as veiny before, just wow! I then spent something like 20-30 seconds edging, mostly just so I could admire the erect look of my penis which now looked like it was on steroids lol. Did a couple erect jelqs and erect stretches during the edging. Finished it off with 2 sets of normal stretching in all directions, each stretch held for 20 seconds. Very hardcore session but don't want to make a habit out of doing PE that late at night. My session started at 4:30 am and ended well past 7:00. That right there is called commitment son!

                              • Saturday, July 28, 2012 was session 110 of my PE routine. Yes, I'm crazy. This session was actually started less than 12 hours after the end of the last one. I got like 6 hours of sleep and that makes a teenager very grumpy. Despite my aches and pains I did it anyways. 5-10 minutes of my pre-warm up edging/ULIs/Big Al Squeezes. 20 minutes of warm up today because I obviously needed it. I spent 25 minutes on the low EL jelqs because the first 5 were crap. Grip wasn't as good as last night but I guess that was to be expected. But was still really nice, especially by the end. For high EL jelqs, did 25 reps (strokes)=1 set, after 4 sets hold an ULI for 20 seconds, then 2 Big Al Squeezes for 10 seconds each. I got 16 sets done today. Started off a bit bad but actually finished better than what it was last night. Felt really thick and veiny in my hands which is a great sign! I was running out of time so I spent about 10 minutes on edging today. Lol am I ever looking forward to tomorrow's session !
The biggest risk you can take in life is not to take any risks at all.

                                Rejection is better than regret.

Success is achieved first through the mind, then through the world, never the other way around.

For as you think, you shall become.
