I just finished 90 days and thought a log would be helpful to mark milestones and important observations. As I best remember, here are the most important milestones.
Initial measurements:
BPEL = 6.785"
NBPEL = 6.5"
MSEG = 5.375"
BPFSL = 7.0"
15 - 30 days - Somewhere in the first 2-4 weeks I could tell that my dick was getting plumper, and it gave me encourangement to commit to the process and move forward.
30 days - Came out of the shadows and signed up for the forum.
45 days - My MSEG was .25" larger, and my stamina was off the charts. My wife was curious what was different. Came clean with the wife and told her about Pegym.com.
Penis assessment - I forget which article talks about the structure of the penis, but it was the bicycle tube as the tunica, and the soft muscle as the air that expands the tube analogy that made sense to me. My limiting factor is my tunica, not my soft muscle tissue. I say this because my Bone Press Flaccid Stretch length was only 1/8" greater than my BPEL, and my EQ is often a 9 or 10, simply as hard as a rock. In addition my gains were immediate with a 1/4" gain in girth right off the bat, but with no increase in length. Yanking on my soft and flaccid penis to determine it's max length always yielded 7", and no matter how hard I pulled, it was not going to exceed 7". It was this assessment that led me to the conclusion to hang.
45-60 days - experimented with sock hanger. No really the most comfortable, it seemed that if I were to attach the sock tight enough, I would be cutting off circulation, I only tried 3lbs, the weight was comfortable but the attachment method was too finicky.
60-90 days - "BiB Starter" added to routine, first with 3.75lbs, then with 5 lbs, then 6.25lbs, now at week 5, I am at 7.5 lbs. I am trying to hang at least 4 x 20 minute sessions per day. Sometimes I might get in more, but 4 x 20 min sessions is a minimum.
I believe it was the addition of the hanging that started the gains in length. As I am now conservatively up .25" in length, where jelqing yielded nothing for my gains.
90 day results:

The exciting part is that I hit the above numbers just this last week, and these were max numbers, but after jelqing this morning, it was looking like I was on the high side of these number.
Other theories: I have read in on this website that it is best to gain length first, and since my girth is already quite good, this is a second reason I have focused on hanging, but I still jelq because the wife wants girth!
Observations on hanging: Hanging has seemed to give me more penis skin. Kind of like a young puppy that has to grow into his body. I have only been hanging down BTC for now, maybe I will eventually add other directions.
Patience: I have found it difficult to contain myself, It feels like I have been on this quest forever.... Yet it has only been 90 days. I think keeping this log will help keep me on track and may help me or others with similar observations, timeframes or paths. I truly believe that significant long term sustainable gains wouldn't be possible without all of the people and experience that have come before. Thank You!
Routine: Initially I just jelqed and manually stretched for about 45 minutes 5 days on and 1 day off, but I don't think I really ever took any time off, as I was too excited about the process. Now I jelq 2 on, 1 off, and am very happy to get that day off. I try to do my jelqing with a higher level of erection, as I am jelqing for girth and hanging for length. When I jelq, I just jelq using both regular jelqs and V-jelqs. I also have started to edge, to promote jelqing with a fuller erection. I do however hang EVERY day. So my current routine when I am both jelqing and hanging can be about 2 hours of working out. Quite a commitment, at least the hanging can be done while at my desk at my computer. Initially I bought I heating pad, which I use about 1/2 the times.
Stamina: I notice that my stamina is almost unlimited. It feels like working out the willy somehow "desensatizes" it. It is used to being worked out in a non sexual manner, so when it has to perform, it just thinks that it is a 45 min jelqing session. I don't know how else to explain this, but the workouts have added to my ability to go forever.
Goal: My goal will be somewhere around the 8" x 6" mark, but may change as the wife has complete awareness of the goal and will certainly have input. She love the results so far, and this type of time committment wouldn't be possible without her knowing.
Volumetric Gains: I keep an excel spread sheet with my volume percent increase. I use my baseline NBPEL of 6.5 x my MSEG of 5.375 and compare my current volumetric gain. Currently my penis is 14% bigger than stock! Woo hoo!. I think this is an important measurement, because it reflects an overall visual improvement. It also explains why girth is volumetrically and visually important, because girth increases volumetric size by a factor of Girth Squared while length is just a linear improvement. My next sub goal will be a NBPEL of 7.25 x a MSEG of 5.75 which will represent a 28% gain. I hope to hit this in about 2 - 3 months. An 8" x 6" dong will be 53% bigger than stock, These are big improvements. I am almost at the point where I can say "Yes, I do have a big dick", that will be fun.
Committment: I wonder how many "Newbies" achieve measureable success? After having been on the forum for 90 days, I obviously notice the "Regulars" and "Old Timers", but there does seem to be a very large percentage of "Newbie" posts. I can see that while this is a very doable process, it is certainly not an easy one regarding the amount of time, patience, and persistence required to reach noticable results.
Homework: In trying to find that article that talks about limiting factors, I noticed pages and pages of more articles. I guess I have more homework to do.
Adventurous and Fun: This whole PE thing has just been a great trip, the process, the goals, the benefits, the excitement and the people on this forum have made this a great experience. It doesn't hurt that I get to give my wife the ride of her life!
