well i am done with my todays workout! and now warming down
it was good.. had less trouble with the erection than i had yesterday..
again today in jelqing i felt slight pain on my left side of the glan.. i applied less pressure as usual and set my mind to take a break tomorrow for sure.
had less morning wood.. and after starting PE i have had 2 wet dreams .. i haven't masterbade nor did i have sex :/

finished todays workout after a day break
did the warm cloth warm up and yeah it feels good xD
everything was right.. still following JP 90's routine and hopefully i am doing it right..
couldnt warm down using the same method used to warm up because the water went cold on me and my penis was somewhat HOTTER than the water :/

well after an unplanned break i am back on!
again did the warm cloth warm up and it feel better! i was wondering about one thing though.. am i suppose to wrap the head of my penis while doing the warm up or leave it out?
well did the exact JP 90 day routine just did a few more V jelps thats it..
penis is now really flaccid ( i wish that was the case while doing stretching) and thin :/ it will fatten up after a while though :/ usual?Stats

thats harsh man.. but make sure u get back on it! i had a 1 day gap then i am back on routine and i am doing 2 on and 1 off
well finished my todays session.. for some weird reason i wasnt feeling good about todays PE exercise. and my penis looks smaller somewhat in flaccid length.. it used to have a bigger hang throughout the day before i have to check if i have that today.. i have been out running around thats why i wasnt able to check if i had that.. will check today and hopefully i have it..
not sure if i am doing something wrong.. this is bad if i lose my motivation here!Stats

well it was suppose to be my off day but as i mentioned earlier i am willing to experiment so i have done my PE session today..
it was good. followed the JP 90's routine and there was no pain or soreness.
planning to take a 2 day break starting from tomorrow xD

well after a 2 days break i am back on track again!
did the JP 90's routine.. i was feeling good so i did around 3-5 reps exxtra in all jelq sessions. i am still having trouble with hard ons while i am trying to do the stretching. jelqing is always fine..hopefully i am doing it right

woke up with the best erection after i started PE well it was even better than before!
so did the workout... was okay.. couldnt warm down properly.. washed the penih with warm warm water.
will do tomorrow too if i have time.. i probably will be a bit busy and there will be lack of privacy so i dont know if i will be able to do it regularly for the next couple of weeks but i will try my best!Stats

completed the JP 90 routine.. for the first time doing it at night! and with full privacy!
the trouble of getting an erection while stretching wasnt there... but had trouble maintaining sufficient EQ while jelqing.. it was either getting over excited of too limp! :/
did edging yesterday night! for around 40 minutes! the feeling is great! i tried to stop the orgasming sensation with jelqing but didnt have a dry orgasm! and after the session i orgamsed.. dont know if that was the smart thing to do but man did i cum! it was more like a class of semen! :|
